Roberta Nunez

Roberta spun around as the crate fell against the elevator door, her face paling. This wasn't good. The guards around her were dropping like flies. She pulled the taser out of her labcoat's pocket and prepared for the worst.

One of the test subjects approached her, smiling a little nastily. He was wearing a long coat. "Looks like the tables have turned, Ms. Whitecoat."

"Get back," she said sharply. "You have no chance of getting out of this facility alive. Stand down."

More subjects approached her. All of the guards had either been killed or knocked out, it seemed. Roberta suddenly realized how little damage she was going to be able to do against these people with her taser.

Nevertheless she lashed out at one of the nearest subjects, pushing the taser's button.

Lyanna hurried forward to where the other lab rats were surrounding someone. She pushed between two people and examined the woman in front of her. She seemed flustered. She smiled. She should be easy to take care of. Lyanna thought. She locked eyes with the scientist. A spark seemed to travel between their eyes, and suddenly the scientists eyes glazed over, and her body froze. Lyanna sighed out of exhaustion and stumbled slightly. "We have her now." She said.

Ever

Ever couldn't believe what she had just seen. The whitecoat just fell to the floor unconscious, she looked at the girl who had just spoken and just stared at her.How did she do that?
It didn't matter now. The whitecoat was hog-tied on the floor now with some spare rope that somebody found. She was gagged as well, just incase. They couldn't take any chances.

"Uunngh..." The scientist groaned as she regained consciousness. Her brain was a little hazy as she tried to think of what happened. There had been a... a group of people around her, and- no, wait. They hadn't been just people, they were the test subjects. Why...?

That was it, they'd escaped during the blackout! Everything came rushing back to her, and her eyes snapped open. The escapees were grouped in a semi-circle around her, and behind them she could see concrete walls and wooden crates. It couldn't have been very long since they'd knocked her out.

The next thing she noticed was that she was lying on the floor and very uncomfortable. She jerked her arms experimentally; they wouldn't budge. Both those and her legs were bent awkwardly behind her back; apparently she'd been hogtied.

She tried to call for help. "Mmmf!" Gagged too, that's just lovely. They certainly did a thorough job of things. The scientist squirmed in frustration.

One of the test subjects, a dark haired boy, sighed and rubbed the back of his neck. "Now what?"

Gryk

I stood before her while the other lab rats were resting possibly from the siege.
She looked at me and tried to talk something but i only grinned. I pulled my hand from long sleeve and placed it before her head.

She gasped when she saw it but i grinned.
"What? Not afraid of a little hand?" i said as the mouth with barbed teeth at the centre of my hand began to drool from my palm.
"It is hungry, surely you do not want him to dissapoint him."

she began to talk more but i ignored ehr.
"Don't worry, this will be quick and painless." i was about to place my hand to her forehead when someone held my shoulder.
"Don't" i heard this starnger say.

Lyanna grabbed the boy's shoulder. "Don't." She said quietly.
He rounded on her. "Why not?"
"She has information we might need. We're not going to get it if you hurt her." She replied. He narrowed his eyes at her, but backed off. Lyanna walked out of the circle, aware of everyone's eyes on her. She ignored them and walked around the room, looking for a way out.

Christina "Angel"

Shein came out from behind the boxes with Christina close behind. They approached the other lab rats nearby.

"So what's the plan?" she asked the group.

"Find a way out," Lyanna, her name might have been, said as she wandered away from the group.

Christina nodded and looked around her. She couldn't see anything from where she was. She stepped back from Shein and sprang into the air, flying up to the rafters. There really wasn't much in the warehouse that would have helped much. The only thing was a broken-down looking delivery truck in the far corner.

"There's a truck over there," Christina pointed towards the truck. "It looks pretty bad, but it might work."

She returned to the ground and stood by her brother. "Good thinking, Angel." Shein said quietly. Praise hadn't ever been his thing, but Christina delighted in his recognition of her having found a possible solution.

"So what do you guys think?" she asked the group.

"I think its pathetic..." i echoed dissapointed from my failed attempt, "Why can't we just force i way into this. We ahve abilities taht no other human has so it would eb better for us to beat our way than spending any stupid plan"

*sorry this is short*
*i'm starting to create a rivalry between the group by using my character. So can anyone argue with him or something. That would give some drama*

The scientist tried to wriggle backwards and away from that terrible hand, but of course it was fruitless. She tried to yell. All that came out was a muffled gurgle.

And then the boy was called off. She tried to relax (which given her position was nearly impossible). The girl who had made her freeze up was talking to him in a low voice, something about 'information.'

Right. So they were going to try and escape, then later they'd interrogate her. Lovely. Roberta wasn't sure how well she'd hold up under questioning, especially if they resorted to torture. She shuddered. If only she could work her way loose from these cords!

And on top of that, she felt another fit coming on. This wasn't going to be pretty.

Roberta's eyes suddenly rolled up in her head and the little of her body that could move began to twitch and jerk, almost as though she were being electrocuted.

Christina "Angel"

"When has trying to dominate someone ever gone well in our experiences?" Christina said. "We know how it feels to be oppressed in the worst possible ways. Are you suggesting you would be able to put that on another innocent person?"

Gryk nodded. "No one is innocent," he stated rather plainly.

Christina shook her head and looked to the guard writhing on the ground. It was sad in a pathetic way. Christina couldn't let herself watch the poor woman in such a state even if she was one of the people who kept them all caged up. She walked over to the woman who was now laying stiller and panting.

She looked her straight in the eyes. "Calm down," she said. The woman's breathing returned to normal and she looked much better than she had a few moments ago.

"Don't scream," she said, keeping eye contact. Christina then untied the gag and the woman remained silent. "Tell me your name."

"Roberta Nunez," the woman said.

"Roberta, what is the best way for a group of lab rats to escape this place and not be caught?" Christina asked. Her eyes never broke with Roberta's.

Gryk groaned from behind her. "She's not going to give you an answer that way," he said. "Let me through, I'll get it out of her."

Gryk pushed Christina out of the way, causing her to lose eye contact. Roberta immediatly started screaming.

"Get out of the way!" Shein yelled, pulling Gryk back so Christina could regain eye contact.

"You don't understand, Gryk. She has to do what I say as long as I have eye contact." Christina explained. She looked deeply into Roberta's eyes and smiled. "Now, how can we get out of here?"

Lyanna walked back to the group. Anybody looking at her could see that her thin frame was shaking with supressed anger. She glared at Gryk. "Listen you." She said. "If we go around killing and hurting people it might provoke the US military into getting involved. And if the military get involved, we'll either be locked up again, or end up destroyed. We need to plan. We can't just go stumbling around in the dark."

She turned her back on Gryk, looking at the scientist. One of the other lab rats was kneeling down next to her, saying something. Lyanna touched her shoulder. "If we're getting out of here she needs to be unconscious."

The girl nodded without breaking eye contact with the scientist. Lyanna stared straight into the woman's eyes. Someone moved her head so she was looking at her. Her eyes rolled back and her body relaxed.

"What did I hear about a truck?" Lyanna asked.

The scientist's scream died in her throat as the girl stared into her eyes. She wanted to keep shouting for help, she really did, but Christina's eyes pulled her in. The sound wouldn't leave her lips.

"Now, how can we get out of here?"

Nunez tried not to answer. It didn't work. She was completely entranced.

"There's an entryway," she said in a monotone voice, "just outside the door behind the crates to your left. It's for our suppliers to enter through. It shouldn't be locked. The truck should fit easily."

Ever and Gryk took off to make sure the scientist's story held. "Yeah, the door's here... and we've got it open!" came Ever's voice.

Then Lyanna approached, and everything went black.

Lyanna looked up and walked over to the door. Outside was a road, something that Lyanna hadn't seen before. A breeze from the Puget Sound came in, smelling strongly of seawater. It made her dizzy. She turned back towards the rest of the group, who had followed her. "Well, do we take the car, or do we walk?" She asked.

the doors opened and i took to watch to look at the sea. Though, i did not show it...it wa sbeautiful to see the sea before me rather tha from my cage window. We took a moment to watch these view when by surprise, guards appeared before us.

"Go to the car quickly," one of them said and agreed. They placed the scientist on the car while i stayed behind to try to close the door to distract the guards.
"Gryk" Lyanna shouted and i ushered them to go when i felt a gun shot by my chest. I bit my lip to close the door as i moved my body inside and close the door behind me. Outside, Lyanna's words echoed to my ears.

The guards continuye to shoot at me before i finally fell down on the floor. They looked at me with their guns ready.
For a moment there was silence before one of them shouted and drop dead on teh ground. The otehrs guards surprised looked at the fallen comrade before one of them i punctured with my hand. His body went inside my ahnd while teh rest continue to shoot me. My body danced with the bullets before after a minute the wounded body seperate from me and the bones from it went out killing evryone.
I stood all of there still wet from the body thatw as detached feeling great pain and took a moment to breathe.
After a while, is tood up and check my body for any wound closing up the large wound at my chest. Finally now that there are no more distraction from my final lab rats, i devoured every corpse for future weapons and walk confidently to where the otehr lab rats are held maybe even going to the security centre of the warehouse.

"Gryk!" Lyanna shouted. Gryk ignored her completely and stepped outside, shutting the door behind him. She heard several gunshots, and a muffled thwump. Lyanna stiffened, but turned and helped the other lab rats get the scientist into the back of the truck.

Suddenly there were more gunshots. Lyanna resisted the urge to go to the doorway and help Gryk. She got everyone into the truck. She herself sat in the driver's seat, waiting for something to happen.

The door opened. Gryk came in, covered in blood. Lyanna heaved a sigh of relief and leapt out of the car, landing nimbly on her feet. She hurried over to Gryk. "Everyone's inside the truck. I can't find the keys, but I can probably get it to run without them. Do you want to drive, or sit in the passenger seat? The back is full."
