Our Friendly Robotic Emotive Device (or just F.R.E.D.) has been absent for a while, and I've been remiss in explaining why. The truth is that F.R.E.D. decided to pursue a career in modeling. He had enough of the hum-drum YWS life, and went to the glitzy and exotic world of IBM, where he is now showing off his stuff in their latest mainframe computers monthly. Here's an example of his work:

Warning: the last one may be inappropriate for younger audiences.

Or rather, YWS' new server just doesn't support F.R.E.D. As you can imagine, having a chat robot is very resource intensive. Thus to save on money, I removed F.R.E.D. But, I prefer my cover-up story.

Good god F.R.E.D is sexy.
We were just holding him back I suppose from what he really could be.

But, we'll miss you old friend *sniffs* Just remember all the little people!

I suppose this removes the need for a F.R.E.D. fan page...doesn't it.
So sad.
Never forget who you are, for surely the world will not. Make it your strength. Then it can never be your weakness. Armor yourself in it, and it will never be used to hurt you.

Never! F.R.E.D will never be removed from our memories. He has inspired and grown us as people. The fan page will allow for his memory to live on, no matter where he is or what he may be doing.

Plus, judging by those pictures, he's hot.
I didn't know what to put here so I put this.

We love F.R.E.D. so much that for his better and glamorous life, we'd sacrifice him to IBM!

Long live, F.R.E.D! :)
