by the way nate so basically your saying that writers wont be credited for their work?

Stephene: All writers are credited when the journal is published. The names are only omitted during the editorial process so as to avoid any possible bias. The pieces to be selected are chosen by members of YWS who will almost certainly have friends submitting.

The submissions area will be a completely separate area, like the Nominations and Clubs areas. As for the announcement, it will probably be made in the usual way, via a post in the Info Desk or as a Global Announcement (like Trident's contest).

For example:

I can pass an artwork, a poem, and a short story...

BUT

i cannot pass two artworks and a poem,

or two poems and a short story

Submission of Multiple Works: We do allow multiple submissions, although we're going to do it differently this year than in past years. Previously, you could submit up to three poems. This year, you may only submit one poem. This way, you have to pick the best one. Also, you may also submit one short story and one piece of artwork on top of that. So all told, you could submit one poem, one short story, and one piece of artwork/photo if you wanted to. However, only one at most will be accepted.

That's Microsoft Works, right? If so, I'm pretty sure you can save the document in .RTF format, which is accepted.
