Clockwork Heart

"Train 819." Elbrooks bent over the telecoms, his teeth gnashing violently in fear as his colleagues and him watched the show before them on the small, black screen.

"Come in, Train 819!" He shouted into the headset around his neck. A face appeared on the screen, Elbrooks felt a bit of his tension unease from his brows. A man in his late forties stared back, he held a coffee mug in one shaking hand.

"What is it?" He snapped, the dark bags under his eyes darkened even more. Elbrooks ignored the man's impetuous stare.

"You're tracking into a headlong collision!" The man stared back blankly, unregistered by what Elbrooks had said. Elbrooks felt his forehead wrinkle upwards in fear. "Did you not hear me, train driver? You are going to die!"

Something smashed across the ground behind the train driver. Elbrooks turned his attention away towards the monitor. Blue and pink spots bumped across the screens heading towards each other.

"Train-" Elbrooks was cut short as the man jumped from his seat screeching maniacally. The lights of another train shone across the hull of the 1990 version subway vehicle. Elbrooks leaned in without even noticing. The driver wasn't pointing at the other train though, he was motioning in the opposite direction.

"Train driver, another-" A blood curdling screech broke off Elbrooks words. A creature leaped in front of the telecoms, its face leering towards the screen. Gaunt, deep blue skin stretched over a thick skull. Dagger like teeth barred out of a blood red mouth, a pink tongue lolled out in a hungry state.

"Stay back..." the voice of the train drive yelped in the background. Jumping, the sound of wrenching screaming filled the air. Blood flicked onto the telecoms, the dying curdle echoed before the oncoming train smashed into the 1990 subway vehicle. Metal slid across metal, the yelping hurtles of the dying engine singed into the air.

Plot: Camp Linwood. You hear about it all the time on the television, the getaway of all time. The prices are so low it's almost free! It's the ideal summer holiday plan for any holiday leering teenager. Though, a group of friends, on their way towards the "Summer Fun Shin Dig," their train crashes in an unknown subway, well away from their Californian home.

As the smell of oil stings within the air, their only way of survival is to escape before they die of hunger or dehydration, or even both. It's not that easy as it seems, though. Pulling themselves from the carnage of the train, they realise all the usable exits of the subway have been filled to the rim with rubble, making it impossible for any way to actually break through the wall. And that's not it. The only survivors of the crash are infected with a disease which turns them into zombie-like predators. Their main initiative, human meat.

Your Role: As one of the friends to have survived and not have been infected with the disease, you have an endless race against time to find an opening, survive the disease and the carnage that follows after the "Zombies". With high hopes, you trudge into dangerous areas trying your best to move around the under ground subway, before it's too late.

Rules:
- God-Modeing isn't allowed. After coming from a train crash, I would doubt that you would have the strength to be able hold your head high. Though, this isn't to say that you have to be completely pathetic. *Rolls on d laughing* Just make it that your character is weak in some sections and strong in the others. This way it balances out and makes this an enjoyable experience of fantasy.

-Romance. Okay, if you're into those kind of things. I've read that most don't actually like having romance within their story books but I am going to allow it within this. Though, there are some restrictions and guide lines that follow. No, I repeat *Wild hands gestures* no visual sex scenes. You can have them, yes but they have to be non to specultative.

-Swearing, cussing, pirate talked *argh*? What ever you consider it, is allowed. Though, on a minimal level. No big words that'll make little children scream and make peoples eyes roll back in their heads, fall to the ground clutching their innocent eyes and whailing the words they have accidently learnt!

Name: Aurellia Rose White. Though, she tells everyone she is called Tsundre.

Age: Recently turned seventeen

Gender: Female

Appearance:
Spoiler
Image

Personality: Born and raised a tomboy, Aurellia doesn't live up to her fancy name instead she runs wild, playing on other peoples emotions and acting some what out the ordinary. Aurellia loves to be different, if someone says something different she'll forced herself to say the opposite. Only to those she can really trust does she show off a more softer and compassionate side, which is only rarely. Often, she is considered a five year old within a seventeen year old's body.

History: Aurellia, just as her name suggests, grew in a wealthy family where she was pampered for most of her life. Unable to make friends with anyone but her many private tutor's, Aurellia lived well away from other people and was wounded emotionally for it. Her father was always away on business trips, in which she would only get a letter and picture from him. Her mother would bring home many lovers in which Aurellia would often make a game on how fast she could drive them out of the house. Her mother would often make Aurellia swear that she wouldn't say anything, though her father would always know.

Strengths: Aurellia is a master of disguise. She can fool anyone into thinking whatever she wants them too, drawing them into a string of lies. Aurellia can make anyone do what they want her to do, often twisting them around her finger till they break. Her personalities are sharade of her real feelings, though she won't admit it as she is a gifted liar and actor.

Vices: She doesn't show emotions to anyone and often falls trap to speaking her mind. She isn't a fast thinker and neither is she on her feet. Aurellia is often the weakest link, though she makes herself seem is strong enough. Aurellia isn't strong, she can easily crumble under tough weight. She comes across stony and this often pushes people away from her.

Up for love: Yes

PersonalityShe's shy, and naive, but if you get to know her, she's really fun and bubbly

History She grew up with a middle class family, in a middle class neighborhood, went to a normal school, but she never really felt like she fit in with anyone, so her mom sent her to camp... hoping it would make her more social, little did she know she would become so 'social' with one of the guys she would get pregnant! The thing that scares her most is that she doesn't know who the baby's daddy is and she doesn't know how to tell her mom.

StrengthsShe is kind hearted, willing to give advice when needed, she's that one person anyone could go to with a secret... and with their anger, she has no problems with being called profanities

Vices *I'm guessing this is like weaknesses?* She's weak physically, can be easily persuaded, she isn't very fast on her feet... mostly because of the baby, and she won't admit it but she has low self esteem

Up for loveIf you could love a pregnant teenage girl

Other Chup claimed the daddy

Name Corey Taylor

Age 19

Gender Male

Appearance Corey stands tall at 6 foot 5. He's total muscle from his head to toe, and he's not on steroids. Since he was twelve he's been working out to get to where he is now.

Spoiler
Image

Personality He looks scary, with his dark green eyes, and the lip ring and all his tattoos, but he's really a sweatheard. He's like a grizzly bear, looking all big and bad with a heartful of love. He's got a rough exterior, but would literally cry if someone he loved was hurt. He will also give his life to save any of his friends, including the ones he just met.

History Grew up in a pretty wealthy home. His dad was always away on tour with his world-reknown band, and his mom was still making it big in movies. With busy parents and no siblings, he got awfully lonely. He found his family in the multiple gangs he joined over the years, and the team sports he played throughout high school. Going to camp, his parents believed, would turn him for the good. All it really did was make him fall in love and impregnate a girl.

Strengths Extremely strong, will fight to the death and give his life for loved ones. He's great at staying quiet for a long amount of time and can see pretty darn well in the dark.

Vices His bulk makes him slower than most, and he's blind in his right eye from a boating accident. He also has sharp pains in his shoulder every now and then, since he was shot in the shoulder at fifteen.

Up for love Not really... I mean a fling, sure, but love? The only one he truly loves is Ashley, but she's terrorfied of him now.

Other Ashley's baby's daddy xD
Oh, the tiger will love you. There is no sincerer love than the love of food.

Name: Setji Orphelius* (*Chosen last name)

Age: 17 (The day this happened is his birthday)

Gender: Male

Appearance:
Spoiler
Image

Personality: Generally, Setji is a calm, almost cold guy. However, he can sometimes lose his head in anger, but that's only when he gets really pissed off. Some people call him "practical", others "selfish", because he does everything and anything in life which will advantage him. He has a graceful way of speaking which somehow always carefully and subtly conveys horrid insults. He will sometimes had a lapse in his normal character and revert back to his old self, but only momentarily.

History: Setji claims he has no family. The truth is his family is the Japanese equivalent of the American Mafia. He has grown up with assassination, prostitution, thievery and all kinds of illegal activities. When he was young he abhorred his family and always tried to run away. Finally, by the age of 15 he managed to escape his family, by killing his guard and took on a different last name, leaving Japan forever. But it was too late. When he made it to a safe place he realised what he had done. He had already become what he hated most. Cold, calculating, uncaring. He had killed someone and not even had a second thought about it. He felt so horrible, his own guilt swallowed his view on life. He convinced himself he was a murderer. He "accepted" his fate, but he wouldn't humiliate himself by returning to his family. So, he stayed away.

Strengths: Was taught a very passive aggressive form of martial arts. It looks like a form of dance, but the blows are aimed at vital areas of the body and can kill.

Vices: Mentally unstable, beware.

Up for love: *Giggles* Sure.

Aurellia Rose White/Tsundre:

The food cart trundled past my seat, my mother sipped at the champagne in her gloved hands. The woman behind the cart moved quickly behind the royal blue curtains, her white skirt swishing under the luminescence light. The sound of the steal wheels jumping across the grooves in the floor rang in my ears.

“Now, when we go to see your sister I want you to promise that you will not fight with her. Or else you won't be able to go this camp. It's with her or not at all.” I looked at my mother from under my lashes, she ignored my stare, her eyes scanning the people in the seats.

"I don't fight with her, Mum" I grinned childishly at her. A muffled voice broke from behind the curtains, craning my neck upwards I stared at the blue silk. A man broke out from behind of the velvet, his face a mask of horror. He clutched at at at a seat, his knuckles turning white.

"Get down-" he lunged forward crashing towards the floor. Mum grabbed at my figure, pulling me towards the floor, we lunged forward crashing to the floor.

The sound of metal screeching against metal echoed down the walkway, the windows broke instantly, glass rained across my body. Mum lay on top of me, closing my eyes forcibly, I felt something cold dribble across my neck. Screams erupted from either side of me, the train came to a jarring stop. The lights began to flicker over my figure, creating long shadows across the ground.

Tears streamed down the side of my cheeks, my heart pounded in my ear. Reaching out, I clasped onto something wet. I looked up to see a bloodied hand. Screaming, I pulled back my hand wiping it on my shirt in disgust. I felt weight crumple across my back, pulling myself up, I stared at my mother. A Scarlett droplet of blood ran across her fair skin.

"Mum?" I muttered, shaking her. Crawling out from under her weight I stared in horror at her face. Mum looked outwards, her blue eyes unmoving. Dragging her out from under the glass and into the hallway, I collapsed towards her body pressing my face into her neck. My tears ran into her blood, the cuts on my legs ran freely.

Sitting up, I let my head fall back. Opening my mouth I screamed loudly, my heart racing tears flowing freely down my cheeks. "MUM!"

ASHLEY

I was switching camps, along with that other guy, he scared me. Why did he switch with me? The only reason i switched was because everyone teased me for getting pregnant. This was one of those camps that had a program for pregnant teens. I smiled up at the scary guy once more. He seemed deep in thought. I put my hand on my stomach, wondering who the daddy was.

Someone ran by yelling.
"Everyone DOWN!" I was shocked, couldn't move. The guy pulled me down and covered me, while i covered my stomach. I jolted forwards as i heard metal sreeching. I covered my ears, and started screaming. My baby, it had to be fine. I watched my stomach as the windows shattered. I started coughing as dust rose around me. When we finally stopped i checked my stomache over, no cuts there. But my arms and legs were covered. I looked up at the guy, unable to find my voice to thank him.

Setji

A tear rolled down Setji's cheek as he stared out the window. The landscape passed by without him noticing. He was is his own little world. Then suddenly he blinked wildly and sneered, wiping the tear off his face. He was the only one in his compartment. Everyone else was with someone they knew, or in a cheaper carriage.

Setji licked his lips and his stomach growled. He was hungry. Setji stood, his dark eyes staring intently, taking in every small detail. As he slid the cart door's open he sensed what was going to happen before it did. Growing up part of the Yakuza, had finely tuned his instincts to know when there was danger close.

Using his martial artist body he sprung back into the cart, his back violently hitting the carriage wall. Then it began. Setji kept his eyes open, alert, watching, calculating even as he felt the train screech abysmally along the railway track. The carriage's shook madly some jerking off the track completely.

Setji's cart slid off, tipping, smoothly. It was like the moment in a roller coaster just as you realise you're going down. When your body starts to rise, but is then restrained by the bar or harness. For Setji this was no harness, no bar of safety. As the carriage spun of the track, the connected pieces to other carts ripping apart like spider web, Setji did the only think he could think.

He used his body by instinct. The first roll that the cart did was violent, unpredictable. Yet Setji jumped up into the air and it moved around him. He didn't let his feet hit the floor, his legs sprung off the wall, everytime he got near and he arms pushed back. In all essense of the words he was keeping away from the walls and anything dangerous. As the carriage slowly came halt, Setji collapsed on the roof of his carriage, sweating like hog and drawing in ragged bouts of breath.

A smile crossed over his face, it was a lapse. A momentary part of his mind came forth as Setji struggled to breath, "I'd never thought I'd say this as long as I lived, but... arigatou otousan."

His smile faded as a growl snarled out his mouth. His breathing became almost instantly normal. Setji stood, brushing off the dirt particles on his body. He smirked, "Time to find some pawns."

Aurellia Rose White/Tsundre:

My knees wobbled as I pulled myself up. Grabbing onto what was left of my seat, I stumbled back, my eyes glued on my mothers body. Smoke stung at my eyes, bending over; violent coughs erupted from my mouth. My back shaking with a silent tremor. The blaze of fire, ricochet off of the wall. The orange and red colours blended into a sickening shadow. Sweat began to drop off the back of my neck and down my spine. Mum was dead, and it was all my fault. If I had only listened to her and had taken the aeroplane...

Placing the bottom of my shirt over my mouth and nose, I began to move for an exit, my heart beating in my chest. Smoke wafted along the subway outside. Peering closer, I though I saw a shadow move within the deserted darkness. Where was everyone? Wasn't it supposed to be a subway, they were usually packed with people. Kicking at a few of the dead bodies, expecting them to awaken, my vision began to blur into meaningless dots.

Opening a carriage door, I stumbled into the next. More dead bodies fell across the ground, their lifeless stares made my breakfast raise into my throat. Dropping to my knees, I resisted the urge to peer back towards my mothers body. Coughing for a stand of fresh air, I began to claw the metal seats for stability. Placing my head to the hard floor, I closed my eyes. Was I the only survivor?

Gasping like a fish out of the water, I pressed my ear to the floor. I could hear foot steps. Trying my best to push my body off of the floor, I looked out into the smoke. A wafting figure stole in the smoke. Croaking, I held my hand up to the stranger.

"Help..."

Setji

As if God were listening to his voice a sound echoed down the tunnel, "Help."

Setji grinned, he carefully stretched up to open his travel compartment and got his bag out. It was the only thing he had with him anyway. Then he followed the echo. It was just behind his carriage. A different one, it looked like it had seen better times. Smoke encapsulated the vehicle and it made Setji's eyes water.

Digging into his bag he found a bandanna and wrapped it over his mouth. If he saved whoever was in there they would owe him something. In this current situation someone owing you something meant a lot. His smiled shifted from his face as he entered the cart.

A girl was on the floor, her eyes swollen from either smoke or crying Setji didn't know. She looked like she inhaled quite a lot of smoke. Setji rolled his eyes and bent over to her, "You asked for help?"

She smiled weakly and reached a hands towards him. Setji glanced at it in distaste, "You'll owe me. Nod your head if you agree to this."

She almost couldn't believe what she was hearing, she was going to die from smoke inhalation and he was worried about that. She nodded vigourously. He smiled coldly down at her, "I'll take you for your word then."

He grabbed her hand which was beginning to shake and then with a heave lugged her over his shoulder. He was stronger than he looked. He carried her out and away from the smoke. Then he dropped her to the floor and watched. Her eyes flickered open in pain as the ground jarred her back.

Setji smiled at her, "You owe me a life now."
