"Well this girl and I were talking and then she just ran off... It was wierd."

"Care to elaborate?" I asked, sitting next to him. He gave me a strange look.
"I'm sure you would only run off too," he said. I almost rolled my eyes. See how well he knew me. I wouldn't do that.
"Would it make you feel better if I said I would never be afriad of you," I joked. "I'm not going to run off. I promise."
He sighed, almost as if debating on whether to tell me. I sat and waited patiently. He didn't have to tell me if he didn't want to. Either way, I was interested.
Hermione, shut your ungodly, lopsided mouth and quit interrupting! 20 points from Gryffindor. You know, for the brightest witch of your age you can sure be a dumba** sometimes. *smiles* 10 points to Dumbledore!
"So might I ask to why you were sleeping outside?" I asked will cocking my head to the side.
"I was looking at the stars then I got tired and fell asleep." he replied.
"So since you were looking at the stars I guess that means they interest you. Why is that?" I asked happy that someone else liked the stars like me.
"Why don't we let Peeta claim it, since he died today?"-Finnick (Catching Fire) "We may be friends and all, but if were being chased by crazy flesh eating zombies. I won't lie. . .I'll trip you."~ Me after watching the hills have eyes.
"I like stars because they're something I can look at on my own...and I like Physics, so there's a fairly obvious link there." Victor told Lee bluntly, before adding: "Not that I mind being around other people. I just tend not to be around other people."
"Right..."
"Yeah..."
Victor nodded his head slowly, aware that, as usual, he had given the first impression (which, as was the case with most people, always counted) that he was weird, crazy or freakish - possibly a mixture of those. He found himself biting his nails, something he did whenever he was stressed, and decided to relieve the tension (which he doubted Lee shared) by asking her the same question.
"So do you, uh, like stars?"
I refuse to acknowledge the existence of this signature.
Victor seemed freaked out, I guess I have that effect on people or something, he was all tensed up. Maybe he was still freaked out that I woke him up I thought.
"So do you, uh, like stars?" he asked me.
"Yeah. . .when I was little I was always. . .indoors. . ." I chose my words carefully so as not to revile my past to much. "So I never saw the stars or the moon. I just heard about them, and read about them." I whispered as I looked up.
"Oh. . .so why were you inside all the time?" he asked, trying to relive the tension. Which did for him but not me.
"Well that's kind of hard to explain. . ." I trailed off. He seemed interested as to listen to my story that I didn't really want to tell.

"Well," Victor, interested in Lee's past, said, "I'm not exactly in a rush, so..."
The look on her face made him suddenly realise the possibility that she didn't want to talk about her past.
"I mean, if you don't want to talk about it, that's fine." He smiled. "I was just interested."
Lee smiled back.
"That's okay..."
"So...if you don't mind me asking, what was it like?"
Lee looked at him oddly. Victor realised he sounded like he was pressing on the topic which Lee obviously did not want to talk about. He suspected that his actual intentions weren't much different.
"To see the stars and moon for the first time?" Victor added.
I refuse to acknowledge the existence of this signature.
I smiled at him warmly as I looked back up. "It was. . .wonderful. . .peaceful. . .and beautiful all at the same time. . ." I whispered.
"I can't imagine living for so long with out looking at the stars and moon." Victor replied as he looked at the stars to.
"Well for a long time. . .I didn't really consider myself alive." I thought out loud.
"What do you mean?" he asked.
"Well a curse I have is that my blood can heal." I replied.
"How is that a curse. . .and what does this have to do with the stars and moon?" Victor asked with a confused look.
"It's like a double bladed sword. If my blood isn't right from the wound, or if it isn't given through a persons mouth than it will kill them, slowly and painfully. My parents were scientist for the military. And they tried to use my blood as a cure, so I was basically a lab rat. . ." I said as I closed my eyes and looked down. My hair making a curtain between me and Victor.
"So they need to watch you all the time. . .so you were never let out?" Victor concluded.
"Yeah. . ." I nodded.
"So are you here case your blood didn't work?" he more of questioned.
"No. . .not fully anyways, I can control the gravity around me." I replied as I looked up at his face. Praying that he wouldn't think I was the queen of freaks.

I walked back to the garden and was happy to find a number of people that was still there. I saw Lee and the otehrs and wondered if i could join them. i had finally met some people and i will not waste it just by leaving them so that in the next day they will forget me.
"Ex...Excuse me," i excused myself as Lee saw me. I saw another guy and from that moment that i began to bit my lip gently. I know that i was disturbing them somehow.
"Oh hi, where did you went to?"
"By...By the toilet, so wh...what has happened?"
"Nothing much, we were watching the stars...do you like stars?"
"Sure...that was all i did during the..." my words trailed off even before i sat down and huddled myself.
"Iclisa...this is Victor," she introduced me to him and he greeted me. I greeted him faintly as i looked back at the stars.
I was kind of glad Iclisa came when she did. Or else Victor might of tried to continue the conversation, he gave me a look that I think meant 'We'll finish this discussion later' but I wasn't for sure. After a moment of awkward silence I decide to start a conversation.
"So Iclisa, Victor what are your classes?" I asked trying to keep up my fake smile.
*foxfire can we have some classes together? Same question Face Engine.*

*next day sounds good if that's okay sorry I haven't posted for so long*
Aaliyah
The next morning as I walked to my first class, , elemental class, I couldn't stop thinking about what was going to happen after school that day. Would I start to be able to recognize when he was nulling my powers? And if I did start to feel it, would it hurt? Would it have any lasting effects on me? I had so many questions and none of the answers. Maybe I had been hasty in rushing into this but something inside wouldn't let me let Victor down.
I was about to light my first fire when I remembered the promise I'd made myself the day before. I stopped the magic that was about to flow through me and stepped away from our instructor.
"I'm not doing it." He frowned at me.
"Yes, you are."
never understood why things can't work out in life like they do in the movies... I guess I'm just a hopeless romantic...
Oh great I woke up late and was running to my first class, I was so confused this place looked different form yesterday. Right as I rounded a corner I bumped into some one.
"O my goodness I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed as I gathered all of my stuff up and help the other girl gather her stuff up to. I looked up ready to see some angry chick that would beat me up, but instead I see Iclisa smiling at me.
"What's so funny?" I asked confused.
"Did you just wake up?" she chuckled.
"Yeah I have my own room, cause all the others were full, and I woke up." I admitted.
"Oh well your hair is kind of sticking up." she said as she patted my hair down.
"Thanks hey were is the elemental class?" I asked kind of embarrassed.
"This way." she replied and lead me all the way back to some building on the other side of the school. We snuck in as the instructor yelled at some girl for not using her power.
"Why don't we let Peeta claim it, since he died today?"-Finnick (Catching Fire) "We may be friends and all, but if were being chased by crazy flesh eating zombies. I won't lie. . .I'll trip you."~ Me after watching the hills have eyes.
we entered the elemental class and when we came, the instructor stared at us.
"You two, why were you late?" he exclaimed as my face turned red afraid to say anything.
"U...Uh...sorry, about that sir, i was just hel...helping her," i said praying that he would leave us and he did. He instructed us to a spot where we shall begin practise.
"Sorry, if you got you into trouble..."
"Its okay," i replied as we stood before a large metal ball.
the instructor came to us and instructed me. "Iclisa, right? well i was noticed that you can control metals is it that right?"
i nodded before he looked at Lee "And you whatc an you do?"
"Control gravity sir," Lee replied calmly. He nodded before he told me to lift the metal and split it into two and afterwhich told Lee to go to another place.
i sighed and gulped at the same time as i try to concentrate to lift the ball. two times i tried and the yet it was only lift for lest than a meter before it fell down to the ground. i closed my eyes for better concentration and for a moment i finally feel that i am control. I opened my eyes before i saw the metal ball near the roof.
Victor, as was often the case, had a free lesson. He chose to wander around the school building instead of train - he would have time for that afterwards. He wandered through the corridoors, looking through the classroom windows. He noticed a girl trying to use her power to lift a metal ball, and concentrated on her. He grinned as she failed to lift it more than a metre twice, and then sighed when, as a result of a noise in the background distracting him, he lost his hold on her, and the ball was floating an inch or so away from the ceiling.
He expected the ball to come steadily back down (he wasn't prepared to nullify her with the metal ball floating that high up), but it didn't. He saw the tension on the girl's face, and realised she was having difficulty - if she lost control over the ball, it could have hurt someone, or gone through the floor. He decided that now was a perfect opportunity to attempt to reverse his power, granting the girl greater.
He closed his eyes, and thought back to the day before, when Ashlyn used his power to enhance Aaliyah's power. He prayed that he was doing as he hoped, reversing the effects of his power, and concentrated on the girl. If his plan worked, he would be a hero. If it failed, someone was likely to get hurt. He unclenched his eyes to see what would happen.
I refuse to acknowledge the existence of this signature.
"I don't know... We were just talking about our powers and classes... and then she said she had to go and ran off?"
"Did you do anything?"
"She asked me what I could do, and I showed her."
"You didn't hurt her did you?"
"No, this is all I did." Then I extended my claws and cut myself. She winced like the previous girl had. "See, I didn't even bleed."
