Casilda:

I lifted my head in time to see several kdis stumble off the bus. I guess no one had noticed me up the back yet, except for the bus lady. She was giving me an odd look.

I shurgged and got off the bus. I didn't look at the small group talking about the forest as I headed for the cabins. I was unnoticed, as usual.

With a sigh I headed for the cabins and stopped behind a black-haired boy and a brown-haired girl. An old man stood infront of them and as I looked past them I saw a blond boy sitting on a top bunk.

"Make that two people on the floor," I said as I took off my sunglasses. "I claim a bunk."

Name: Jason Pittwell
Age: 17
Gender: Male

Appearance: Jason has short, dark brown hair and a smooth, handsome face. His eyes are brown with a hint of green and he's a sombre looking boy:

Image

Clothing: A brown trench coat, a grey and navy checkered shirt, a coin hung on a chain about his neck, faded jeans, black trainers.

History: Jason was brought up by his father who dedicated his life to working as a private investigator after the death of his wife. Jason's dad isn't around too much but when he is, it's great. They do man stuff like eating pizza while watching the game and pretend that everything is alright but it's not. Jason's dad spends all his time moving around, solving cases, trying to make up for one woman he couldn't save while Jason falls further and further behind with his school work. He's a bright kid but he just doesn't care and he's never at the same school for more than six months. This has caused him to be quite solitary; he tends to speak only when he has something to say or is spoken to.

Likes/Dislikes: Jason likes conversation oddly enough but he doesn't like rambling. He likes wit and dark humour, pretty girls and manly men. Jason likes people who see life as it is and can take the tough, hard world without breaking down. He likes pizza and kebabs and kissing in supply closets. He doesn't like hard work or people who aren't out for fun. He doesn't like people who ask him too many questions or try to pry.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Jason's a strong kid. If there's a need to fight, he'll throw himself into it and he has a lot of pent up anger and frustration. He knows a little fist fighting. His dad taught him in the hopes he'd be able to take care of himself. He didn't want to lose his son as well as his wife. Jason's weakness is probably his humanity. He'd go back to save the straggler every time. Somewhere in there he's still just a mummy's boy wanting to play hero.

Other: Jason thinks in terms of survival. He's very much aware of burgulars, murderers and generally 'bad people' so he's alert.

Up for Love: I suppose so but lust is more likely, a little kissing here, an attempted grope.

Primrose~

I pushed my hair out of the side of my face and watched as a girl walked towards the bottom bunk dropping it on to the side of the bed. I looked down at the floor, the wood was beginning to chip away with mould and moss was beginning to grow in the small crevices.

Walking to the corner I dropped my bag and sat down heavily, my back beginning to ache.
“Wait why do I have to sleep on the floor?” The boy asked suddenly, Darren looked in on us and shook his head.
“No fighting,” He said in a monotone “You can share it, one night you one night the other person” He gestured towards me with a stubby finger.

“Don’t forget once you’re finished to come to the eating hall for an induction!” Darren let the door close with a small slam jolting me to my feet.

“Don’t think we are changing” The girl said throwing a shirt out of her bag and onto her pillow.
“Yeah you snooze you lose” The boy on the top bunk laughed letting the cap off his head fall to the ground.

The other boy sat down on the floor cussing something under his breath, ‘Tension already’ I thought shaking my head. Coughing into my hand I raised my head.
“My name is Primrose”.
A bell began to ring outside breaking through the silence in our room. I rushed towards the door to see Darren shaking a large cowbell in the air screeching on top of his voice.
"Induction time!"
I spy!

"Don't think we are changing,” I said and dumped an old shirt on the pillow. I stood up and stretched. I decided to ignore the blond boys comment and turned back to my bag, placing my sunglasses on the bed.

"My name is Primrose.” That was the girl. I glanced towards the other boy. He seemed to be talking to himself. Hmph.

Suddenly a bell rang out and Primrose made for the door. I heard the old guy, Darren, call, "Induction time!" and dropped the book I had jsut pulled out of my bag onto the bed.

"My name is Casidla," I said as I picked up my sunglasses and walked over to the door. I slipped past Primrose, my sunglasses already on, and headed for Darren.

Jason

Stepping off the bus, I shouldered my duffel and let out a weary sigh. Camp. Every Summer dad had more jobs than any other month and he seemed to think the safest place for me was eating half cooked food and trekking around outdoors where any number of creatures could attack, maim, kill. But then, it was away from civilisation and what was more dangerous than a phsycotic human being?

Trailing behind the others, I heard the call for top bunk. Foolishness. That was the last place I wanted to sleep. Slower escape if there was a fire, no escape if someone came up the ladder with a knife. Like the pen knife in my back pocket. No thank you. Instead, I pushed open the door and quietly set my stuff up in the nearest corner. It was dusty and the floor felt cold but it was adequate. I checked the lock on my duffle bag and smiled. It would hold. There was no way anyone was picking that beauty.

"Induction time!" Darren called. That was our guide. A rather too chipper, broad-shouldered man who probably knew a lot about wildlife but little about real life. I caught a few names as the teenagers chattered. I thought there wasn't much hope of finding a sensible person but at least there were some pretty girls. Maybe camp wouldn't be all bad.

"And how about you, what's your name?" one of them asked me as we headed for the gathering. Darren and some other adults, probably the camp leaders, were standing in the middle of a circle of logs. Teenagers were flocking to it and taking seats.

"Jason," I said. "I got sent here because my dad's busy hunting aliens, how about you? Just another summer at camp huh?"

I'll join, this seems really, really cool

Name: Alissanne Carpentier

Age: 17

Gender:Female

Appearance: She's really pretty and tall,. She's thin but still curvy so that's why she got into the modeling business. She has beautiful catlike blue greenish eyes. Her hair is brown and she always has it quite messy.

Physical Appearance~
Spoiler
Image

Clothing~ She likes to wear high heels all the time, she loves designer bags and outfits, so she always has more than 500 dollars on her. Her usual makeup is her eyeliner and lipstick nothing too eccentric. She doesn't were just one thing, she wears many, from dresses, to pants to skirts, but one thing, whatever she might be wearing, you have to know that it is worth more than 500 dollars. But she does love bags, so you'll always see her with one.OH, and heels, boots and ballet flats, she doesn't like tennis or flip, flops, or peep-toe shoes.

History: Well, she's a queen bee. She is English, born and raised there, with English habits and stuff (even the tea, she always brings tea with her.lol) She moved to the United States about two years ago when his father was offered a better job. He came with his whole family including her.

She is a senior in high-school and since she also had a modeling career already built up in London, her parents had to look for the best high school in New York. She befriended great celebrities from England and United States making her even more famous.

But...her parents think she really needs to come down her high horse so that's why they sent her to camp, because she really needed to learn that she wasn't the only one in the world and there were more important things than designer bags and a celebrity friends.

Likes/Dislikes: She likes music and plays the piano perfectly, she also likes modeling and fashion. She loves ballet and was a soloist in the Royal Ballet back in England. Reading and writing are her hobbies as well as studying.

Strengths/Weeknesses: She's too braggy and thinks that money can buy her everything, so she never knows who is with her because of her or her money. Sometimes, she;s too trusty and confides things to people that she shouldn't, so when that person leaves her, everything she said is known by everyone else. When she falls in love, she falls way too deep in love, making her more likely to get hurt and that has happened to her once before.

Other: If you really get to know her, you'll learn that she's a great friend. By the way, she always brings her little dog with her and loves, absolutely loves chocolate.

Up for Love:totally!!!

Casilda:

I stood back from the main group, my arms crossed over my chest. This Darren guy was awefully boring. I rolled my eyes and finally joined the group.

I sat down beside some guy and pulled my ipod out of my pocket. I opened the notebook and started writing. I know my ipod wouldn't last long since there were no computers out here but I had to write something, even if it was notes.

I looked up from my ipod to find the guy beside me talking to someone on his other side.

"Jason," he said. "I got sent here because my dad's busy hunting aliens, how about you? Just another summer at camp huh?"

I laughed and both of them looked towards me.

"Aliens?" I asked. "You have got to be joking."

Alissanne
Gosh, that was it, it was the worst her parents could do to her, send her away. It was for her own good and another load of crap but she didn't really care, she had never been a country girl, she loved the city, the lights, the noise, everything about it. It was just the most amazing thing on earth, the city.
But now, she was stuck in a camp, far away from home with a bunch of people she didn't know. There was a group of people talking about God knew what but since she couldn't be alone the whole time, Alissanne decided to join them for a while for it might have been a really interesting way of socializing.
"Aliens?" A girl said. " You have got to be kidding" Aliens! OH come on!Alisanne thought, a bit disappointed from the topic of the conversation, but that was better than utter loneliness.

*can someone talk to her please. She's quite lonely*

I laughed again and turned back to my writing. I noticed a girl beside me and looked up. She didn't look like the kind of person I would hang out with and she was wearing.... Heels? What in the world was she doing in the middle of nature with heels?

"Um, hi?" I said and stared at her. I clicked off my ipod without looknig and put it back in y pocket. "I'm Casilda, who are you?"

At least this gril was wearing pants, I noted. I glanced back at the boys beside me and frowned.

Alisanne
"I'm Alissane, but you can call me Alis" She said with a forced smile. At least someone was talking to her, but even when the girl talked to her, she noticed that confused stare that the girl had in her eyes. People did tend to look at her in that way, confused, others dazzled by such glamour, others simply thought she was another girl from the big city.

"Nice heels" Casilda told her.

"Thank you." Alisanne said with her English accent way too noticeable.

"You are not from here, are you?" Casilda asked her, keeping her hands in her pocket. Well, it was quite a change for Alissanne, the last girl she had seen dressing like that was when she was fourteen back in London, but it was rather interesting socializing with new people, specially people out of her glamorous but extremely shallow circle.

"No, I'm from England" She said, sounding a bit braggy. Maybe, just maybe it was better if she behaved a little more humble, maybe she could make friends.

I shrugged and looked around, pushing my sunglasses back over my eyes. "England, huh?" I asked and looked back at Alis. "Never been there."

I looked towards Darren and frowned. Now what was he going on about.

"So," Alis hedged. "How did you end up here? Were you're parents sick of you."

I froze. Parents. I sighed and shook my head. Why would she ask me that?

"No, my parents are dead," I told her in a low voice. "They're still trying to figure out where to put me since none of my relatives want anything to do with me."

I turned away then and stared at Darren again. I really did not want to talk about my family.

Jason

"I am actually," I told the girl. "He's not off hunting aliens of course. No. He's working for the government to develop a super secret virus that will wipe out the world." I winked and put my legs up on the log in front of me. Turning to face Darren, I nonchantly pretended to pay attention to the rules and regulations of camp but I stole a few side glances at my new aquaintance.

She was a pretty girl, I liked how her dark hair hung straight across her back. Usually I didn't like straight hair but hers suited the shape of her face. Her lips were soft and sensual and her green eyes had a quiet fire in them. Her clothes were cool. Perhaps a little too wicca for my liking but hey, I could dig a witchy chick. The supernatural was an interesting subject. It wasn't real but I understood the urge to dabble in it. I just hoped she didn't take it seriously.

"So." I drew the word out until I had her attention, well aware that I was interrupting her conversation with miss fashion boutique. "You're a witch, I'm the son of the devil. Think we can hook up?" I flashed a smile to show her I was half joking, unless she was game. "I think your name was Casilda? Sounds like Matilda, any relation? I'm pretty sure she had the whole moving objects thing going on."

"So," Jason said, drawing out the word. I took off my sunnies and glanced towards him with a 'What the hell do you want?' look. "You're a witch, I'm the son of the devil. Think we can hook up?" He flashed me a smile to show that he was half joking. "I think your name was Casilda? Sounds like Matilda, any relation? I'm pretty sure she had the whole moving objects thing going on."

I glared at him and scrunched up my nose. Was he...hitting on me?

"Yes, I"m Casilda," I snapped. "And no, I'm no relation to that weird movie character." I noticed he was checking me out and narrowed my eyes at him. "I'm not a witch."

He shrugged and went back to watching Darren. I knew he was watching me though as he kept glancing towards me.

"I'm not talknig about them," I said turning my glare on Alis when she mentioned parents again. "I said they're dead. End of story. No more talking about them." Alis stared at me. Oops. I had taken my annoyance out on her. "I'm sorry," I said quickly. "It's just...a touchy subject for me... They died about two weeks ago."

I lowered my gaze and stared at Jason's feet resting on the log in front of us. I fingered the pocket knife in my left pocket and let out a resigned sigh. This place was going be hell for me.

Wow, that was intense, if she had been back at home she would have said one or two things to this Casilda girl. Now she understood why she was so braggy and proud, because there was people that thought they could tell her whatever she wanted. But...she didn't feel like insulting Casilda, maybe she had said something wrong and she had to apologize.

"I'm sorry" Alisanne said, lowering her gaze and staring at this dude Jason who thought he was the king of the world.

"No, it's ok.I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that I know" Casilda said, with her hands still on her pockets.

"It's ok, let's just forget about it" Alissanne said, tilting her head to one side and trying to look as sweet as she could.

I nodded and looked towards Darren again.

"Yeah," I said, ignoring the weird looks Jason was giving me. "Let's forget it."

I put my sunglasses back on even though the sun was already down and the light was fading, and crossed my arms over my chest.

A moment later and Jason's hand landed on my leg. I moved it off and glared at him.

"You do realise that it's in no way 'cool' to hit on a recently orphaned girl, don't you?" I asked and kicked his feet off the log infront of us.
