Name- Nicole Anwar

Age- 17

Radiation Survivor (Not supporting any particular cause. Has no allegiance toward anyone or any group and is just out for herself.)

History- Nicole lived a rather normal life: she went to High School, had some close friends, took drivers training, and was pretty much looking forward to turning sixteen and getting all the privileges that came with it. Well, Nicole reached sixteen, but it wasn't her drivers license that she received. The nuclear bombing took place on her birthday, and it was the day that she lost everything. Her family had rushed to go underground, but Nicole was the only one who made it to the shelter in time before it was closed. Her parents and older brother went painlessly, but the same cannot be said about Nicole. She was exposed to a large amount of radiation, nearly being killed on contact. But somehow her body managed to fight it off, but not without a very painful transformation. Now all alone in the underground city, Nicole lives only for herself, vowing to someday take vengeance on those who call her a freak and try to drive her out of the city.

Personality- What happened to Nicole on the day of the nuclear bombing mutated her more on the inside than the outside. Being torn from her family and her changed appearance has made Nicole withdraw from social interaction, merely watching silently from dark alleys as people interacted, feeling renewed pain for her loss that she had long since trained herself to cover up with disgust. She resents people on sight and tends to avoid them unless there is something in it for her. She has became cold, calculating and calloused. She is nearly always deadly serious, though she rarely slips back into her vulnerable, past self. Her personality before the nuclear explosion was quite different. She was very much the social butterfly and the only time she wasn't talking on the phone or texting was when she was sleeping. She was very caring and was always very attentive when it came to listening to others' problems. Needless to say, Nicole has changed.

If is affected by radiation, then how?-

This is what Nicole looked like the day of the nuclear bombing. But after she was exposed to the radiation, her body was warped. Her skin turned deathly pale and her eyes and hair grew dark. Her nails grew long, dark and sharp and she wears leather fingerless gloves to cover the fur on the back of her hands. Her toenails did the same, and her feet became covered with fur and the soles became pad-like, which she hides with black boots. Her form became more lean and muscular, almost comparable to that of an alley cat. It is possible that the mutation is still slowly taking place in her body. Nicole found that because of her exposure to radiation, her senses, strength, and speed were also heightened.

Preferred weapon- Switch blade.

Other- up for romance... if that's possible for her xD

Or should I just get rid of the resistance members altogether?

I don't really understand all the different titles... What's the difference between a surviver and a resistance member?

resistance members are inside the city and have no powers, however they do have better technology. they are trying to stop the mercenaries and help the radiation survivors.

Seeing as my character Seth is on an outside resistance, you could change it to that, Bonnie Just a suggestion

And yes TexanWriter, your character can claim Seth They're kinda on opposite sides though

Riley is up for joining the resistance or mercenaries, depending on who finds and asks him.

OK now even I'm confused...
I think we should just get rid of the 'inside' resistance and just have the radiation survivors and the mercenaries.
I will change it in a minute.

Radiation Survivor

History: Diana lived a relatively normal life until the bomb hit. She had lots of friends and a loving family. Before the bomb hit, her parents had her go out to run some errands. The bomb hit that day. She tried to get back to her home and get her family, but the rush of the crowds to get to the Underground city pushed her towards it. She never saw anyone that she had previously known again.

Personality: Despite what has happened, Diana still tries to make the most of each day and be optimistic. She's sweet, friendly, and loves to have a good time.

If is affected by radiation, then how? Can talk to and understand animals.

Preferred weapon: Daggers and a silver pistol

Name- Naome (Nao) Randy

Age- 19

Gender- female

Radiation survivor

History- Her family of 5, which consisted of her two parents, and her two younger siblings (twin sisters), owned a martial arts studio. She helped teach the younger kids until they were of age to go to the older classes. Naome was incredibly happy, until the alarms went off. There was a bomb shelter under the studio, so she took her younger sibling and the young kids she was teaching there. Her parents had gone out, and she somehow knew they were going to die. Then one of her little sisters (now 15) ran up, saying she was going to find them. Naome couldn’t stop her. Her other sister soon followed due to their close relationship. They never came back. Naome, stuck with about fourteen kids, went up about a week after the bombs. Someone mutilated by the radiation came to her; the second sister. She watched her sister die.

Naome turned into a walking maniquen. She left the children, found her parent’s bo staff, and tried to make sense of everything. To this day, she feels the guilt of leaving those sobbing children, and will never let another human being alone when they need her again.

Personality- Closed off, and at the same time happy. Naome always wants to be happy and wants to see those around her happy, but she’s afraid of being hurt like she was when the bombs went off, though she’ll help them. When she’s alone, she’s like that zombie again. It’s like she doesn’t feel emotion, but as soon as someone comes, she smiles and acts as if nothing is wrong even everything is.

If is affected by radiation: She can take and give memories with the touch of skin. If needed, she can take memories away but she prefers not to do that. It has also heightened her reflexes, sense of smell, sight, and touch. Naome can’t taste anything though, and she often has an increased vertigo and, sometimes, random seizures.

Preferred weapon- bo staff, fists

History: Made it to the bottom but has longed to go back to the surface. He hates the dark. This mercenary trip sounded good and is ready to clear the surface so that mankind can return. He thinks he is doing good.
Personality: Sometimes can be sarcastic but is very serious when hunting for one of the radiation freaks. (He doesn't see them as people but as creatures that need to be put down for the "good" of mankind) Hates the dark and people who tease him about it.
Not affected by radiation
Preffered weapon: Scorpion- SA 361 submachine gun
Other: Will probably die later.
