I have been at YWS for a while and have received many reviews for my story. Now I want to pay back by reviewing your stories. As others have specified I think I should too do that.

What I will review:
Any fiction but nothing rated 16+,18+ or R.
Art and Photography.

What I won't:
Any Poetry as I am too insensitive to decipher the beauty.

Best way to get requests is to get your name out there! Review outside of requests, a lot, so people see you do good reviews. Requests will come once your name is established as a good critic.
