The Seedling | Book 1: The Awakening (Closed)

Hello humans and monsters, super heros and super villians. I welcome you to a tale of magick and adventure. This is a tale that I, MariaRowlands, would like your help with.

Here is the story so far...

Prologue
It was raining, the day I was found. I was only a few days old but, as it turned out, I was a liability to my birth mother. I was found in a cardboard box, by the side of the road, by a young couple who had recently gotten married. Their names were John and Patricia Stanford. They fell in love with me the first time that they saw my vibrant blue eyes. They felt sorry for me and took me to the local council’s office for adoption papers and were able to adopt me then and there, becoming my new Mum and Dad. Three years on, they’d had twins, a boy, Joshua John Stanford, and a girl, Elisa Patricia Stanford. They were about to adopt a third daughter when strange things started to happen. All of them involved me, their beloved daughter, Scarlet Joans Stanford.
It started off with little things that had a prank-like air around them. Things like dad’s fake dog poo collection becoming real, only they stayed real when I was around. Then the fish food started changing to the colour of my mood. The last thing that happened was mum’s locket collection turning into one golden hamster named Goldie Locks. The funny thing about that one was that during that very day, I had asked for a golden hamster that I could name Goldie Locks. It was that day that my parents found out that I was special in many ways. It was then that they became Catholic and I was, for some reason, unable to use my powers. Until now…

Now I am enlisting 20 people to help me with finishing this story.

Government Official

Name: Cassie Rose
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance: Tall brunette with pretty blue eyes and a tanned complexion. She has a chain tatooed on her leftf arm that wraps from the middle of her wrist around it and down halfway to her elbow. She is slim, but healthy, and much stronger than she looks.
Personality: She is extremely dedicated to her work, and her older officers sometimes ask her for assistance. She stumbled across the orginization by accident, and practically forced them to let her in once she figured out what they were. When she knows the job is done, she relaxes a bit until the next assignment comes up, and during these times she hangs out with some girls her age, but it's not often she has such time.
History: An only child in a mid-class family, she was raised by hard-working parents who loved her, but were unfortunately often late getting home, and she fell into the habit of staying most nights at her friends houses. After a while her parents put their foot down and told her they wanted her at least telling them when she planned on sleeping over, which she did for a while, but after a month, she forgot to call them, and after three police cars and an hour of fighting, Cassie ran up the stairs and locked her door while she stuffed everything she had into two backpacks, leaving behind a few things that wouldn't fit. She was out of the house before her parents could stop her and she ran to her friend's house in the pouring rain. Not long after she stumbled onto the Government Office and forced them to let her join. She bought her own apartment and now lives on her own

Name: Feral Jinxstone (Many call him the Ghost, since hardly anyone ever saw him)
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Appearance:

Personality: He's as quiet as a mouse, but can be considered as sly underneath the quiet appearance. He has a bit of trust issues, so he might deem people untrustworthy unless they do something he finds impressive. To those that make him feel impressed, he's as loyal as a wolf to the pack.
Powers: Telekinesis, invisibility, empathy alteration, and premonition.
History: Feral was the son of a Prostant mother and a cradle-Catholic father. He uncovered his powers at five years old, but it was after that when his father disowned him. Ever since his disownment, he's been out as the Ghost to serve his community unseen. In spite of being disowned by his father, Feral still writes to his mother who loves him dearly. He still suffers headaches from his premonition power, but so far he's grown accustomed to it as so to make it more bearable.
Up for Love: Yes, but you'll have to earn his trust first.
Other: As a gift from his mother, he wears a golden cross necklace to remember her by.

Once her parents realized she was what she is, they dropped her off at an orphanage to be bounced around in the foster system. After reaching the age of 18 and being set loose, she looked for something to keep her occupied, starting her superhero career.

Other: Remembers little of her birth parents, it's still a touchy subject she only shares with the certain people.
