YWS Down For A Week: What Will You Do?

So, as many of you already know, YWS is about to get majorly updated.

First of all:

- During the blackout, the YWS backup site will be available here:
http://yws.nathancaldwell.com
You must register on the backup site in order to use the YWS Chat, which will be available during the blackout as well. If you don't, you won't be able to use the Chat.

As you know, this means a whole week without YWS, and we all need to come up with something productive to do during that time.

Myself, I'll be going back to school on August 17, so luckily I'm going to be somewhat busy with school stuff that week and I don't have as much time to mourn in the boredness.

However, I'm quite certain I'll be quite often seen in the chatroom (which is, of course, very not like me).

What are you going to do? Visit friends? Enjoy life outside the house? Lock yourself in the computer room and sob over the temporary loss of YWS?

Or maybe something else? Share your plans!

me? i will be stetched out on a beach in Greece. So thank god it's those dates, i was contemplating three weeks without YWS as the place i'm going is, unfortunatley, short of internet cafes or handy laptops with free wi - fi. But the new site looks good! Looking forward to seeing the new YWS!

I'm going to dance around in my underwear and eat Chex mix. Oh, and figure out a way to prank Nate. Because it must be done.

I'm going to play YWS Cluedo in the chat room

I'll try to get a lot of my novel done.

I think I'm going to try to make significant progress on my novel because I told myself I was going to finish it this summer and that has not happened yet.

I'll be preparing for school during this week though, so we'll see if I'm around anyway!

I'm going to publish five novels, get married, move to Ireland, become a world-famous pilot-psychologist, and slowly set my plans into place for taking over the world.

Or, y'know, I might just go to school and the gym and play WoW. *shrugs*

The absolutely horrible thing is that I start school the day YWS is supposed to come back up! That's a double whammy right there.

Oh well! *begins cramming every possible thing she'll need for the downtime into a tiny duffel bag to take to the chat room with her*

I might actually get a short story or two done, though, if I don't have this place to distract me.

I think that's the week I have driver's ed. And I'll be working. But really, I'll just be crying on the inside.

I'll probably save all the works I need to review and review them in the time I normally would be. xD

Writing also sounds good...
