Lidz:

Yellow light streamed from my fingers, power coursing through me. It was part pain, part excitment and thrill that caused me to scream. I leant my head back and threw my hands out as bright light spilled between my fingers and head, until the glow absorbed me and I was left on my hands and knees.
I screamed: it was full of fear this time, because wind whistled through the clearing and whipped my hair aorund my face. A twister loomed in front of me, and trees were uprooted from the ground. I gasped and formed a protective ball of light around myself, and the twister passed over me. I'd been closer to the cabin than I'd thought. I saw a shock of black and white smudged against the floor of the destroyed house, and I rushed towards it.
"Wolf? Wolf? Are you OK?" he looked up. He looked different, somehow, more defined, more alive. As for me, I felt brighter, like an old TV plugged into HD, clearer and sharper.
I smiled and dropped to my knees in front of him.
"I don't know what I would of done if I'd lost you," I whispered, staring into his eyes. From the corner of my eye, I noticed Eve rushig towards the forest, staring at a purple cacoon that I suspected was Arthur, even from here I could feel his imprint humming from the cacoon.
I turned back to Wolf and smiled. "I'm so glad you're OK," I said.

Lup Eoliene- Wolf:

Wolf smiled and reached out, cupping Lidz' face. He kissed her quickly and then pulled back smiling crookedly at the stunned look on her face. "Thanks Lidz." He whispered.

Lidz ¬

The shock must have shown on my face, because he smiled.
"Thanks, Lidz,"
I grinned back at him. I felt on top of the world. I closed my eyes and nestled into his hand on my face. His lips touched mine again, but this time for much longer. I kissed him back, and when we finished, we were both breathing hard. I laughed out loud, "I love you," I whispered, pressing my forhead against his, our noses touching. I didn't hear his reply, because a hand wrapped around my waist, jerking me away from Wolf. I cried out and kicked.
"Aren't you supposed to show you're boyfriend to your father before you start dating?" He drove his fist into my ribs, on the word dating, and I coughed and spluttered.
"Dad! Get. Off. Of. Me!" I wheezed. "Wolf, close your eyes!" He did, and I sent a quick burst of bright light. The Mayor cried out and released me, rubbing his eyes.
"You bitch!" He lunged for me, grabbing my throat. Wolf threw a wave of wind at them, and they all flew backwards. They got up, pointing guns in our direction. I stopped, and pressed myself up against Wolf.
"Get away from him, Lidz,"
"No," I snarled. "Just because I love him and not you and your my Dad," I spat the word at him, "Does not mean you can order me around," I wrapped my arms around Wolf as if to prove a point.

(OOC: RedFang, I'll let you have your little scene with Eve and The Cacoon before we continue, maybe you could notice us after, or not at all :D)

Eve:
I walked to the edge of the farthest ring of ghostfire. They surrounded a tree.
"Razi," I said. The cocoon shuddered. The ghostfires cleared a path for me. I walked uneasily down the path. The fire still set my teeth on edge, but not as much as before. I brushed the brushed the cocoon with the tips of my fingers. It shuddered again. I could practically feel the power in the air around the cocoon. I took a step back.

The ghostfire cocoon

I felt so strong I could just burn the tree that kept my cocoon inside. I heard a familiar voice say, "Razi." I commanded the rings to leave a path. Someone's fingertips brushed against the top of my cocoon where my head was. I woke up, still in my cocoon of violet glass. I decided I've rested enough and it was time to take action. I pushed against the glass with all my strength and was out easy. I came out head first.
When I looked around, the first thing I saw was Eve. A fire built up in my chest as I studied her. She looked radiant, just absolutely beautiful. As I stared at her, the fire in my chest burned higher. I realized Seshat was right. I wanted the wrong girl. It was Eve that I wanted, despite the Elemental differences. After I got on my feet, I took Eve into my arms and locked lips with her, feeding the flame in my chest. I wanted Eve. No, I desired her.

Eve:
Razi came out of his cocoon. He kissed me! And I kissed him back. I entangled my fingers in his hair. I savored the moment. It was beyond words. It was as easy as breathing, as lovely as water. We finally pulled away. Around us, fire and water danced in the air together. It was beautiful. And he was beautiful. Everything was so perfect.
I felt different. More powerful. Stronger. More one with my element. Razi blinked in surprise.
"What?" I asked. I looked at my hand. It was kind of transparent, clearer, like water. I felt it with my other hand, which was also trasparent. They were cold. Something about them felt more liquid.
"You're beautiful," Razi said. I looked at him.
"I love you," I said. We leaned closer, to kiss again. Then we heard a gunshot.
"Lidz," I said, "We'd better go." My skin went back to normal. But I still felt powerful. It was like getting rained on. I felt like I could do anything.

(OOC: So basically, kissing Razi made her realize her true potential.)

Eve told me she loved me, and we were about to kiss again when we were interupted by a gunshot. Eve said, "We'd better go." She ran with me at her heels. We got to what was left of Seshat's house and saw Lidz and Wolf ready to face off with a white man with a gun.
I summoned a tennis-ball-sized orb of ghostfire in my hand and said, "If you meet up with someone named Leo, tell him the Circle of Elements has advanced to the ultimate level. Here's a little gift from me for you to show someone called Mister Thomastien." I down-sized the orb and shot the orb at the man's left arm. I grinned as I watched him run away while holding his arm in pain.
Eve asked, "Why did you do that?"
I answered happily, "I was thinking of making him mad so I could tell him that we still have a score to settle." I took Eve into my arms and we locked lips again, feeling the rush of fire and water spiraling around us as we held each other close.

Lup Eoliene- Wolf:

Wolf's lips twitched in amusement as he watched Arthur kiss Eve. Apperantly he wasn't the only one who had stopped being dense in the romance department. He glanced at Lidz and squeezed her hand. "Don't worry about that jerk Lidz. He's no father of yours if he can point a gun at you so callously."

He glanced around at the remnants of Seshat's house. The clearing had been reduced to a smooth crater in in the earth. "So where do we go from here?" Wolf murmured to no one in particular.

Eve broke away from her lip lock with Arthur. "What I want to know is how Lidz knew what was going to happen to Wolf."

Lidz flushed biting her lip in embarassment. "Yeah. About that..." She started to explain what had happened to her.

Lidz¬

"I met Leo," I glanced at Wolf. his face hardened at Leo's name. "The key around Arthur's neck. It was mine. I was given it, but I have a chip in this hand," I held it out. "If this chip comes in contact with the key, it calls my town to me. I touched it accidently and they knocked me out. Leo burnt one of them and told me to save you. He told me what we were. We're Incarnate Elementals. They born once every, millenia, I think, and he had a breakdown. He rushed of screaming about how he didn't want to lose you. I came back," I shrugged, "Simple as that,"
Arthur held up the key and tried to melt it.
"NO!" he stopped. "Without the key, we can't destroy the weapon.... wait! Where's Seshat?"

I heard a groan from a nearby tree. I climbed the tree and saw Seshat. I asked worried, "Are you okay, cousin?"
Seshat shook her head and said, "I'm not going to make it. Wolf's full power blew me all the way up here. It's the end of me, Razi. It's over."
I protested, "But you haven't seen Leo!"
Seshat smiled and said, "Razi, I'll never forget you and your Elemental siblings. This is where I make my final breath. Take my hand, Razi. Your ghostfire needs more flame."
I took her hand and felt my ghostfire combining with Seshat's flame. For what felt like ages, my ghostfire welcomed the dark flame into it. After the dark flame merged with my ghostfire, Seshat was panting. I shivered. "What have I done?"
Seshat's smile stayed on her face. "I gave you my element. It's the least I can do for a little cousin like you. You're one of the Elemental Incarnates responsible for the destruction of the weapon and the survival of your race. The fate of your survival is in the hands of you and the Circle." She pulled me close and kissed my forehead. "May the gods watch over you and the Circle, Razi. Eshu awaits me now." She closed her eyes and never woke up.
I climbed down, looked at the key around my neck, then looked at the others. I said, "Let's find that weapon and destroy it, for Seshat's sake. I don't want her death to be in vain. We have to find that weapon before someone else does." I knew I was strong, but I had to stay with the others after those occasions that I got caught. I owed the Circle that much.

Eve:
"Let's find that weapon and destroy it, for Seshat's sake. I don't want her death to be in vain. We have to find that weapon before someone else does," Razi said. Sounds like a plan. Except...
"How do we find the weapon?" I ask. Everyone looks at eachother. No one knows.
"What does it look like?" I ask. Again, they look at eachother. No one has a clue.
"I think I might know where to start," Razi says. I look at him.

The Circle had no idea what I meant, but I knew they were following me to an almost abandoned house. The reason why the house was almost abandoned was because I heard footsteps rushing to the door. The footsteps were almost like tottering. I waited with my arms crossed.
Lidz asked, "Why are we here?"
I answered, "The person inside is my father's sister, who's completely white and young enough to be my twin sister. Like us, she's an Elemental. Unlike us, she knows a lot about the weapon." I pounded the door. "Hey, Aunt Mia! It's me."
Aunt Mia's voice asked, "Arthur? Is that really you or am I dreaming?"
I opened the door and countered, "If you were dreaming, could I do this?" I lit every candle in the house, grinning proudly.
Aunt Mia rubbed her eyes and said drowsily, "Oh yeah, it's you." She blinked as the Circle entered the house. "Who are yer friends, Arthur? I never seen them before in my life."
I said, "They're my fellow Elementals. Lidz, Wolf, Eve, this is my aunt, Mia Thomastien." I looked around the house. "You're obviously not keeping the house clean these days, Aunt Mia. How come?"
Aunt Mia said, "When I heard from Jeremy that you were still alive for the past ten years, I almost choked on my whiskey. I wanted to clean house, but I keep forgetting that I got a boatload of whiskey down in the basement. The majority of that whiskey is moonshine, ya know."
"Still getting yourself drunk, I see. We're here to discuss about the bane of Elemental existance."
"The Sword of Elements? That's just an old legend as most humans believe, but I knew this day would come. You kids hopin' to get rid of it?"
We all nodded.
"The Sword of Elements is very deadly to people like us. To destroy it is to use the elements that created it against it. You need a key to unlock the chest that holds the Sword. Where the Sword is, there's the rub. From what I've been told in my sleep lately, only Incarnates can find and either use or destroy the Sword. How to find the Sword is difficult. Some say it was Incarnates that were tricked into making the Sword, so it's Incarnates who can undo it."
I smiled. Even though drunk, Aunt Mia just gave me a lead on the weapon.

Lup Eoliene- Wolf:

So now his birth mother was dead as well. Unlike the family he had known and grown up with though. He grieved more for the lost chance then Seshat herself. Now Wolf would never find out if he could have seen her as his mother. Grief, Wolf had learned, was like swallowing shards of razor sharp glass.

But it was an old pain. One he had become accustomed to over the last few months. As they left Mia's house Wolf glanced at the city on the distant horizon. Sighing he looked from one friend to the next. "One thing's for sure I doubt we'll find the Weapon anywhere around here. By the sound of it it's been hidden for centuries. To me that means it's somewhere isolated. Nowhere near civilization."

Leu de Ardere- Leo:

"What have you done!?" Leo turned at Aly's sharp voiced command.

He shrugged eloquently, lips curling in a wistful smile. "I don't know what you're talking about Aly. I simply made sure my brother would live."

Aly glared at him her hands clenched into fists. "You've given our targets more power then any other magical creature in centuries. We'll never be able to capture them now." She hissed.

Throwing back his head Leo laughed at the absurdity of that statement. "It's flattering that you think so highly of me Aly. But with the pressure they were under they would have gotten their new powers even without my help. I'm just speeding things along. That's all."

Groaning Aly rubbed her temples feeling the usual headache the accomponied dealing with Leo. "I can understand why you would help your brother. But I thought you hated Wolf's new friends. Why would you aid them?"

Leo tilted his head and studied his partner's icy beauty. His voice was uncharecteristically serious as he answered her. "Allison, when someone you care about is in trouble... You help them out, right? Wolf will not die. I won't let him."

"That still leaves us with our original problem." Aly snapped. "What are we supposed to do now that they've powered up? I doubt you intend to retreat. It's not in your nature."

Leo chuckled as he brushed blood red strands of hair out of dark gold eyes. This time though the laughter had a slightly maliscious edge to it. "Don't worry about it Aly. There are ways to gain the power my brother was simply born with. I'm different from Wolf and the rest of the Circle. I follow a darker path."

*Leo is officialy back to his evil plotting self. Is this forboding enough do you think?*
