sorry for posting late....

Morgan

It was a lovely day but if only there would be clouds and rain...now that would be more lovely. i sat down on a bench near a river looking bored at the ducks by the rivers. One of which was playing by the water.

Slowly, i toss one of my cards to it. It wounded the duck's wings as it tried to runaway. I grinned before i finally got bored again. I stamp my cane at the ground counting seconds to minutes.
"Where is he?" i looked around for my fraternal twin. "He is never this late..."
i pound my cane more while i look at each deck and pulled out a hangman card. With a flick of my finger, the man by the card came out and fastened his foot on a tree branch.

"Go find him, will ya?" i ordered him and he nodded and dissapeared. Now that he's gone. I'll simply wait...
John McClane: Drop it. It's the police.
Tony: You won't hurt me.
John McClane: Oh, yeah? Why not?
Tony: Because you're a policeman. There are rules for policemen.
John McClane: Yeah. That's what my captain keeps telling me

I could sense this could end badly if someone didn't do something. Claudia looked ready to kill Ray in vise verse.

"Come on guys, it's very likely that one day we'll all be a team. We should start getting the team work thing down now, by not fighting.

I nodded although said nothing. I stared off into the distance. If these two were on the same team together I found it very unlikely we'd have any chance of being a cohesive team.

Abbey lightly elbowed me. "Back me up," she whispered.

"Oh yeah, we should all take deep breaths and count to ten," I started.

They all looked at me like I was crazy.

*haha in real life i am a scorpio >.<

Abbey~~

I laughed at Paris's comment despite the situation.

"Isn't the Libra's job to resolve quarrels?" Claudia spat again.

"No we just like playing nice around here," I peeked in a smile.

It was weird seeing most of the most powerful of the signs here together, just strange. I liked how this Paris was taking the situation as calmly as I was. I got a mencaing glance from the Claudia, but really? She was a nice person under all of the burrs she had after the accident and how- My attention was snapped up by the others quarreling, I looked towards Paris who looked like he was listening but in his own world at the same time. Claudia looked ready to charge but I put my hand on her shoulder.

"Claudia it's not worth your time," My voice was cheery but held a grim air to it. The others were silenced by the air change. "Since that's settled why don't we all go get iceies? That always makes me feel better." A wide smile was plastered on my face, the others stared wide eyed.

Claudia (Scorpio)

She visibly relaxed, but the poisonous anger was still coursing through her veins. Everyone else seemed to sigh in relief as she smiled and turned to Abbey.

"OK! I'm all for getting an iceie--they're my favorite dessert." As everyone started walking to the ice cream shop, Claudia turned around and faced Layla and Ray.

"Really, you two," she smirked. "If you honestly do not want me to notice you think me to be a total freak, then you must hide it better. It's so obvious in your voices and in your eyes. Not meant to be an offense..." here her voice grew velvety soft and her eyes shone a bright lavender--"but just as a warning. Now anyway...let's enjoy ourselves at the ice cream shop!" she exclaimed, turning back to the others. Layla and Ray quickly glanced at each other, then followed the others, marveling that she could actually laugh and smile along with the others.

Taelyr

Morgan's tarot man arrived in due time to find Tae idling lying on the ground, enjoying the softness of the grass, gazing up into the sky and wondering what was out there.

"Morgan insists you join her." the man said.

Tae frowned as he sat up slowly with a stretch, "Did she say what she wants?"

"Something about Zodiac was in her thoughts as she conjured me, at least."

Tae glared at him, "You know you shouldn't be in her head like that. It's bad manners."

"I can't help it, I'm summoned with thought. If I catch a glimpse of something else its not entirely my fault."

Tae grinned as he stood and patted the man's shoulder, "Well, then take me back to Morgy, and we shall see what she wants."

The pair walked over to where Morgan impatiently tapped her cane on the floor.

Layla, Leo:

I stared dumbfounded at Claudia before walking off after them. I didn't think she was a freak. No, I had never met her. But I did think she had some god d*mn quick mood swings. I mean, hello, we just left a kid lying dead on the ground.

I kept quiet though. I really wasn't interested in battling people, although I did love a good fight. In fact, after all that Claudia girl had said to me, I was ready for a fight. I twirled a piece of my hair around one of my fingers and absent mindedly touched one of my sword's hilt.

People better watch what they say, I thought, because one more jibe and I'll have to prove the reason most everyone respects me. And with that, my eyes flashed a brilliant tawny gold and my pupils turned to slits.

So crisis averted for now, I thought as all went to the local icy shop. We all sat down in a booth with are various ices. I licked mind and stared out the window as some of the others talked. I also got a glass of water and was absently sending the water hovering in front of me, creating complex figures. The water turned into a dolphin and it flipped across up and down as if bursting from an invisible sea. Then it formed into a blossoming flower. That petals shivered.

"That's cool, I heard about you're ice sculptures.

I looked at the floating flower.

"Yeah, do you want one?" I asked.

She nodded.

I focused on the water flower and pulled it together to make a miniature woman with a bow. I focused hard to make it in Abbey's likeness. Once I was satisfied I lowered the temperature of the water and it froze. I caught the tiny ice statue. My water when frozen wouldn't unfreeze unless I willed it to. So she could keep it forever and it would never melt. Well if I died it would melt.

"Oh cool," she said examining the crystal like archer.

"So who's looking forward to battle training tomorrow," Layla asked.

This got everyone talking. The school had many games to test are skills. Capture the flag, dodge ball, hide and seek. All child's game with the added bonus of us having powers.

I wondered what tomorrow we would be playing, and what the teams would be.

I listened as they discussed battle strategies

(About what? You have to start something . . .)

Taelyr watched at the servant was drawn back into his tarot card, his grinned at her, "I see your getting better at your power."

Morgan smacked him on the head with her cane, "Don't try to change the subject. I've been waiting here forever!"

Tae rubbed at his head with a pout on his face, "Why?"

"Their setting up a training exercise for the Zodiac's - I thought, seeing as we're Zodiac twins I figured that we'd go together!"

Tae let out a sigh, "You really wanna go, Morgy?"

She snapped the cane onto his head again, "I've told you not to call me Morgy! And, yes, it would be nice to."

He rolled his eyes and looked skyward as if pleading the god for help, but then began to walk towards the massing Zodiac's in the distance. Morgan follow swinging her cane back and forth.

thanks Morgan

By the time, we arrived to the school...we saw a number of students.
I tap my cane to the ground and fixed my top cap.

"So this is what you call this a school...there are too little of them."
"There's zodiac people...what else,Morgy."
I gripped my cane and hit him in the top of his head. "How many times, i have to tell you not to cal me that."
I turned my back against him. "You're just lucky that you're twin. If not, i could send you off to my cards. See, if you enjoy hanging with the hangman."
"You don't need to get angry like that."
I tap my cane one more to the ground before i walked ahead.

The principal came out and raised his hands to silence the crowd. "I respected him because he was the Leo sign and only survivor of the last attempt to kill the Zodiac king. "Today's training session will be a survival mission. You are to choose your team and the teams will fight to the death in the woulds. Who ever remains will be the team that goes.

A survival test? I groaned of all the tests this had to be the worst. Now it came down to picking teams. Abbey suggested we gather everyone from last night and the gemini twins. She said that would be enough for now and we could make alliances with other Zodiacs while we were in. After all a few people were deciding to go in alone.

"You have two hours to prepare, this exercise will last as long as it takes to kill the rest."

I shuttered. I wasn't suited for fight to the death like battle.

Everyone left the pavilion to gather weapons and supplies. I tried not to think about the fact I could be truing to kill these people in a few hours.

Abbey~~

I pulled my hair into a pony tail, the others were gathering thier own weapons of choice but I myself drew into my own concentration. My group was the most, let's say versatile of the others because many others kept with similar signs to themselves and could work quite well because of combined strength. We on the other hand had the art of suprise and new skills put together. My eye lids closed for a brief second then wandered over to Paris who looked a bit uneasy, I remembered the sculpture and how it made me feel put up on my wooden dresser.

"Here take this," I unsnapped a loose chain necklace that was hidden under my battle wear, a small blue stone hung from the bottom and reminded me of a teardrop, "This alwayys made me feel a bit more security, I don't know for you but I really don't need it as much as you look like you do."

I smiled warmly just then the buzzer announced the call for the first official round.

Victoria - Serpentarius

I wrapped my arm upwards around the pole of my naginata without a single thought in my mind. Other zodiacs were crowded around me, preparing their weapons but not one saying even a farewell. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to make them murder their classmates and friends in cold blood, I'd like to meet them.

We -- me and the group who had let me join – walked into an arena the size of a football field. I saw another group come in on the opposite side and shut my ears to the rules of the exercise, putting to memory the faces of my team so I didn’t stab or bite any of them. A long shoelace found its way into the palm of my hand, one which I knew to be turned into a rattlesnake.

Another buzzer rang, and we were off. I singled off an Aries, shown by the blue mark on his neck, and charged. He stood still for a moment and smiled at me, waving as I ran. Suddenly, he charged, too, only that was having a coordinated bulldozer go sixty miles an hour against a kid-who-never-made-track holding a stick.

Skipping to the part where I just lay sprawled on the ground with, miraculously, only a bloody nose, a bleeding lip, and probably a dozen bruises, he stood over me and gave that smile which I now knew to be very, very bad. It did give me the second to swipe at his feet with my blade I needed. It only tripped him and his probably thick skin, but I threw the shoelace somewhere near his face, hoping I wouldn’t miss.

“Bite him,” I said firmly as I got up. How the snake would do that was beyond me, but I just needed to scare the guy. As it turned out, I had missed terribly, but now he was just staring up from his backside at a snake, rattling and smelling his nose. Wouldn’t last long, because there was no way on the face of the earth that I had gotten an opponent who was phobic of snakes. No, he was just startled.

Abbey~~

"Double up!" I suggested (well more of an order) to my team mates. My body found it's way off the ground as it sprung back and forth, gracefully in tune with my antikill stunners (hey it would merely knock them conscienceless and all they'd have to thank for it would be a small pellet like bruise). In turn I covered my team mates, by air I gracefully rolled foward landing on my feet with mere pats following them. I looked up see a snake on top of my team mate Roy.

Phish

A shoelace was helplessly nailed to the wall with a quick arrow, the girl looked up and I smiled wide at her surprised face.

"Bring it," I smiled tightening the pull on my bow.

I poured the water out of my two gourds. Then lifted the water with my mind and sent it spiraling across the field in then I lowered the temperature and it became a wave of ice that turned the ground in front of me into a ice skating rink. The charging group of Leo's. Some of them were knocked off balance but a few continued straight at me.

Layla leaped in front of me and slid across the ice like a skater, flames spinning from her two swords. She cut down the remaining attackers. I saw a dagger from a Scorpio fly at her head but without even looking she jumped out of the way. I grabbed moisture out of the air and sent a ball of compressed water straight into the guy. He was hurled to the ground.

I looked over to see the two Gemini of our team fighting a large boy from Taurus. Then I saw Abbey and Ray fighting. And I could see Claudia in a fight with a Virgo girl that seemed to be controlling army of boys from various groups.

I melted the ice and returned it to it's water state. The first round would last thirty minutes. We just had to survive for thirty more minutes.
