I've never done one of these before, so I thought I'd try it out. I'll probably fail epically, but oh well. Also, sorry the title's so bad! I couldn't think... If anyone can think of a better title, please suggest it!

This storybook is set in the year 2010. There aren't any superpowers, superhumans, or anything like that. Instead, there are normal people with normal jobs who go to normal schools. This doesn't mean that they have normal lives though.

You are a child/teenager from Tampa, Florida. You are a normal kid, except for the fact that you live in a children's home. On the other hand, you might not live in the home anymore, but you still feel connected to it somehow.

If you still live in the home, how long have you been there? Why are you in the children's home in the first place? Do you like it? Do you hate it? Do you like the other kids that you live with? Do you have a job?

If you have moved out of the home, where are you living now? How did living in the children's home effect your life? Do you miss living there? Or do you love not living there anymore? Do you have a job?

There are loads of things that could happen in, and out, of the home. If you're a child you go to the local school. Either Clearwater High School, Clearwater Middle school or Clearwater elementary school.

Name: William (Liam) Dakota

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Personality: Liam is pretty outgoing and likes having a good time. He isn't a very open person though. He doesn't like discussing his family with other people, and it takes him a while to trust someone. He also struggles to behave in school. He's a bit of a rebel, and When he makes an enemy, things can get bad.

History/Background: Liam is moving into Clearwater children's home. He used to live with his mother, her boyfriend and his younger brother. His mother's boyfriend, Jason, was an alcoholic. He was abusive towards Liam, his brother and his mother. Liam managed to escape from Jason, although he has no idea where his mother and brother are.

Likes: Carefree people, having a laugh, music, having a good time.

Dislikes: Arrogant people, school, living in the children's home.

Job: Works in Starbucks

Talents/skills: Artistic, good at making people laugh, good at solving problems. He's also a brilliant musician. He mainly plays the guitar and the piano.

Name: Ashkii ‘Ash’ Green.

Personality: Ash is kind and carefree though losing her parents has hit her hard. She doesn't show it but it really bugs her. Ash has quite a temper and a lot of kids she goes to school with get yelled at because of this, often resulting in her getting in trouble.

History/Background: Ash’s parents died when she was five. She doesn’t remember much but has been told that it was a car accident. She’s been in the children’s home ever since.

Likes: Cats, drawing and kind people.

Dislikes: Bullies, school, work and the children’s home.

School: Clearwater High School.

Job: Works as a Kitchen Hand in a local fast food joint.

Talents/skills: Artistic, can sing. (Often sings when she thinks she’s alone, though the lyrics are usually sad.)

Anything else: Up for love. Ash often ends up in detention.

This is different, but I have to say I like it.

Name: James Winchester

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Personality: He's a quiet type, but he seems to have gotten through his past life less scarred than most of the other kids in the home. He has a generally light hearted attitude, he just doesn't talk much. He's quick to crack a joke if its the right time, and when its not time for a joke he'll be the first to get serious. He tries to be kind and honorable, knowing that some people would kill just to see someone be nice to them. He's one to keep few good friends, but be very loyal to those few he does choose. He likes to learn new accents, so whenever someone new comes to the house he will make up a different history and change his voice for that person and see how long he can keep it going.

History/Background: Was born in a rural town in central florida and grew up playing barefoot in the fields. Had a generally peaceful life until both of his parents died in a car crash when he was 12. The only reason he lived was because he was in the back seat.

Likes: Music. He's really into music; he plays guitar, but its not something he's great at. He also plays soccer and is on the schools varsity team (co-captain). He's hoping that'll be his ticket out of there. If he doesn't make it playing soccer he'd like to act.

Dislikes: People with egos and people who can't tell when another person is hurt. He grew up around pain so he has grown sensitive to it, and when another person isn't it frustrates him. Other than that the only thing he can say he really dislikes is avacado.

School: (Unless you're a social worker): highschool

Job: Works at an old time boxing gym.

Talents/skills: He is good at soccer, and has a talent for accent/languages. He can come up with a completely new personality and history on the fly and play that person for a week straight before giving up. He likes to box, but isn't very good (too light weight)

Age: Sixteen (Birthday on April 2nd)

Personality: She's outgoing and loves to surround herslef with people. But it's not really her. Doing this is the only way she knows how to deal with emotions. Though she likes being around people she wants some close friends. The kind you can tell anything to. She's funny and always making jokes when she can. She'll admit that she acts insane and she's proud of it

History/Background: Grew up in Abingdon, Maryland. Got into a car crash one month ago. Her parents died and she lived. Touchy subject for her. She had two sisters but they also died in the crash.

Likes: Being barefoot, being sociable, having fun, new friends, the color yellow, apple and pumpking pie. Painting and drawing helps her express emotions she doesn't know how to express. Loves listening to music. In love with French and is working at learning it. She also loves the movie Footloose.

Dislikes: Shoes, small spaces, being alone for to long, boredom, enemies, people being sad, cherry pie. She can't go a day without listening to some kind of music. It relaxes her.

School: High School (I forget what I'm supposed to call it)

Job: Tutors. Works as a lifguard at the community indoor pool.

Talents/skills: Painting/drawing are a great talent of hers. She's also good at being honest with people. She's a good listener and always gives advice and helps when she can.

Appearance: Jet black hair. Emerald green eyes. Scar running from shoulder to wrist on her right arm. Small scar from her teple to her jaw line on the right side. Fair skin. Always doodling on herslef.

Personality:He got a kind side and he's got a Asshole side just like everybody else. He doesn't like kids younger than him because they remind him of his little brother, who died with his parents.

History: Grew up in California with his family he was always getting into trouble. He felt bad when his little brother started being bad too because he thought it was his fault. When he was 14 his mum dad and brother died in a explosion at a gas station. He feels guilty since the only reason they were in the car was because they had to bail him out.

Likes: Bmx, carefree guys, Music.

Dislikes: Cop, social workers, school

Job: Works at a skate and bmx shop. close to the local skate park
