I'm on my cousin's account, but this is forsakin...

~Ellie May~

I flew in the back, hoping no one would look back at me and see me crying. I saw Blaise ahead of me taking Anika, and I wanted to hold her. I wanted her to be able to comfort me, and I, her. I let out a sigh and herd Anika tell Blaise to look down. We all looked down. My body froze in the sky as I looked down at the wolves...staring at us.

I tried to keep up with the others, but, as the sky grew darker and darker, I felt my eyelids closing. I tried to keep myself awake, wondering when we would take a break. Soon, I was too tired, and my wings ached. I saw my brothers and sisters far ahead of me now.

"When are we stopping?" I yelled to them. My eyes closed again, and it took most of the remaining strength to open them again.

"Never," I cooed over my shoulder. Ellie smiled slightly, there we go, we got a smile out of her. Flipping through the air, I let the wind pump through my wings. I doubted the fact that we might actually stop. We had been flying for hours, my wings hurt, my cheeks were red from the belting winds and I was almost falling from the sky because of my impending fatigue.

Plan miracle sure was a snitch. Flapping my wings harder I forced my body to propel itself faster. I didn't like the idea of flying all night; though I had heavy feelings we would be doing that.

Most of my hair had been tied into a waterfall on top of head, using my bandana to keep it up. I probably looked ridiculous, but it sure kept my hair from falling in my face. I stared down at the sea underneath us. Dipping down towards it, I dragged my fingers through the wet slime. Squealing happily, I dipped the side of wing into the cold, shivering as the cold ran into my shoulder.

Ever since the wolves attacked, I hadn't been able to swim in the water surrounding the island without being attacked. Flipping through the air I took my place back in the flock, smiling at Corbin. Kaylee, Anika and Blaise were holding it strong, pumping their long winds. At first they had taken the lead, and then as time progressed they had fallen behind a smidgen. I could head their laughter as they swooped after us. Corbin was in the lead, and I was second with Blake, Michael and Ellie a few feet away from me.

I didn't like being second; forcing myself forward I flapped my wings propelling myself faster. I zoomed past Corbin, "Race you!" I called over my shoulder. "Hey, no fair!" He called; I looked over my shoulder to see him gaining speed. I giggled moving even quicker, flipping and rolling through the air I tried to through him off.
I spy!

Sunstar wanted me to play Anika- not regularly, but sometimes when we need to know stuff about her powers.

Anika

I pressed my head against his shoulder. I didn't like the doggies. I wanted to stop and have a nap but no one was stopping. "Blay-eez," I said, tapping his shoulder.

"Yes, Ani?" he asked.

"Can we stop? Look- sweepy time." The sky was dark like it was when I went to bed.

"Alright, let's stop," Kaylee said.

We got onto the ground. Someone said, "I'll take Anika," but I shook my head.

"I want Blay-eez," I said.

Kaylee:

"She wants Blay-eez" I mimiced just to get a smile out of her. "Blay-eez, it's time to sleep." I said teasingly. I kissed Anika's and rested my forehead on hers. I whispered to her "Anika hon, tomorrow we are going to be somewhere a lot different from home. You've been there but you won't remember it. It's going to have a lot of things that could be bad so you need to be careful okay?" She nodded.

Blaise

I grinned, and then listened as Kaylee explained the danger. Anika nodded slowly.

I tried to get to sleep while still making sure Anika didn't wander off. Finally, we were both asleep.

"Blaise!"

I snapped awake to see Kaylee looking pale and running towards Anika and I. "The wolves! They're here! We need to go, now!"

I nodded but they had already came in. I used my wings to hit one when the flapped out, but it bit my wing. I struggled to keep fighting, panting. I could hear Anika calling out my name in a panic. "Blay-eez!"

I felt everything go black.

Kaylee:

"Blaise!" I screamed when he fell over. Scooping up Anika I shoved her at Ester and yelled
"Take her and go!" I grabbed a wolf by the ruff and threw it away. Pulling a dagger from its hilt I stabbed it through another wolf.

I crouched over Blaise protectivly and sliced every wolf that came close. When one persisted I let out a snarl and drove knife through its chest. My leg was killing me in this position but I didn't matter right now.

The wolves were attaching. I fought them off, trying to keep an eye on Anika while I did. Ester had her. A good person to protect her. But I wanted to grab her and fly away, but I knew I couldn't. Blaise was out, Kaylee was leaning over him, fighting the wolves, and protecting her mate. I paused for a moment, taking in the picture. I wished I could have someone who would love me the way they loved each other. But I was always singled out, so that was impossible for me.

A wolf jumped on my back, and I fell forward. I rolled over, grabbing my knife, and stabbing the thing in its eye. Blood gushed out, covering my clothes. I growled, not having any clue why, and kicked the bleeding monster off of me. I fought them off one by one as they came at us. Some of us took to the sky, but I stayed behind to protect Blaise and Kaylee.

My arms ached. My wings beat slower and slower, but I didn’t mind having Blake cradled in my arms. Her skin was cool and smooth. I could feel as she took each breath, and I didn’t want to set her down when we landed. I held her for a moment then let her slip out of my arms. I realized how tired I was even though she had flown in spurts throughout the day.

I turned as I heard a scream. They were coming. My heart pounded in my chest as I watched them run. I pulled out my daggers a moment before Blake. I wanted to hold her tight. I wanted to protect her. But, she didn’t need protecting. I smiled at the though. It must have looked odd . Me smiling as a wolf leaped at me, but I did.

Caroline:

Everytime I force myself to move, something was holding me back. I was real possessed. I wasn't myself. Then again, I felt a strong energy that lead me towards Blaise and Kaylee.

Not again.

I held out my dagger out from my pocket and started to wander the place filled by the attacking wolves. Then, I noticed my veins clear on my arm started to become dark blue. It was painful.

I screamed at the top of my lungs. It was terribly painful. I could sense a strong aura going inside me. I fell down at my knees. My wings started to turn black. From the strong force, I speaded my wings and ran towards the others. I faced the tip of the dagger towards Kaylee.

I have to kill them. My mind spun until it was not me anymore... the whole thing.

"Not again." Blaise then covered Kaylee. He knew it. It was like I was craving for their death and blood. He was in a fighting position.

I ran until I was only a few inches across Blaise. Kaylee's eyes bewildered.

I gasped. And then, my dagger went towards Blaise, he dodged it, our daggers against each other making noises. I made a fast move, bent down a little and tried to stab Blaise's ribs but then again, he dodged it.

I tried to spin heave it off me, but the wolf was too heavy. I struggled to get my arm unpinned. I closed my eyes as it lunged for my throat. They flew open as weight landed on my chest. I gasped for breath fighting to get away from the dead wolf. Who had killed it? Then I saw Blake. She leaped over and grabbed my hand.

I jumped up just as a wolf came on us. It lunged at Blake, and I leaped forward slashing its unprotected side. As it swung its head towards me Blake stabbed its neck, using the force to leap onto its back. It was the first time I’d fought with her, and it felt good. Even if we needed some work on predicting each other’s moves.

We jumped in an out confusing the wolves on who to attack. I heard a scream behind me, but I couldn’t look. It seemed as though the wolves had come in full force.

Blake

Together, me and Michel slashed through wolf after wolf, but they just seemed to keep coming. Three of them circled us, forcing us back to back. This was not a comfortable position because of our wings, and it made quick flight not an option. One wolf lunged at me; I stuck it in the chest with both daggers and flung it aside. As if psycic, the remaining two wolves lept at the exact same moment. At the same time, I pierced the on on my side in both the eye and the throat. It fell limp. The one by Michel knocked him over, and it bit his shoulder. Pressing my hands together, I ran and thrusted both of my knives into it's side with such a forced that sent it flying.

sheathing my daggers, I went by Michel's side. Red was seeping through his clothes at his shoulder. There was a bump on his head, so he must have hit it when the wolf knocked him down. His eyes were unfocused.

"Michel, can you hear me?" I asked frantically. "Michel?"

"Bl-Blake?" he asked, barely a whisper.

"Michel, I'm getting you out of here." Or at least try.

I may have been small, but I wasn't weak. I wrapped my arms around Michel's waist and pushed off. With a lot of effort, I managed to fly him away, even if not very far. Ester, who was flying with Anika saw me and came over. Wordlessly, we propped him up with his arms around both. Ester was still carrying Anika.

"Thanks," I said strained.
"Blah blah blah. You feel trapped in your life. Here is what I am hearing: happiness isn't worth any inconvenience."

*Caroline, Blaise is knocked out right now. We'll pretend the whole time Kaylee was protected me or something.*

Anika

Corbin had taken me and flown me up to a safe spot, but I struggled to get down.

"Blayeez, Blayeez," I cried, struggling.

"Anika, he'll be fine-"

"Let me down! He's not otay!" I said, crying in earnest.

"Anika, you couldn't do anything. You're too little."

I struggled to get control of my power, to SHOW him that I could help Blaise, but I just couldn't do it.

I heard Kaylee yelling and crying. About Blaise? I could hear Ellie fighting. Were they alright? Was Blaise alright?

And in that moment, I got a burst of energy from how much they cared for me. Suddenly, wind started everywhere. Hard wind that blew some of the wolves off track. Exhausted, I stopped.

Corbin looked at me, his jaw dropped.

"Michel, I'm getting you out of here." Whispered Blake. I felt myself moving upward. My shoulder screamed and my head throbbed. The world began to swirl around me so I closed my eyes. I wished I was lighter for Blake’s sake. I couldn’t seem to control myself though so I let my muscles go limp.

Someone else touched me, but I was to groggy to know who. I felt myself being set down, and I could hear the battle around me. Then wind. Leaves hit my face. I sat up just to be pushed back down.
