Woosh. You had me.

This is awesome. It is breathtaking! Every part of it, is spectacular. And it goes really well with the title you've chosen. Seriously, it is a job well done, and a job that requires a sequel. Draw something more for us. I want to see what you got...

and everything you got, you can demonstrate it here at Young Writers. We are family!

:) ↑ That probably doesn't make sense, but I'm still shocked. ↑

Bo: We're not scared.
Scipio: Not scared? Well, aren't you the little tiger? RAWR!

Are windows to the soul
I say the earth
The sky
The moon
The very breath upon my lips
All of these
Are windows

Hey, I know this will sound really random, but I love drawing hands! So, I know what hands are supposed to look like (Which is kind of a duh statement since most people have hands or have seen a hand in their lifetime ;) ) But anyway, what I'm saying is that I know how hands are supposed to look and how interesting they are to draw. The shading on the hands are excellent. Also, I'm a fan of the sketchy look and this is an excellent example of that look. I really do love this picture, because it can have an interesting meaning depending on your personal outlook of life. Alright, well this is just really, really great!:)

Keep drawing,
Kate

Hi there fixed!

First off, I just want to give you kudos for resizing your image so I don't have to scroll through it and have it stretch out my browser. Thanks for that.

To begin the review, I would just like to say that this was very, very good. In my opinion, hands are the most difficult things to draw, but these seem almost lifelike. One thing that bothers me is that these hands all look the same. I'm assuming they belong to different people, correct? Their hands are going to be different then; different sizes, colors, shapes. Maybe one is wrinkled, one is dry, and the other has popped-out veins. Be creative. You've got enough talent that I don't think it will be hard for you to make this drawing seem a bit more realistic.

PM if you have questions.

Two hard things to draw--roses and hands!!! But you did a good job, so nice. The rose is a little sloppy, but it's definately a nice pic overall. I actually like that you don't do the whole bold-lined, full-colored thing that somebody mentioned fixing...I dunno, art's an insanely opinionated subject. Go with your own likes and take everything with a grain of salt. Okay, I'm digressing a little. My suggestion: keep the coloring as-is, because the bold-lined thing is what everyone else seems to be doing right now. There's something about the way that this is light and sketchy that makes it...pure? Simple? Pretty? Sweet? You get the idea.

Thanks! I was going for more of an innocence look to it.
The hardest mountain to climb will have the greatest view. Everything at a different angle: memories serve as double vision, a view from the valleys as well as the precipice. But everything that goes up must come down. The descent from the peak will be twice as graceful & three times as difficult

My, my, my! Hands are tough and here we have four of them! (I don't know from experience that hands are tough because I'm terrible at drawing...but I've heard that they are so I'm impressed.) My favorite is the one holding the rose. You should try to give some more details to the rose though! Perhaps add more color to really make it pop next time! Lovely.

I figure that I will review this just because I can haha. On the upper left hand the pointer finger (all I know how to call it haha) Is a little to fat for the hand. At least I think. On the lower left hand, where it goes down to the end it is bumpy I think that it should have been more flat. That is just my opinion. On the upper right I think that you should have erased the finger that you didn't keep more. I know how hard it is to get rid of the old marks, but it makes it look bad. On the lower right hand The pointer finger is yet again a little to fat for the hand. Again that is in my opinion. The rose does need some work, in art you can't skip over anything, everything in the picture is important no matter what the focal point it. Well that's all I have.

Keep Writing

My reality comes to a close as I once again realize that you don't love me, and even if I love you with my everything you will never care.
