I've recently had a book published under the title Beneath the Cobblestones. You can find it on Amazon.com for 12.95$, located here.

Front and back Cover photo attached.

Tell me what you think! Of the cover, of my being published!

You should give us a link, and an example ... unless they have those on amazon. It's great. Did it cost anything to publish?

About the first post, I don't want to make it sound like I don't think you could get published. I'm so sorry. I just didn't know that amazon published people. I thought you did that thing where you had it on their website... I don't know

The poetry, fiction, and literary misc forums should be for your actual work. So, if you were to post the entirety of this story or post it chapter-by-chapter, it could belong here. Since you're just showing us a cover and sharing news with us, I'm moving it to the Lounge. Congrats on getting published, by the way. ;)

Sounds like advertising to me. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though! :P

Congratz! I read the back and it sounds interesting. How many "no"s did it take until you got the "yes"?

P.S. You're 13? That's extremely impressive, so well done!

Wow, good job! :D I like the cover and the summary on the back.

Canada is amazing! :)

To be published at 13...O_o Holy crap. I never would've been able to do that when I was 13, heh. XD I'm going to the bookstore sometime next week, so I will keep a lookout for your book! :D

How long did the publishing process take?

Snoink: Thanks for adding the link...I totally forgot..

I actually recieved my 20 complimentary copies from my publisher...the books turned out fantastic, by the way. Nice glossy cover and all....nice pages, good cut.

Amazon did not publish the book, but most books ever published get on Amazon.com, as it is one of the biggest online bookstores.

How many No's to get a Yes did it take....ugh, trust me, it was not fun. I called all over the US (no, no, no, we don't publish people under 18, blah blah) and Canada (we'd love to read it, but we're sorry, no.) and even England (eurhhh...we don't publish people under 18)....

But I got published. That's what counts, right?

I won't give you a first page or anything because I don't just want to post it on YWS. I hope you understand.

Thanks.
