I have to say the book which touched a chord with me has to be The Kite Runner. It was just so awesome. I just watched the movie and even though it wasn't as good as the novel itself, but it was emotional, too.

Besides that, A Thousand Splendid Suns was equally awesome. <3

I also loved reading My Sister's Keeper~Jodi Picoult and The Time Traveler's Wife~Audrey.

If you don't mind reading romance Jane by April Linder is really good! It's a modern retelling of Jane Eyre and I think it's fantastic!

As said before, I hear that The Kite Runner is good, and I am currently reading A Thousand Splendid Suns, so I can personally say that that's good.

Most books by Terry Pratchett I absolutely adore him.

My favorite book is The monk who sold his ferrari by Robin sharma,lts a kind of motivational book which give you inspiration on things like How To led your life with peace and love.

Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell (it's long but it's an AMAZING story and beautifully written)

Behind the Attic Wall by Sylvia Cassedy ( my favorite nonclassic but in my opinion a must read )
