A few Notes: Cover art was taken from Charlie's tumblr. Songs are fed through YouTube, with the exception of "I Hear Drums" by Elias, which is fed through Vimeo in the link. My intention with this was to create a playlist that I could pair with chapters in Skins novel. If you've ever read Skins novel, you know the thing is a beastly piece of work. I mean massive! So I did my best in trying to pair songs with the most memorable or important scenes that stuck out to me, rather than searching high and low for a song to fit each of the 36 chapters. Though I hope I haven't made any mistakes in which chapters I've put down with which songs. D: In any case, feel free to let me know!

As I've already told you many, many times, I'm totally in love with you.

You showed me the songs and such beforehand, so I don't really have much to say considering I've already let you know how awesome you are. I love the cover thingy! It was a clever idea to take some of the photos from the tumblr page I made and make a cover out of them. It looks really effective, I must say. Hehe, and the bonus track... That amused me. xD

Basically, I would lick your face 39872210 times if I could (in a nice way, of course). I can't thank you enough for doing this, especially considering I didn't even ask you to do anything like it. You just, like, did it 'cause you're so awesome.

Honestly, I was skeptical about this playlist but as I got into it, there are some fantastic songs. Really, very interesting playlist, which compliments Stop and Stare well.

I agree wholeheartedly with Dream, this is a really good play list and you have definitely selected songs which compliment Skins' novel 'Stop and Stare'. I think this is a really good variety and it is an interesting selective range of songs which were all very interesting to listen to. I like this ingenious idea and I've only seen something like this done a couple of times before so I was impressed that you had used this idea. Since I loved this so much I am going to try and write a half review on this play list! Sorry if the advice sounds stupid, this was great!

Okay first of all, I know it would have been a challenge but what you could have done was select songs for every chapter so that the reader would have something to listen to for every song. You could have made two parts of the CD (or two separate CD's) and then included songs for every chapter. It would have looked more professional if every chapter had a song but I think that quality over rules everything when it comes to this.

I also think- if you haven't already considered this- that you should include the lyrics of all the songs on that back of the album cover. It is often nice to sing along to your favorite tracks after you have listened to the CD heaps and read the book over and over. It is just a nice professional touch that would complete this!

Overall this was really good and I honestly have nothing more to say. This was just a really nice sweet gesture for skins and the songs were all amazing. I just thought this was beautiful and i have been listening to the songs all day long because your choices were so nice! Sorry for the short review I would usually do something longer but I don't have experience reviewing CD's!!! Keep up the cool ideas!

I believe if I would've done that, that impact of the music wouldn't have been as great toward the chapters I had specifically chosen. It also would've taken forever. Believe it or not, creating this short playlist even took me a few weeks to get it right. It wasn't something I just threw together. xD

I considered lyrics for like a millisecond before I realized how completely cluttered this post would have looked if I put the lyrics to every song in a spoiler. It is nice to have the lyrics to songs, but the lyrics aren't really very hard to look up anyway on the net, so I left that out on purpose. Had this been an actual CD, it's easy to go about things differently, but this was simply a playlist. ^-^

I'm glad you liked the music! Just thought I'd clear up my take on some of those suggestions, so if anyone else happened to wonder the same thing, they'd know where I was coming from.
