Lucian:

I walked down the hall. Okay, Joseph is a jerk, I thought sourly. But he's not too bad on the eyes. I sighed. Still didn't make up for calling me a pansy and a girl earlier.

I paused as I heard someone playing a guitar. Was that coming from the room I was assigned? I looked around and saw the room I was given. Yep, it's coming from that room.

I headed for it and stopped short in the doorway. Oh hell, don't tell me I had to share with the jerk!

"Please tell me this isn't your room?" I exclaimed, glaring at him.

"Please tell me this ain't yours!?" He replied.

I wasn't impressed. Cursing under my breath, I dumped my bag on the bed next to his and sat down. This year was going to suck.

I stalked out of the dining hall, muttering obscenties to myself. Tashi rushed ahead, she had Mythical Creatures 101 this period, I had a free hour. I rushed to the room I was assingned and burst through the doors, taking the bed on the right. It was a large room, with two bathroom a small living room type area and another bed on the far left wall. A roomate, ey? I wrote a note and put it on my bed, leting whoever it was know that I claimed that bed.
I grabbed my things and started out the door, heading to the gym to practice my magic. You can never be too powerful.

David:

"Who wants to go to those lame introduction classes after lunch on the first day. Not me. " I muttered

Looking at the card in my hand I walked down the hallway until I found the door that said 101 and pushed it open. Glancing around it appeared unused so far. Throwing my bag down on the nearest bed then jumping on it myself I relaxed.

Hopefully I don't come out lazy or ignorant that is the opposite of what I want. I just dont feel like going to those retarded intro classes where all everyone does is say hello and crap. Plus they won't teach me anything on the first day that I dont know already.

"Hmm" I wonder if I'm sharing the room with anyone.

I rolled my eyes at Luke before picking up my guitar again. Meanwhile, Luke continued unpacking his stuff. I couldn't help but take note of what was in his bag. I had to admit, he was clearly quite fashionable. Mind you, some of the clothes he took out of his bag were disgusting.

As he pulled out a horrible navy coloured jacket, I couldn't help but comment.

"Jesus Christ," I laughed. "What is that?"

"Just give it a rest," He grunted at me.

Touchy! I couldn't help but chuckle to myself. Cursing again, Luke folded the shirt and put it into the chest of drawers. The next shirt he took out was actually nice, thank God.

Putting my guitar down on the floor beside my bed, I reached for the television remote. Pointing it at the small television in the corner of the room, I pressed the on button. There wasn't really much on, just the news. It was some report on Barack Obama.

" I reckon, if Barack was a bit younger and his ears weren't so big, he'd be pretty hot." I shrugged, looking at Luke.

Luke couldn't help but chuckle slightly. "Okay... if you say so,"

Barack Obama was definitely nicer than the British Prime Minister, who on the other hand, looked like Susan Boyle...
I didn't know what to put here so I put this.

Haven

Haven wandered through the dormitory halls, just kind of walking. She had already been and unpacked in her room. She had managed to secure herself a single room this year, though she thought she would probably miss having a roommate.

A soft guitar melody floated through the hall, catching Haven's ears. She followed it for a while, wondering who it could be, until it hit her. She knew exactly who it was.

She followed it into one of the male rooms and collapsed on the bed the guitar-playing boy lounged on. She rolled onto her back and looked up at Joseph, who stared back down at her. "Hiya, Joe," she said, smiling up at him. "Nice to see you again."

Bailey

Everyone was going to their rooms and unpacking and stuff. Bailey had hung back, concerned about having a roommate. She hadn't been completely aware of the purpose of this school until an hour ago. She didn't even think she had any 'super abilities'. She didn't want to be stuck with someone who was really sure of themselves.

Eventually, though, she had to go to her room. She approached the door slowly, knocking before she entered. "Hello?" she asked, stepping in to the room.

*anyone want to be Bailey's roommate?*

Jezabel

I went up to the door slowly, not sure who my roomate would be. I hope it wasn't some perky happy go lucky freak like last year. Well, thanks to me, she hasn't come back. And, even better, I got to blame it on some other kid.

I knock, and walk in. Its that girl I force-fielded earlier. I gorowl.

"You!" She is almost shouting.

"Cool down, no need to be hasty. You stick to your side of the room, I stick to mine, you don't get hurt." I say. I take a look at the wall, and with some effort, make my side of the wall a deep purple. I make the cover of the bed purple and white zebra-print, and the pillow solid black. The rug is white, so it goes. I grin at my handy work.

"Could you do that to mine?" The girl asks, somewhat frightened.

"What colours?" I ask impatiently.

"Pink, and...light blue."

I take a look at her plain-white side. The walls I make a light blue. unfourtonetly, the blue gets darker in some places, lighter in others. Light colors are not my thing. But it looks cool, anyway. I make her bed-spred pink with blue dots, and the carpet pink as well.

"Happy?" I ask. She nodds. I take Apophis, my new snake, off my shoulder and onto the bed.

"Your powers come in yet?" I ask. I couldn't make animals out of thin air, it was too hard. I could change stuff into animals, though.

"No, why?" Bailey asks.

"Apophis needs a ig, juicy rat for dinner." I say. I pick up my notebook, turn it into a rat, then give it to my beloved snake...alive. Bailey looks like she is about to hurl.

"Get used to it." I tell her.

**Wow this really took off! :D I'm glad though. I won't be able to post much because my laptop is currently under supervision. I can only get on when I'm home alone xD**

**Also, I know this sounds bad considering it's my own storybook, but could someone bring Brian and Ivy in? Cause I'm way too lazy to read through three pages of posts. xD**

Just fyi SunSetWest, it was Haven trying to do forcefields and not Bailey.

Bailey

She turned away from the girl and messed with something in one of her bags. Why did she have to be in a room with someone so...undesirable?

The sound of that snake eating another rat sends shivers down Bailey's spine, and by the fourth time she can't take it anymore.

"I have to go someplace...be back later," she mutters as she hurries out of the room. She could hear Jezabel laughing as the door closed behind her.

Bailey caught her breath - and tried to steady her stomach - in the hall. When she looked up from her shoes, there was a person, another student, staring at her like she was cracked.

"Roommate from Hell," she explained.

*there you go, Tiger, it can be either one :)*

**Thanks Crocky and Lauren! :D**

BRIAN

He laughed. "Not you're choice, I take it?" He asked.

"Well, that would be what 'roomate from Hell' would mean," she replied, rolling her eyes.

Brian laughed again. The girl glared at him, obviously thinking that he was mimicking her. He held out his hands in surrender.

"I'm Brian," he replied, extending his hand.

IVY

"Oh!" Ivy said, understanding. "You're mute."

The girl, Kara, looked at her and Ivy blushed. She hadn't meant to be so blunt about it. Now that she though it over, she'd actually been pretty rude.

"Sorry," she blushed again. "I didn't mean to offend you or anything, I was just-"

Ivy stopped as Kara just looked at her. She took a deep breath and ran a hand through her tangled hair.

"I really suck at this, making new friends thing," she half laughed, half sighed.

*Brian can stay in my room. I'm NOT sarcastic when it comes to the part about the year being fun.

**Edit: You all posted while I typed... Assume this is later I guess after the two meeting in the hall.

David:

Hearing a knock on the door I swiftly walked to the door and opened it.

"Oh cool. What's up David?" said a black shaggy haired guy.

"Ha looks like I get a roommate. This year is gonna be a load of fun. Brian isn't it?"

"Yep I'm Brain. I hope we have a load of fun because this school seems kinda of strange and it will be cool to have someone who will do some fun crap with me."

"It is kind of weird here, but we'll still have lots of fun. You can take that bed near the bathroom unless you prefer this one?"

"Nah I don't really care what bed I get."

"Mmk cool well I'm going to go see where everyone else is. You get set up and I'll talk to you later," I say while walking out the door.

Kara

Kara shrugged and wrote something else down. "So do I. It's alright, I'm used to comments like that. What's your name?" She handed her the paper.

She read it and smiled slightly. "Ivy."

Kara nodded. "Nice to meet you, Ivy."

**Sorry about the shortness, but I'm not sure what else to post.**

**In case no one has noticed. Luke and Joseph have already ticked each other off. Talk about awkward... Hence, the suck comment from Luke. (Luke is Lucian, by the way.)**

Lucian:

I had just pushed the draw closed when this girl walked in.

"Um, why are you here?" I asked her as she dropped down next to Joseph. "Oh lord... You're not--? While I'm in here?"

Joseph looked at me and laughed. "Nervous?"

No, I thought sourly. Jealous. I paused, staring at them. Jealous? Where did that come from?

"Uh, nevermind," I said. "I'll just go then."

I stepped out into the hall, watching them until the door was closed behind me. I could kick myself! Jealous? Ha! I scowled as I walked off down the hall.

"I'm not jealous," I muttered and then walked into someone.

"Oh, sorry," someone said. I looked at them. It was a boy.

Ingrid:

Grinning, I watched some of the other kids. My brother had gone off to look for his room ages ago which left me in the dining hall, bored as hell.

I yawned and stood up. This was boring. I was going to go find my room.

**this would be leading up to where Ingrid pisses off Jezabel. Sorry about the shortness for Ingrid.**

Haven and I both laughed as Luke practically ran out of the room. God, he was such a girl. He was lucky he was nice looking. After Luke had made his humorous exit, Haven sat up and leaned into my chest.

"Who are you sharing a room with then?" I grinned. "I got a dork, as you can see."

Haven laughed. "I've got a single,"

"Lucky bugger!" I elbowed her gently. "Well, at least mines pretty hot, I guess."

"What, and I'm not, am I?" She narrowed her eyes at me.

"Course you are," I winked at her. "He's just a bit hotter,"

Haven didn't look very impressed. Ah well, at least I was honest.

David:

"Sorry!" I exclaimed when the boy rushed out of the room nearest to my left and bumped into me.

"My bad," he said.

Then I recognized him. "Your Ingrid's brother. Luke right?"

"Yea"

"What were you doing storming out of your room," then I thought about it, "you got put in Joe's room didn't you?"

"yea and that guy pisses me off sometimes. Like right now he is probably making out with some brunette."

"Well thats Joe for ya. Now I'm going to see what they are up to. If you ever want a break from him you can hang out at my room. It's room 101. Brian is my roommate and I think he seems pretty carefree so he shouldn't mind either."

"Sounds good thanks David. I'm gonna go look around the school now though," he said while walking down the hall.

After knocking I opened the door and stepped backwards. "Already back?" Joe hollered from inside the room. I guess he thought I was Luke. When I stepped into the room I instantly recognized the brunette sitting next to Joe as Haven.
