Eh, I decided to go with just one

History/Background: Amy and her brother Ian were abandoned when Amy was eight, and Ian was eleven. They lived on the streets together for several years, Ian always providing for his siter. One day, Amy was picked up by a group of social workers when Ian was out finding food. She was taken to the home and has been there ever since. She often tries to break out and find Ian, but is always brought back before she can.

This looks like fun. Can I have a spot for a

If you want to discuss plots, plot ideas, characters or whatever, go to the discussion thread of Clearwater Children's home ~ topic60773.html
Okay! Basically, Liam's the new kid in the home. You can all decide on who you want to share a room with, or whether you want to be in a room on your own. Most importantly, Have fun.

Liam

I stared at the old building before me. There were three floors; all of which were huge. There were perfectly clean windows placed on the stone walls, and there was dark green ivy crawling up towards the roof from the ground. The garden was perfectly cut. Green grass, healthy flowers, and there were perfectly placed concrete slabs leading up towards the house. The only thing in the way of the front door and I was a small staircase. On the red painted door there was a sign that read 'Clearwater Children's home'. Here we go, I breathed in heavily as I stepped forward.

As I sat inside the hallway, I observed my surroundings. There were pictures that children had drawn dotted over the walls, along with the odd painting of a beach or something like that. I didn't really care to be honest.

"Okay," Hayley, the head care worker, smiled. "I'll show you to your room now."

"Yipee..." I muttered sarcastically.

Hayley looked at me, clearly unimpressed. I obviously hadn't spoken quietly enough. Oh well, it wasn't like I was going to stay here long. The second I had the chance, I would leave this dump and find my family.

Hayley led me up the carpeted stairs. As we passed the rooms on the second floor, I could see kids staring at me. Jesus Christ, do you want me to dance? There was a girl with wavy blonde hair, who was in a room with a girl who had bright green eyes. There was another girl with chocolate brown eyes and a girl with jet black hair. I couldn't help but notice a small scar on her jawline. There was another girl with short red hair, and a boy with dark blue eyes and neat brown hair. The more kids I passed, the more interested in them I became. I'd completely forgotten about Hayley, when she suddenly spoke.

"Here we are," She tried to sound comforting. It didn't work at all.

Still smiling, it was getting rather annoying now, she turned the handle of a door that was placed on the right side of the long hallway.

"You'll be sharing a room with Charlie," Hayley said.

There was one bed on one side of the room, and one on the other side. On the one bed, there was boy with deep blue eyes and messy brown hair lying down.

"Charlie?" Hayley spoke softly. "This is William, he's going to be sharing a room with you okay?"

"Whatever," Charlie shrugged.

Still smiling, Hayley left the room, closing the door behind her. Did she have to call me William...? I dropped my almost empty bag of clothes onto the empty bed. They weren't the only things that were empty. All that I had was nothing. Nothing would have to do for now, I suppose. I sighed heavily.
I didn't know what to put here so I put this.

Ashkii:

I watched the new kid walk past. He was around my age. I grinned, curious. It wasn't often that we got a new kid here at Clearwater. I grinned, another possiblity. I shrugged and went back to my room. I felt like drawing now.

Once back in my room, I pulled out my sketch pad and flipped to a new page. I turned on my CD player and put on my favourite CD before I picked up a pencil and started drawing.

I had been pushed over at school today which wasn't very nice and I knew I had to go back tomorrow, but I couldn't dwell on that when I was drawing.

I took a deep breath, closed my eyes and started drawing. I was glad that after tomorrow, it would be the weekend.

Charlie

I sat on my bed listening to my ipod. I looked over at the new Kid, William, I wasn't optimistic. Plus I'd had to stuff another bed in here and clear away my stuff from that side of the room.

"So Is it William?" I asked standing up and stuffing my ipod in a draw.

"Nah, call me Liam" He said I nodded.

"It's alright she Only just started calling me Charlie, use to call me Charles" I said putting on a pair of dirty Nike's the red was fading and the white was turning more grey, still they were comfortable and The wear made them look cool.

"I can believe that" Liam said sitting down, he looked a bit uncomfortable. Who wouldn't first few days were the worse. Everybody here always got interested when a new kid came.

"Yeah bout that, leave here early tomorrow, Come down eat breakfast with the rest of us then leave with the rest of us. And don't accept her ride to school, I did when when I came here, she takes me to my class and she walks in with me, worst of all instead of leaving she goes 'this is Charles be very nice to him its difficult starting at a new school'" Liam chuckled a bit and I laughed a bit remembering the memory.

"how is this place?, alright?" Liam said he tucked his bag in his cupboard at the side of the room.

"yeah alright, busy about fifteen kids most of them are our age but theirs a few little ones, some of them actually like Haley" I said and walked up to my door, I gestured for him to follow.

"you want to see the place or not".

I watched the new kid come in, "Wonder where he came from," I mutter to my roomate. She doesn't answer, but I still wonder. He looks older than me, but why does that matter? He walks on, and I relax back on my bed, I'll find out about him soon enough, right now, I need sleep.

"You want to see the place or not?" Charlie smiled, opening the door.

"Sure," I shrugged. "Why not."

Charlie led me out of the bedroom. We'd passed a few doors, when Charlie stopped at one. On the other side of the door was the girl with wavy blonde hair, sitting at her desk. She seemed to be drawing something.

"Skye, you coming to show Liam around with me?" Charlie said, looking at the girl.

Skye looked up from her laptop. Her chocolate brown eyes scanned my face, as her thin lips curved into a small smile. She wore a light blue tank top and a pair of dark denim shorts. She seemed nice, in more ways than one.

"Yeah, okay." Skye said.

She stood up, closing the lid of her laptop. Seconds later, the three of us were jogging down the stairs. It only took me a few minutes for me to realise that Skye was rather outspoken.

"So, what's the deal with you?" She asked.

The three of us were in the home's back garden, which was actually pretty big. Skye and I were walking beside each other, while Charlie was a few yards ahead.

"Uh..." I muttered.

Maybe I should just lie, I thought to myself. I could tell her that my parents were dead, that would be easy enough.

Skye laughed. "Sorry, I don't hold back."

Never.

"You don't have to answer if you don't want."

Thank God...
