The Moosehead Tavern [1]

I nodded, "Okay." I smiled. "Agreed." Jackie is looking at me, just as overprotective as Nic and shakes her head, "God Rayah, Please no." I shrugged, "Not until I turn 24 I promise." I smiled and she nods, trying to get that out of her head.

"Anyway," Nic attempts to turn the conversation, "let's talk about something else."

I nodded, "YES." I took another shot. Jackie takes my fourth away from me, "You've drunk enough." and downs it herself. I throw a fireball at her and smirk, "Don't Take drinks from me, or learn the hard way." I shake my head.

"What were we talking about before anyway?" Jace asks.

I shake my head at him, "Jace..." I laugh. "How can you...be so clueless..." I laughed. "I'm not telling you."

Jace smiles. "I-I'm not cluless...I'm under the influence. There's a difference...I think."

I smiled, "I'm still not telling you either way." I shake my head.

Jace sighs, smiling. Nic downs two more shots before speaking.
"Let's talk about walruses or something completely unrelated to what we were previously on the subject of."

I laugh, "yeah, Walruses...They are...odd animals?" I said stupidly,

Nic gets an idea and jumps over the bar, searching for straws.

Nic jumps over the bar and I get confused, "Nic what are you doing?"

Nic jumps back over with two straws, holding them up. "Who wants to be a walrus?"

I almost burst out laughing. "Um..No thanks." I laugh.

Nic nods and sets them down. "Good, 'cause I don't wanna be one either."
