The Moosehead Tavern [1]

I nodded. "Yeah, pick one." I turned to him. It was alreadyabout 2:00 in the morning. I yawned. I motioned the bartender. "You guys have rooms here?" I asked taking a sip of my drink. The bartender nodded and handed my a slip for the room, I filled it out.

Name: Rayah Sparx

Send bill to: Olympus if possible, if not then I'll just pay in person.

I looked at Jace. "We can share a room if you want." I smiled. I grabbed my leather jacket and slid the slip over to the bartender,walking to the room. I grabbed the remains of 'my phone' and unlocked the door to the room, setting my stuff down and laying on the bed in exaustion. I rested my hands on my stomach and closed my eyes and then opened them. I pushed myself up and ran my hand through my hair, I got up and looked out the window and leaned against the wall. I looked at my face in the mirror. Wow, I was torn up. I washed my face from the dirt. I straightned my hair and put on my converse. I looked like this:

Andrew~

In the midst of all the puppy-love, Andrew almost didn't hear Jace's question.

"Uh, blue..." he said.

They're gonna share a room? Aphrodite is going to hear about this...~ Apollo echoed in his mind.

Andrew sighed inwardly.

You need to get yourself one of those sport, I can't walk around being the Barney Stinson of the gods and my son not have a girlfriend.

Shut up dad...~ Andrew said

Jace frowns, Andrew's answer siding with Rayah, who has disappeared.

Share a room? Something foreign flops over in his stomach. Well, I don't really have money for my own and, who knows, maybe it wouldn't be so awkward. And absolutely nothing is going to happen. Nope. Not ready to even think about that.

"Well," He says, finishing his drink and standing, "I guess I better go. I'll see you around, Andrew."

Andrew~

Andrew flicked a salute at Jace as he walked away, he's gonna have fun - he thought to himself...

Rayah-

I smiled as Jace walked in, I was still putting on my shoes. "Hey." I said glancing up at him.
I got up and looked out the window again, wanting to go out there, so freaking bad. I leaned against the wall again. "So, what did Andrew say?" I asked grinning.

Jace smiles at Rayah smiling at him.

"Blue." He says, sitting on the second bed and untying his boots.

"That's what I thought." I laughed and wen't into the bathroom to take my bracelet off. I looked in the mirror at my bruses. "Wow..." I murmered as I felt the outside of my face. I was surprised on how much I had hurt myself. I washed my face again, hoping it was just dirt or something. It wasn't. I bent down and rested my face in my hands, frustrated. I turned to face Jace. "Do I look bad?" I asked smiling. "Can you tell I have bruises?" I asked crossing my arms, leaning against the sink. He shook his head and I yawned. I started walking to my bed, as I passed him I kissed him on the cheek and lay in bed. "G'night Jace." I said dozing off.

I woke up the next morning at about 4:00 in the morning. I got out of bed and saw that Jace was still asleep, he was so cute. I smiled and wen't into the bathroom to brush my hair and get my shorts and a tanktop on. I silently grabbed my gun, just incase and hooked it onto my belt. I tip-toed to the door, trying not to wake Jace. I closed the door behind me and walked to the bar. I saw a familiar guy there. He had Blonde hair, blue eyes and had a basketball jock jacket on. It was Charlie. Charlie is my ex. I silently walked over to the bar an put my jacket on and a hoodie, having him try not to see me. Looked in my direction and his gaze landed on me. Damn... This is bad. I thought to myself.

Jace wakes up to an empty room. He slips his boots and jacket back on and heads downstairs, yawning.

I wonder if they serve breakfast...

He freezes when he sees another boy near Rayah, someone she clearly doesnt want to see. Composing himself, he sits beside her and wraps his arms around her possessively.

Rayah-

I smile as Jace wraps his arms around me. "Hey sleepy." I said looking at him. Charlie glanced at me in the corner of his eyes.

He finnaly speaks. "Hey Rayah." He says turning to me.

I freeze not knowing what to say. I still had my hood on. "What? Who's Rayah? I've never heard of her." I said hoping he didn't see my face. He pulls my hood down and I curse at myself mentally. "Um.. Hi?" I said hoping he wouldn't like hurt me or anything. "I love you..." He said looking at me straight in the eyes. I looked away. "I-I.." I didn't know what to say. He grabbed my chin and pulled me in as he kissed me, I pulled away and didn't know what to do. I was shocked. I wanted to slap him but I knew that would only get him mad. I turned foward, I hope Jace didn't see that. Charlie looked at me.

"Look babe, You wanna be lonely and stay here? Or come to Olympus with me?" He asked raising and eyebrow. I looked at him.
"I'm not lonley." I said. He obviously didn't know about Jace. I look at Jace and He stands, walking towards Charlie. Oh shit.. I Stand to and put my hand to his chest, holding him back. I could tell he was pissed off. Charlie smiled, " Who's this?" And he stands and crosses his arms. I shot Charlie a look and he put his arms up in truce. I rolled my eyes. "I'm just here to get you back Ray." He said smiling. "Don't call me Ray. My name's Rayah." I shot another look at him. I wanted to tell Jace I love him, But that would just make Charlie furious. I sen't Jace a mind message.

Are you mad? I didn't want to kiss him, he just kissed me. And trust me I wan't to slap him right now. But all he'll do Is hit me back.

I looked Jace in the eyes. Oh his eyes... I snapped out of it and looked back at Charlie. "You broke my heart once. I won't let you do it again." Charlie pushed a strand of hair out of my face and a tear ran down my cheek. I remembered those times when we would always laugh in the grass and he would always do that. I looked down, trying to get that image out of my head. "I gave you a chance, a month ago. You broke my heart Charlie." I looked up at him as he smiled at me. "I shouldn't have done this to such a fragile and beautiful girl like you. I'm sorry." he traced the outside of my face with his hand and leaned in closer, but then I snapped out of it and pulled away. "No..." I smiled. "Not anymore, not ever.I'll always love you... From the inside but... I love someone else right now. And you'll have to deal with that." I laughed and put my hands in my hands on the bar. Charlie sat next to me and put his arm around me. I took his arm off me and a tear ran down my cheek. Jace sat down next to me, he turned my head to face him and he wiped away the tear, and kissed me. Getting deeper into the kiss I put my arms around him. Charlie stared in confusion. "Okay, whats going on her?" He asked.

I turned to Charlie, still lost in the kiss. That was one of the best kisses me and Jace has ever had. Jace seemed the same way. I rubbed my eyes, I was still tired. It was about 5:00 in the morning. I yawned. "Wh-What?" I laughed. He pushed hair out of my face again and He leaned in, I leaned away. He kept on leaning and I fell off the chair. I was dizzy and I stood back up. Charlie picked me up and held me in his arms. He winked at Jace. "She loves me, not you." He said looking at Jace. I looked at Jace and shook my head. "I love you Jace and you know that." I said trying to get out of his grip. I kneed him and fell from his arms. I stood back up and he punched me. "Don't walk away from me." He smiled. I backed away, holding my Jaw and bumping into Jace.

Charlie is the son of Zeus. He doesn't have any powers and is just like a regular person though. This is what he looks like-

He thinks he's so cool because he's captian of basketball team. He's had a crush on Rayah for about a year. He broke up with her when Rayah refused to kiss him. He's loved her ever since. Rayah used to still have feelings for him but she decided to let it go. Every girl wants Charlie. In highschool Rayah is a cheer leader so that's mostly all Charlie likes about her. Charlie always shows off for her and tries to make her laugh, he gets jealous of any boy near her and will do anything to get her to himself.
He's 17 years old and is very strong and is a flirt. He's a ladies man.He is also known as a player. He cheated on Rayah with 3 other girls and they broke up. Rayah gave him one more chance but he blew it by breaking her heart. Rayah still has little feelings for him, but she will never hurt him because she knows he can hurt her back.)

Charlie punches Rayah and Jace loses it, lunging at him and tackling him to the ground. He throws punch after punch until Rayah calls him.

"Jace!Stop!" I pulled him away, holding him back. "No, just stop, please," I looked at him. I turned to Charlie and he stood up laughing,
"Haha, Who's this?" He asks crossing his arms. I was still holding my jaw. I looked at Charlie scared. "Just go back Charlie..." I muttered. His eyes flicked back to me and he started walking towards me, a smiled forming on his face. He wanted to play around with Jace and make him mad. I backed up and he pushed me to the bar, pinning me down.

"Who am I?" Jace chuckles, still riled up. "I'm her freaking boyfriend, creep."

Charlie turns back to Jace. "B-Boyfriend?" He asked shaken up. "But, Rayah hasn't had a boyfriend in like 4 years. She wouldn't just start now." He said about to punch Jace in the face. I punched him before he could do anything and he fell into a table and I shook my fist out. Charlie stood back up and started walking towards me. "Rayah, haven't you learned if someone throws A punch I always fight back?"
