My first year on YWS - and I have loved every moment, every story (ok, not every...but you know what I mean) and loved the community and friendliness everyone has offered. I have learned so much from everyone on the site and am now a better writer (and person) because of all of you. But these people deserve an extra personal message from me. :)

Kingolions - Wow. Enough said? no. The person who made me join this site, thank-you soooo much! It was something fresh, something great that you introduced to me by making me join and I'll never forget that! ;) You're are also, undeniably, one of the best writers on the site, bringing a deepness to poems and stories that strikes amazement in my imagination! Keep writing, I know you'll make it someday!

CaptianRandom - One person who is definitely enthusiastic about writing and how could I forget, art! Even if some of your writing pieces don't work out well, your strength and persistance to keep on writing is something we could all learn from! Keep writing, you'll only get better!

Kiwisatsuma - This'll be a bit weird, since we don't know each other too well, but you were my first reviewer! My first story I posted (The blood-stained floors), is still in its "editing stages". But, your advice is helping me so well with editing my story and I can't thank you enough for your review which will only make my story better! Thank-you!

Yuriiko - My YWS sister! haha. :) You are also one of the great writers of this site and you offer such rich emotion and feeling in your work, and the bright spark of your imagination is never lost! Not only are you a great writer, but you've been a really good friend to talk to and you're kinda funny too! haha. All the best!

Snoink - Well, what can I say? Yes, you're the top reviewing on the site and I can see why. Your vast knowledge of writing amazes me and your reviews (which I have read) always offer great advice and are so positive! Not only that, but you're a great writer yourself, and your poem, "Bluebird" is one of my all-time favourites, not just on this site, but EVER!!! haha, thank-you for providing great reads!

RepublicOfCoter - Yes, it may have been a failed Republic, but the empire of your work lives on! Your poems are deep like many others, but what's different is that you offer light, and a hint of positivity in your poems, so they don't end up too dark or depressing, balancing out your pieces beautifully. Hopefully, we can see the return of ROC in the coming year, in a much calmer, confident and joyful way. But please get back soon, we need a writer like you on the site!

TheBigCheese - Well, can I say, you have great potential as a writer - you really do! Sure, your stories (I admit) could use some tweaking up, but the imagination and the great concepts are there! I know if you keep writing, you're only bound to improve! And once you do, you'll be soaring high, no doubt. For next year, I challenge you to write something exotic, something other than Italy (for some variety) and unlock the potential we are all eagerly awaiting!

Meep(: - My new bestie, right? haha. The first time I read and saw you comic strip (I admit, I've forgotten which one!), but anyway, I loved it! I don't remember the name, but I thought it was amazing and thought you were worth following! The comic strip (recently looking at it) brought a smile to my face, and it struck me that you're a pretty talented drawer! You sure are! haha. Your little jokes always bring a smile to my face, right stalker-buddy? And I can't wait for some more stalker fun next year!

Mystiquevander - Definitely my new favourite member! I've read "The Magician" and wow! So deep and your vocabulary and use of words is like nothing I've ever seen! They add a freshness to your work and make your work somewhat more enchanting! Love your writing so much! (Including what I've read on your wordpress blog!) Your imagination is healthy and running free and you never fail to deliver a piece that makes me gasp in awe! I can't wait to see what you'll offer in the New Year!

OphelieLiv - Haha, our newest member! I have to say, I'm keeping this strictly relative to the site, so nothing about personal life! :) I can tell you have quite the writing potential, hmmm, potential, you're pretty much a writer already! I've read "Lightless" and wow! The sense of maturity with it combination of emotion and deepness is definitely a winner! The maturity of it is something you don't see a lot of in other works and I'm so glad you've brought that to the YWS table! The New Year is definitely eagerly awaited by me, one of the reasons being that I can wait to see what you'll produce!

Nate - Lastly, but hardly least! Thank-you for thinking about this site and making that decision to create it! You don't know how much it means to people like me. Not only because we love to write and read, but the people on this site have formed such a strong community and I know the goodwill and joy of YWS will only spread! To you, we owe the most thanks of all! So, thank-you!

Thank-you to all of you and the pieces of yours I've read and what you've given to the site. It's people like you that'll be the very much awaited writers of the future, but don't wait too long, because you're all writers already and it's great to see your imaginations have been well looked-after.

I musn't forget to do my shout-outs! But, oh, my, I have so many lovely people I want to acknowledge.

Without further adue, in no particular order...

BondGirl007: The Hope of YWS! I have known you since the very beginning, and it's amazing how I feel like I know you, yet I have never met you. You are, and always have been, one of my best YWS buddies. You rock, 007.

LavenderBlue: You're a fun little chat buddy of mine. Even if your real-life friends swear I am an old man (which I'm not, most obviously), you are a great friend to talk to. You never stay in chat for great lengths of time, which is understandable, but it's always a joy to talk to you. :)

AquaMarine: Aqua, I may not talk to you as much as I used to (where have you gone?), but you have always been one of my best pals here on the Young Writers Society. You are the one that gave me my name, after all! Look how it's caught on. Anyways, I still constantly admire your genius daily.

beckiw: Becks, you are one of the most wonderful YWSers on this site. I swear, you're always there to help anyone and everyone when they need it. You're a great friend, one of my chat-buddies. I think talking to you is part of the reason I still venture into chat, ha ha.

Demeter: You're brilliant, Demz! I have known you, too, ever since I joined the Society and you are one of the best friends I have on here. I honestly can't say how great of a friend you are. I love your obsession with earrings, too. Brilliance.

silented1: Eddie! Goodness, I count you as almost a brother. I value your opinion and you are so honest, which is wonderful. I'd "moss" you if you ever left the Young Writers Society, Ed!

Juniper: You're brilliant, and one of my good friends here. I do not seem to see you as much around the site nowadays, though, which is sad, but you'll still always be one of my best friends here. You're always so kind to everyone, and such a great person.

Kamas: You are wonderful, Kamas. One of my best friends. That sums it up.

Solvalery: Sol, I've known you since you were a wee little new member. It's amazing how much you've changed in personality and ways since then. You're a great friend, Sol. Always so bright and optimistic.

Vulcan: Name-changer, you. You will always be Bolty to me, though. Brilliant, if not a bit devious, you are one great friend and YWSer.

BenFranks: Ben! I absolutely count you as a sort of brother. You're brilliant, and a great friend. I remember how we used to race for reviews, and how fun that was. Remember, you still owe me a reviewing race one of these months. I haven't forgotten. :P

JabberHut: Jabbs, you're amazing. I promise, I'll be optimistic always, even if I don't use yellow as a font colour everyday. I remember when I used to make you turn "different colors." That was back when I came into chat more often, though. You're a great friend.

PinkShearwater: You go, girl! I haven't talked to you in a week or so, not too long, but you are a great friend. I haven't known you from the beginning like some of the others, yet I count you as one of my absolute best friends here.

Skins: I miss your finger avvies. They were brilliant. Anyways, you're a great friend, and a spectacular reviewer, and I love stalking your stories. Stalker buddies, woo-hoo. :)

captain.classy: You're wonderful, and a great friend. I've known you for quite awhile. How's that brand of chips of yours goin', eh, Cap'n? :)

peanut19: My S'getti! You're awesome. That sums it up well.

Lastly, to Nate and all the moderators (be it chat, junior, or such), thank you for making this website such a joy to be a part of. I hope the Young Writers Society is alive and well for many years to come, because it certainly is one wonderful place.

There are so many awesome people to talk about I hardly know where to start. Thus, alphabetically:

AquaMarine: It's been a while since we had a proper chat-cum-Moffat-argument, but I loff you and your space muffin. *huggles*

AspiringAuthorA..M.: You don't know how happy I was to find out that you've become a Christian. We don't talk nearly enough, but I loff you, too.

BenFranks: Another person I don't talk to enough. This is a bit of a running theme. Still, you're great to talk to, and it's too bad that we don't more often. *loffles*

beckiw: Well, now I've come to terms with the fact that I'm now going to be called Groin for all eternity, I loff you.

Demeter: Guess what, I don't talk to you enough, either. I loff you anyways.

Isha: Thank you for not picking up on what Becki calls me in chat, and sticking with Cheesy. It's been awesome to get to know you. *huggles and loffles*

Jabbs: Few people can express awesomeness in such a way as you can. You are loffed.

laurabadleg: Since you've joined YWS I'm having to make sure I behave myself! Well, I don't mind, 'cause it's nice to have you here. I loff you, too.

Lava: Thanking you for talking to me on Skype when I really need it, much more than is necessarily obvious. You're an awesome person, and I loff you.

Timmy: You've made one or two things a lot easier for me without realising it, and I really appreciate it. Thank you, you lovely little loff-monster.

Ranger Hawk: You were the first person I really considered a friend on YWS, and you're right, we don't talk enough, but I wish we did, and I loff you.

Snoink: You made me feel so welcome as a n00b, and I don't know many people as friendly and wonderful as you. Lots of loff.

You all rock, the whole fluffy loff-ball of you. I've always said that I'm extremely fortunate in my taste of friends, and the whole lot of YWS proves it. Thank you for always being here.

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

:) I guess 2010 has been a funny year for me in terms of YWS attendance. Came back sometime around the midpoint of the year, then took off again and came back and took off again, all for various reasons. As a result, I had periods and bursts of activity, times when I knew almost everyone posting, and pawing through stories to find the absolute gems was my way of escaping reality.

As a result of my constant absence, I'm not well remembered :) Not meaning to shame anyone out, but when I found this thread, I eagerly awaited the appearance of my own name and the charming comment that would follow. I would smile and wallow vainly in the praise that my fellow YWS users would lavish upon me. However, as I scanned each post and I finally reached the end of the last page and found not one utterance of my incredibly long and unwieldy username, I nodded to myself and thought, Well what did you expect?

I didn't bother to spend the time keeping you all captivated with my presence or irritated by my line-by-line reviews, and I got what I deserved: nothing.

But this has made me determined to become a tangible and annoyingly visible stain upon YWS next year. Let's write it down on my list of New Year Resolutions That I Will Actually Stick To Achieving. And I don't aim to do this to be "remembered", but because of what YWS is and what it means to me. YWS is an incredible institution of learning and growing. People who enter YWS leave enlightened, their grammar straightened out, their minds broadened and their confidence as a writer AND a person strengthened. YWS has a fantastic community of people who genuinely want to help and shake you out of clouds you live in; they prune and lance the blights within your works and they do it with laughter in their tone of writing and a fire dancing within their eyes.

I would never consider YWS a second home; it's the place I actually want to visit, not flee from. Here you receive as much as you give. And I think that's what makes YWS so wonderful. When I want a hoard of uncaring (but funny) people, I head to 4chan and let myself seep in the dredges of the internet society, allow myself to become drunk and uncouth on the rotten material posted on their boards. Then I head to YWS to prove to myself that the world is a loving and giving place.

Many people may never read this, but as someone wise once said, writers write for themselves. And if no one else ever sees this, it doesn't matter. Because I know how much the people of YWS mean to me.

A seemingly meaningless note from a constant lurker,

I have an approximate knowledge of many things.

The whole time I was reading this, I thought it was the 2009 yearbook, and I was laughing at all the people who said they were gonna post and didn't. xD FAIL.

Anyway...

YWS. Hm. I love you. Yus.

Shoutouts!

First and foremost, xX_white_shadow_Xx (Nutty): Thanks for being my Pirate Queen, and my best friend. Thanks for listening to me and my endless raves about Jordan and diners and sneaking out at 1am. <3

Kamas: My other wife. Your first post on YWS still gets me. You rock.

irishfire: Go forth, my FlyleafChild. Go forth and spread the word. She is risen. ;)

BondGirl007: My very first and only pen pal (so far)! You're one of my bestest friends. :)

BenFranks: Relentless journalist in the making. I WANT YOUR PULITZER WHEN YOU GET IT. And why the heck am I "Timberly"?!

Suzanne: Fringe! =D

Snoink: Because you're Snoink. ^_^

Rosey Unicorn: (She whose avvie has almost never changed, and she who likes Josh Groban =D)

Jenthura: For being the best artist EVAR.

Ranger Hawk: You're my braintwin! I love talking to you about Fringe, Tim Burton movies, Flyleaf, and everything else that rocks. You're a great friend and I hope we can meet some day! :)

LittlePetRock: Woohoo. Christmas tree.

captain.classy: For remembering me as the Pirate King. It's true, I was the Pirate King far before I was Jack, and I still love being him! You're very classy, and we don't talk as much anymore! D:

Skins: So you thought I knew everything? BWAHAHA. Don't make me laugh. But yes, I definitely need to get on YWS more, and this is a good way to start. We should talk more often! *noms face* And Flyleaf will always beat Paramore. ^_^

beckiw: Kiwi! And that's all. xD

Elinor Brynn: You're such a helpful, valuable member of YWS! And I'll always think of you as loving everything Disney with a vengeance. ;)

Kyllorac: *hugs Christmas avvie*

Big_Cheesy_Grin: My cheesy friend who runs the best page in town. :)

Demeter: I don't know what you don't see in Keira Knightley. :P

Vulcan: You kidnapped Bolt.

Lava: You're awesome! And your first name rocks. :D

Gladius: My Zelda buddy for life. :P

And that guy...what's his name? You know, made the site, is awesome/completely terrifying? It's on the tip of my tongue...Got it! JabberHut! ;)

Just kidding. :P Nate, you rock. Jabbs...won't you evolve already?

I'm gonna edit this when I remember more people, which I'm sure I will. I love all of you! :D

HELLO YWS!--and to anyone who's reading my post right now.

I'd like to introduce myself (to those who still don't know me), I'm Jash! And today is my third monthsary! YAY! *laughs* Anyway, just like in my reviews and storybook posts, I love to babble, so I'm going to babble everything I wanna say for this yearbook.

I'd never forget how I found YWS. I was surfing the Internet for a site where I could have friends who are writers, too. I typed in my Google browser "young writer", and the first on the list is YWS. Isn't that amazing? *laughs* I didn't hesitate to sign up.

But I wasn't that active in my first weeks. I only became a reviewer freak on my third week, I think so. And on my only on second month did I gain my four stars and my Reviewer I badge. I was also featured thrice (not me, my work). It's not that much, really, I know; but for someone who's new, it was a great feeling to be "in". I gained so much friends, (and stalked so much people *ehem*) who liked me for who I am, and that means I being crazy and weird and loud and random. *laughs* I still couldn't believe that dudes mentioned me in their yearbooks, y'know. It's crazy!

So, THANK YOU YWS for everything. Since I've been here (and that's only for three months), my grammar has tremendously improved. I myself cannot believe it: my tenses have been consistent, my dialogue and characterization are now plausible, my temptation from using purple prose has been diminished (though my choosing a word still kind of freaks out English speakers a tad *laughs*). My confidence in writing also was given a boost, and I can't wait to be published!

AND NOW FOR THE SHOUT-OUTS (dun, dun, dun...) WARNING: Long post.

These are the people who've been friendly to me and welcomed me to this site, making me feel like I'm part of a one, big family of writers. I just wanna blabber and mention them all!

ISHA,
Ish, Ish-ie, Ishy, Ahsi, Goaty, (ROTFL), you're the very first friend I'd gained here on YWS. I entered chat the day I signed up, and you were there, welcoming me and greeting me. You were my first follower and I couldn't forget that. Even though you still owe me one review (yes, live with the guilt ), you made it up to me by inviting me to an exclusive Storybook. XD I'd always thought you were cool and a very popular YWSer. Guess, I wasn't wrong. =D/ I learned to use 'loff' instead of 'love' to you. So here it goes: I LOFF YOU!

JABBERHUT
Mr. Jabbers, you were once my daddy. But then I found out that Pink was my real Dad (LOL). Anyway, you've stayed being my friend, and thanks for that. =)) I remember posting one of my songs at the Christian Writer's forum (Yup, it was a forum before, right?) and you commented on it and told me that the guitar playing was good. Still a ton of thanks for that! You were my second follower here at YWS (you might be going like, how can this kid remember that?), but trust me, that's all I can remember. I can't remember the order of the rest. ;)

SILENTRAIN
I love reading your poems, and thanks for requesting. Don't stop with your poetry, though please, I beg you, enough with the emo. () xoxo

TIGERSPRITE,
I was ultimately touched to read that I'm one of your YWS best friends. Thanks so much for the reviews. I've read each twice (or maybe thrice?). You help a lot, just so you know. Not only to me, but to a bunch of YWSers who ask requests from you! And even though I'm usually dumbstruck by your grammar strictness, I'm very much thankful we have someone like you here. =) I loff you! ;**

PINKSHEARWATER,
Miss Pinky, Ate Pink, and now my YWS Daddy. =) I thought once you were a snob, but of course, I swear, you are not. You're fun to talk to, and funny as well, and I still am pretty much infatuated with you fictional character, Mr. Luke.

BORNTOBEAWRITER,
Hello Mommy Tanya. :) At first, I though you were only our age. I never thought you'd be in your twenties. Well, you're fun to talk to! (Grown-ups aren't that much. :p) I remember that we'd officially met first at facebook. I asked you about Skins, that I felt and knew deep in my heart she was a girl. IThanks for being there read to review me at once! =D/

WHISPERER,
my twin. I still wonder where you are in this country.

SOLVALERY,
Sol, Solyval--I could never memorize what Ish calls you. :lol Thanks for everything! For the support. You know it! Then I found out you can be someone to run to when I'm going all weird. HAHA... So thanks again. CATS ROCK!

PUZZLE,
Oh, em...allmixedup. XD I feel like imitating your avatar everytime I see you.

YURIIKO,
You first gave me a review on my Manila Bay Pictures. Then I found out we live in the same country! It was awesome to know that. So I do miss that anime pic, and the falling apple. O_o

SNOINK
Oh, miss mod! You were very friendly! Then you were gone cat-sitting! Where are you now? XD

SILENTED1
Hi, Mr. Ed. Only now did I realize that your name must be silent Ed. I was wondering, was I right? Oh, and did the donut taste good?

FLOW
Always ready to give out comments! :) That's really nice, you know? And yeah, someone to talk to when bored. I like anime, but only pictures. I rarely watch anime. Not that I watch at all. :( I watched beyblade when I was a kid! Funneh...

VAMPYRE,
We're in an SB together! And that was how I met you! Just so you know, I voted for you for the SB badge. :D

SKINS,
Oh, Skins, Skinso, Skinsy, Miss Megan (LOL), or should I say R.....P...........*toot*
I never believed that you were a boy! Shock, is it? There was something in you--maybe it's Victoria--that made me doubt that little blue thingy on your profile. And I WAS RIGHT. I was so right. And I was awesome for being right. Haha...kidding. You, Sir, Ma'am, I assumed, were one of the cool, popular YWSers every. *shrugs* Maybe it was because of your "Skins will leave YWS", scaring people to death, then saying "for the weekends." How cool are you? I can't gauge it. O_o All I know is that when I got to know you more, you were friendly, and a friend too! You give awesome reviews and awesome wallposts. You always make me laugh...Not that you're funny, well you are funny, not in a--negative way, if you know what I mean. :lol So there, I don't know why I'd said a lot about you...You're my weird Uncle.

And last thing to say:

Our Tiger ate a meerkat.

THENEWHERO
Hi, dude!--kid, Netho, Hero... (I'm still sticking with 'Hero') As everyone says, you're a great thinker. Always pray and ask HWHY for wisdom and knowledge. I'm glad I met someone like you here at YWS. =) You're this site's Christian model. I've said a couple of times before, I'll say it again: Keep the fire burning!--for Him. HWHY bless!

ICEPRINCESS
Me fellow Asian! I loved how you reacted to Sunshine/Yuenish's personality. I kept on laughing. "Lofty idiot" got in my best friend and my conversations. I told her all about you, and she was like, "Awww...she's so nice." And when she got here, and you welcomed her, she was like, "Awww...she's so sweet." And I couldn't agree less! You both had this certain irritation with Sunshine. Oh, my poor innocent character!

SHUBHI
Shubs, Shrubbery! Gotcha! LOL My sister. You were my first sister! *gasp* and Yurii. And I was like, "Okay, I have a couple of sister, I wanna be a son!" Our family has such a funny history, eh? Shubs, I miss that lady wearing a red dress. I used to stare at that. How weird am I? :D

IGNIS,
Oh the eternal walk, Ignis, you're making me tired. I miss the dragon. XD How's Megan?

IDRAAX
My FISH! She's miiiiiiiine!

JENTHURA,
You must forgive me for this: Sometimes I feel like you're a girl. :p Maybe 'cause you're kind-er than most guys here. XD But when I remember how you went "No one wants your 100 points" in one my Guess Who Threads, I remember that you're guy. Peace out.

RANGERHAWK,
My sissy! :) You were part of the conspiracy! (As Tiggie calls it) And I couldn't help but laugh when I remember all about it. You're always a company, and it's a very nice thing. Thanks for flooding my wall! I appreciate that much. ;**

APPLE,
I don't see you anymore. *pouts* Okay, you're one of those swaggerin' girls here. XD I read one of your morbid stories, and I thought you were a boy! O_O shock, I know. Anyway, I'm glad you requested a cover from me. XD Even happier to know you liked it much.

SPORKPUNK,
Sporks have punk hair, that's why! Oh, my dearest Sporky! You're one of those who made me move on with the lockets. Thanks for the support and all, in my writing I mean. I dearly needed that, y'know? Not being born in the language. I remember making you guys all, "What is up with the word choice?" When you reviewed my work and told me about the tense shifts, that was when I urged myself to study and try to understand it. (Oh, by God's grace I now do! :D) Thanks, Leslie!

LADYPURPLE,
Yes, I know. You are not crazy!

RAZ,
Hi, Naz! :D

And I'll always be,
You're hash brown.

Say, WHUT?!

IMABOOKPERSON,
Hi, Ima! We entered this site on the same month. :D See you on the chatbox!

FOXY,
Oh, Foxy dear, how are you? :( I don't see you around much anymore. I miss you, my foxy. You nicknamed me Jashy! (Which is both weird and awesome at the same time since my name is "jash" and my nickname had an extra letter.) I wish to see you again. You are a poet! :|

AZILA,
I wish I can write reviews like you. O_o Oh, the owl! Is that an owl? *shrgs* Have I told you you're an awesome writer? Oh yeah! Probably a dozen times. XD

LILGREENDOTS,
Dotsy!!! Hi, deary. You're the youngest that I know here. :) Makes me wanna squeeze you're cheeks. Please? I will never forget the bear. :D

KAKAGIRL,
Oh the ultimate randomness! Thanks so much for your support, with my writings. Thanks for you devouring each chapter I had with The Lockets. XD It was, quite, surprising for someone to enjoy it well. Thank you!

THE PINKY WRITER FAMILY,
To all of the members of this family, some of which I do not know. (Why! I do not know my own relatives! O_o) Thanks adopting me. I shall always be your very first SON. *nods* Yes, yes. Have raised me well, too.

and most of all YOU,
I have too much in mind right now that I cannot mention everyone else. But I'd like to thank you: Thank you for being a nice YWSer and befriending me! Now, behave!

And oh, oh!

Here's my drawing of Mr. NATE...(I do not have a tablet, so I had to use this stinkin' optical mouse. Maybe next year, I shall draw a better one. Plus, I forgot all about this, I remembered this a day before the deadline, and I'm dead busy. *sigh*) I hope ya'll like it. ;) We shall have this in print! "I Heart YWS" SHIRTS! Yay! :p Kidding.

H'okay, so it's like this.

All of you? I adore you to bits. Each and every single one of you.

Except you.

After much consideration, I’ve decided to post on here as I feel there are some things that I want to share to you guys. To sum it up, this has been one very interesting year for me. I’ve met new people, participated in forum role playing, and have experienced many unexpected highs and lows. YWS has a very friendly and helpful community, and I like to thank you guys for all the moments we’ve had.

I would also like to thank the following people (I’ll be listing it alphabetically as it’ll be easier for everyone to follow on lol):

Elinor: Even though we don’t really talk much, I feel that you deserve a mention. You’ve really matured on YWS over the year, and I’ve enjoyed critiquing your work and giving you advice (even if it does frustrate me at times lol). Be sure to keep on writing! (Don’t think you’ve posted much works on here lately).

Firearris: Even after nearly 3 years, you are still up and about on YWS. I’ve enjoyed talking with you (even if our conversations were a little strange sometimes lol) and playing games like that song game we used to do. Oh! Did I mention you also suck at SSBB? :p

Kamas: Ah you think I’ve forgotten about you eh? Of course I still remember you, you little furball lol. You are right though, we really do need to have those long conversations again. It’s a shame you aren’t around on YWS as much now.

Kitty15: I really cherish all of the role playing discussions we’ve had together. It really allowed me to have a better and more in-depth understanding of all the facets of forum role playing. I also greatly enjoy all of your contributions and participation in my storybooks (even though they don’t really last long ) and all the long conversations we’ve had. As cheesy as this sounds, I do think of you as kind of a mentor figure at times (as well as a friend you wish you could see more often).

Nutty: An old friend of mine. I remember all of the memorable conversations we’ve had, whether it’s on Facebook or MSN lol. You are a good writer, and I greatly appreciate the times that I’ve came to you for help on writing, whether it be a sentence or an entire role playing post lol. You are also a good friend, and I’m sorry that you have to put up with my lows too. I’ve realized that lately, we haven’t been talking as much as we used to. That definitely needs to change I reckon :p Anyways, I hope to pay you a visit in Christchurch some day, maybe during Armageddon in April next year?

PhoenixBishop: I love your participation and the effort you’ve put into your story booking. I also like to thank you for allowing me to give you some pointers when you need them, and for some of the feedback that you’ve given me on my work. However, you really need to have more confidence in your abilities. You have a lot of potential in you, and I would like to see more of that come through in 2011.

PenguinAttack: You are kind of like a mother-goose figure to me. Whenever I need help, I would come to you and come out more confident and calm. You are also someone that I would like to get to talk to more.

Puzzle: My sister lol. Before, you were kind of this annoying kid to me in chat, but it seems I was too soon to judge. Believe it or not, you are actually kind of mature for your age lol. I’m grateful that you’ve allowed me to take you under my wing, though I feel that I am unworthy to be your brother at times because we don’t really talk that much one on one. I blame that on the generation gap between us though :p Thanks for inviting me to all these Skype video calls, and I hope I’ll be in much more in the future. And remember, I am always here for you Em. Siblings are meant to look after one another after all.

RazHuni: You are someone that I got to know better though the Skype conversations we’ve been in. I like your maturity and your insight on things. You also have a talent of making any conversation feel more lively and engaging.

Vanadis: I’ve enjoyed doing that Russian HP storybook with you and that thread on hprpg.net (along with Jagged and PhoenixBishop). That was fun. Wish I wasn’t so cramped up with real life commitments at the time so I could have kept the SB running. Btw, where’s my Japanese candy? :p

Vernon: Heh, my Scottish friend lol. I’ve known you for so long man. You are certainly one weird fellow lol. The Skype convos that we’ve been through however really gave me a better insight of who you are as a person. I have to admit, I actually feel closer to you now as a friend. I especially enjoyed those long one on one convos that we had on Skype. You are a proud person with a lot of opinions and insight on things. You are also a good storybooker, writer and reviewer. I hope you’ll stay on YWS for another year or so (I know you have uni looming ahead of you). Oh by the way, I actually feel kind of guilty that you are going to send me such an expensive gift for Christmas exchange. Hence, I’ll try to get enough $$ to buy something that’ll match that of yours lol.

Special mention also goes to: Chibibo, Imabookperson, Jagged, Lumi, Scar, Vulcan and Yuri. You guys have also made an impact on my experience on YWS.

...There’s also one more person that I would like to mention, and that's Octave. You know why I’ve saved you for last eh? (I’ve pretty much stolen your yearbook layout as I couldn’t be stuffed making my own up lol).

After pacing myself around the lounge for like 5 minutes, I came to the conclusion that words alone cannot describe the year we’ve had together. Suffice to say, our time together has been...complicated (yes I know you think that’s an understatement lol). We’ve experienced many highs and lows and many unexpected turns. Trying to define the friendship that we had would be a behemoth of a task lol.

Now that we are in a relationship, things have really stabilized between us. I feel more intimate towards you now, and I hope you feel the same way about me. Looking back, I deeply regret ever getting angry or condensing at you, and I’ll do my best to repent for my ways (do you accept mesos oi? I’ll give you 1mill for every insult I’ve made towards you LOL). Jokes aside, let’s hope we’ll never argue like that ever again.

And you are right Jae, the future is filled with uncertainty. Things might not work out the way we might expect. However, I am willing to commit to this relationship and to try to make this a success. I want to be able to meet up with you one day so that we can do all these fun things that we’ve talked about on MSN (such as having buffet together, hanging out at the beach, having sushi together etc). $2.5k NZ dollars might be a lot, but there should be some way around it right? (I’ll just rob the bank near where I live lol, and I’ll do it Dark Knight styles).

My other promise for you is simple Jae: I’ll always be here for you, no matter what. Even if we ever do break up for whatever dumb reason (maybe because I’m too ugly or something lol), I will still be there. Just give a call and I’ll be there dressed in my super hero costume, ready to fight LOL.

Andy.

Ok, I know I'm new here, but there's a ton of people I LOVE on here, so here you go
Luxevampwolfwithwand-My sister! No, seriously, she really is my sister. She's the one who got me on this website, and I love her for that. And she has commented on everything.

RoseGryffindor- not my sister, but a bff. Know her from school. I think it's my fault she's on here. Love you bacon!

DoomBlade-Another friend from school. Now I can read IA without regular email.

BlondieMissyAngel-We were friends before we were born. Even though I havn't seen you in forever, your still my sister

BlueWaterLilly(terli)-I love talking to you on chat. You are awesome, and my age. And you always have awesome AVs

Solvalery-Once again, awesome AV's.

WarriorPrincess-I read The other girl in the tower and fell in love. Another Rapunzel Reteller, and a great one at that!

FelixWindbow-A friend I've known forever. once again, havn't seen in a long time. Your a great writer.

Lightplusdark-You were the first one ever to comment on one of my things, and I wont forget that.

ElinorBrynn-Sorry! NOT the other Rapunzel reteller. Your still a great writer, and I love your Greek Mythology stuff

Flower~Child-I didn't know you when I started this, so i'm recongizing you now. I love to comment on your stuff, and I love
talking back and forth through walls. You are an anime fan, which autimaticly makes you cool.

Trying2Bnaturallyme-Hmm, you need a nickname...I know, I'm going to call you Natur. I miss you a lot, and I'm very happy you have a YWS now. And I promise not to have a cow!

StellaThomas-YOUR the other Rapunzel reteller, and a great one! Sorry for the mix up

I would also like to recognize RazHuni, Dragons, and LavenderBlue for following me, I'm sorry I can't tell you how awesome you are yet, I don't really know you. But Thank you for following me, and maybe I will have a bunch of funny, awesome things to say about you next year
Thank's to everyone who puts up with me

Yay i got on the first page!!!!!!
Hey everyone,
Since the time i joined in 2008 i have seen a great improvment in my writing and i have a lot of fun writing as well. Before Yws came along all my stories were left in a scruffy old diary. I am so happy that my friend told me about this website. In the last 2 years that I have been here I have learned so much and developed so much as a writer and i thank Yws so much for that. I have also met a lot of amazing people and writers as well!!
And last of all a big thanks to Nate who made this all possible. THANK YOU!!!!
