Name: Kai
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Animal counterpart: Bottlenose Dolphin
Spoiler
Image
Appearance: Tall, well-muscled, and smooth skinned with a huge smile. A striking combination of light skin, carelessly messy dark hair, and grinning blue eyes. Wears a swimsuit under his clothes at all times, just in case. Dresses casually.
Scars from experiments: a long, ropy one across his right hip and rib that appears in his dolphin form as well
Personality: Mischievous, happy, and surprisingly smart. A loud mouth who’s ready for anything, often gives in to dangerously stupid ideas. One of those guys who reminds you of a little kid, which is why he often surprises people with his intellect. He has a great memory and a protective nature.
Abilities: Even in human form, can hold his breath underwater for a long time. He’s extremely acrobatic, but feels awkward away from water. Can see underwater.
Experiment number: 8
Side: Against
History: Kai was the first experiment after Seven, which was the first aquatic creature that the doctor mixed with human DNA. Seven was a success, so he continued with marine mammals. Kai was chosen to be mixed with a dolphin, and the Doctor was fascinated with the results. Kai grew to hate him. The process of becoming half-dolphin wasn’t the torture because Kai was a very trusting little kid with a cheerful personality, so he never struggled. He believed the Doctor was his father and looked up to him. The Doctor abused it shamelessly. He promised and tricked and gave Kai fake love. Eventually, with the intelligence he’d acquired, Kai escaped. He spent the first few years in the ocean, running. But eventually he came back to fight, and right now he’s looking for help because he’s knows there’s more like him.
Other: Kai doesn’t really have a home, because he can easily escape CPS by disappearing into the ocean. Up for love, just PM me.

Seven- Giant Otter

"Seth. Seth! Get your ass out here right now."

Seven peeked around the rough pillar of bark that was the tree she was hiding behind. She could hear the low, throaty chortle of the scaly beast that was her friend, several bubbles rising to the surface of the lake with strange 'bloop' noises.

"Seth, I'm freaking serious. Stop messing around." Sev's head snapped away from the lake. A blush crept up her throat and she found herself facing an stranger, who looked interested as to who she was talking to.

"Er... my sis-brother. Sibling. Yes. Illusive little thing. Erm..." She nodded and slid around the trunk of the tree, tugging the blue peak of her baseball cap down over her eyes.

**Bleh, rubbish, but I've run out of computer time Dx And the stranger can be anyone, by the way**

Chantelle

"Your on in five." The stage manager said, pointing in the direction of the stage. This was the biggest crowd I had preformed in front of yet. I take a deep breath. I was about to go out to compete in the Tenesse sings cometition. The audiance was almost 5000. Thankfully, it was not broadcasted on Tv.

I adjust the strap on my sparkling gold top and hope it will distract from the fact I didn't put in contacts to hide my gold-ish eyes. I also have on black pants and mini-heels.

I grab the microphone as director begins to count down with his fingers. He reaches one, and I go out on the stage.

I begin to sing. I sang a song I had written just for this. I used a few references to flying because when I wrote it I was in an ironic mood. I finished. THe aplause I got was obviously the loudest. Even a girl I knew was very good, her aplause wasn't half of this. I bow and a catch a rose someone throws on the stage.

The rest go, then the host goes on stage.

"And the winner is... Chantelle Davis!" I had put a common last name in, even though I didn't have a last name because I had no family. I didn't want them to ship me off to an orphanage.

I run onstage and grab the microphone and give a little speah I prepared in case I did win. I take the trophy and hold it up in the air. The local newspaper takes a couple pictures of me, my trophy, and my gold eyes.

Five-Tiger

I looked down into the restaurant window, the smell of meat cooking on a grill tickled at my nose. I could practically taste the fleshy taste as I rip at it. I looked around quickly to see if anyone was watching me. Grinning I open the back door and step into the kitchen.

People bustle away from me ignoring the fact a girl was standing in the way of their job. Grabbing at an apron I walked towards the grill the large pieces of steak frying on the top makes my mouth water.

The man who was making the large peices of steak moved away from me rushing towards a cupboard at the other end of the kitchen. Licking my lips I reached down for the largest piece.
“Hey you!” A voice shouted at me, I looked up suddenly to see a pudgy man pointing at me. “We need a waitress out there, hurry and get your butt serving!”

“Oh I’m not...ah I don’t..Look I really...” I stuttered walking towards the man. He grabbed at my apron yanking me through the door into the restaurant. People flooded every corner talking loudly, an array of tasty food sitting in front of them.

“Go on!” The man said loudly pushing me towards a table.
“Ah” I said nervously as I walked up to the table, “What can I get for you?” I ask looking back at the man. He stared after me suspiciously. I cursed my stupidity, why did I even come here?

**Anyone can be the person at the table.
I spy!

Chantelle

My voice is still a bit rough from last nights singing, but I clear my throat and say, "Just a glass of water, and the French Onion soup." She nods, and then our eyes meet. I can tell she is different, like me. She has a wierd, animalistic almost, look to her eyes a human wouldn't see. I can tell she see's right through me too.

"Are you like me?" I say in a voice so low a human wouldn't pick it up, but any half-animal like me would.

"Yes," She says in the same low tone. I didn't know there were others like me, I had hoped though, and here was proof. A little girl came up to me.

"Are you Chantelle?" She asked.

"Yes, why?" I ask. She holds up the newspaper, I am on the front cover. She holds out a pen to me. I sign it quickly, skim the article, then hand it back to her. I look back at the waitress.

"What animal?" say in a low tone after the child leaves.

"Tiger, and you?" She murmers.

"Falcon. We can talk more after it closes. Only an hour left." I say, then, in a normal tone repeat my order.
Love is beautiful, but what would love be without life?

Kai- Bottlenose Dolphin Central Park with Seven and Seth

"Er... my sis-brother. Sibling. Yes. Illusive little thing. Erm...".

Kai grinned at the girl as she turned away. He didn't feel like saying anything, and didn't know to respond to her stutters, so he just kept walking. He hadn't been anywhere near the East coast since his escape from Dr. Whiteside, mostly because the waves were better in the Pacific, but now that he was back...

He had to admit it was nice. Since he'd escaped, the only time he'd spent on dry land was running. So he wasn't exactly nostalgic for the wind and the trees and the grass.

That was before, when he was running. Now he had a purpose- he had to stop the Doctor. He had to find others like him, others like the ones he'd seen when he'd been with the Doctor. Suddenly he looked back over at the shy girl, eyes focusing.

They could be anywhere, the other hybrids. He walked a little farther, slowly, measured. And then he looked back to watch her, curious.

Alicia-Bald eagle Central Park

She strolled slowly, not really noticing what was around. Why would she when she could hear absolutely everything? So Alicia walked carelessly, reading a book and not caring about the road. There was something very annoying about getting out, being faced to strangers and people who knew absolutely nothing about life bust still thought of themselves as superior.

The day seemed nice, the sun was good, the slight breeze of spring was still present in the atmosphere, it was just perfect, incredibly perfect. The noises seemed to have eases a little and the light was not too terrible for her eyes. It was kind of curious for her that even when she knew little about the world, about her past, she still enjoyed a nice breeze day. Maybe not knowing anything was actually better than knowing and remembering all your problems.

But it was all perfect until...she bumped into someone and let her book fall.
"Oh God" Alicia said as she bent down to pick up her book, but whomever she had bumped into bent down as well.

"I'm sorry" he said, "let me help you". Staring right into his mysterious eyes she discovered something wonderful but disturbing. He was like her, he was a hybrid.

Amy

"I'm really sorry, Amy. I just can't keep you around anymore."

Amy sighed and sunk even lower on the park bench she sat on. She ran her fingers over the necklace around her neck. The one her...mother, no, she hadn't been her mother, her guardian had given to her. Amy still couldn't even begin to believe she had been abandoned by the one person who had at least seemed to care for her.

"It was easy to hide you when you were young. But you're eighteen now, you can take care of yourself."

Central Park lay sprawling around Amy. But she barely noticed. All she could think about was how the person she had loved for nearly eighteen years had abandoned her. What if the scientists found her now? What if she was caught and taken back there? Amy didn't know if she could take care of herself, but it looked like she didn't have a choice.

*er, someone run into my sulking Amy?*

Vi~

I sighed as I walked down the path in Central Park. Looking over I noticed a girl sulking on the bench. "Are you okay?" I asked concern feeling my voice.

"Um. . .yeah just fine." she mumbled not sounding to convincing.

"Sure you are." I replied sarcastically. "I'm Vi." I stuck out my hand to her.

"Amy." she smiled while shaking mine.

At last! I managed to post (after having gone to the dentists and making dinner!)

Name: Kuro Tai (koo-ro tay)

Age:18

Gender: Male

Animal counterpart: Komodo dragon

Appearance: Kuro is tall and has light brown/grayish skin. He has black hair and sparkling black eyes. He wears
a white long sleeved shirt and jeans.

Scars from experiments: Kuro has many scars, mostly on his torso and arms. He wears long sleeved tops to hide this.

Personality: Kuro is very smart however he doesn't seem to be as he is slow to respond to most situations. He feels that due to his past and his animal counterpart he is unable to fit into society nor does he have enough confidence in himself to do so. He rarely gets angry but if he does, he will completely lose it.

Abilities: He is very strong and fast (whenever he wants to be). His saliva is deadly so he is very conscious about this and careful not to get too close to anyone in case he poisons them.

Experiment number: 2

Side: The Doc's

History: He was given to the Whiteside before he could even walk- a while later he was taken away from him. But not for long; Kuro was one of the first children to be found by Whiteside and has stayed with him ever since. He has been fully exposed to the Doc's propaganda and believes that he could never fit in with normal people, ergo the best place for him is by Whiteside's side. The fact that he was ostracized in the short time he was outside has not helped this.

Other: Up for love though it will be difficult for the other party. He is weak against extreme temperatures. He lacks self confidence and this often hinders him when making important decisions. He prefers to take the back seat.
