"Becca..." he murmured to himself. "Beautiful name."

She seemed to blush at this statement which was sort of strange for dream creators tended to avoid such things as that with the use of the world. She herself was sort of strange as well, but strange was better then being nothing at all. Neutral.. normal.. those words were names for people who were boring.

He cringed. William has told him that when he had been sitting in the meadows before he made his departure into mortality. Those words seemed so simple at the time and yet now they meant everything.

"You look sad," she stated simply. "Are you alright?"

"Just a little crestfallen is all," He remarked, brushing it off as if it was nothing at all. "With the king leaving and all."

"Oh.." she murmured, turning her eyes towards the ground, hair bustling this way and that. Such an interesting colour. He wasnt used to seeing such marvelous colours other then his own. "He was a good king... I wonder what we shall do with his leaving and all. This is the first time in eternity where we must give a dream creator the name 'king'.

"And yet so many are against that idea," Joshua chuckled a little. "Saying democracy will make this place even safer to live.. how terribly pitiful. We were fine with the freedom king William gave us. Why dont we just find someone who will give us that freedom?"

"Because the ones who wish to take the throne do not feel that that is the way things should be run," she chuckled darkly, looking back up at him with solemn eyes. "And the ones with opinions like yours wont take throne."

"Your cunning is quite interesting, I must admit," Joshua smirked. It was more like a crooked smile, but it was his smile. He sat down on a nearby bench, eyeing the bright cherryblossums. One thing that changed about the world in the absense of the king was seasons.. it had only been a few days since he left but the world filled with colours of spring instead of summer, as the cherry blossums showed. Summer was wonderful but this site in the world was one her now treasured.

**Also, now any other sort of discussion shall be taken in the discussion forum so if you want to chat aimlessly then thats the place to go :D. Also, if you have ideas how this will end then please post it up. Have something to work towards and put it in my mind.

And welcome Billy :D. We definitly want yah here.

It seems as if Joshua feels the same as me. It looks as if I wasn't alone. I stared at the trees. The beautiful cherry blossoms, occasionally falling to the ground. I loved the spring. It was my favorite season, though it was odd seeing it now.

"Don't you love it?" I asked. "The colors of spring." Joshua looked a little startled, but soon answered.

"Actually it's a little odd you ask," he grinned. "I was just thinking about that. Yes, it is very beautiful." I sighed, breathing in all of the fresh scents.

"It seems your freind was quite popular this morning," I said.

"Hmm, yes. It's normally like that," he replied.

"I was actually enjoying myself. It's interesting to watch those silly girls throw themselves at him," I stopped. Oops, I really hadn't meant to say all of that. Joshua looked a little amused but I ignored it. Great, I thought, I probably sounded crazy to him.

Darkness surrounded me, as it usually did as I went into a nightmare. I let the emotions of the human wash over me. There was anger, sadness, betrayal. I knew instantly what kind of emotions these were.

They were the emotions of a lover scorned.

I knew what I was going to do. The light washed over me and I appeared in a meadow of wildflowers. I saw the two lovers on a blanket under a large oak tree. The weather was perfect and they were laughing. They were happy.

I just couldn't allow that.

I changed my appearance to have my hair a deep brown and my eyes got lighter. When I had changed completely, I started to walk towards the couple, until I felt a disturbance.

Another of my kind was here with me.

I looked behind me and saw Leslie. Immediately, anger filled me, turning my eyes red.

I walked over to her quickly.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I hissed at her.

She gave me a smirk. "Excuse me?"

"You heard me." I spat. "This is my nightmare, so get the hell out."

She looked at me like I was an idiot. "And who are you to say what I can and can't do?" She walked past me. "For all you know, Vincent could've given me this assignment."

My heart fluttered at the mention of Vincent, but I didn't let it show. "Then I would say that you were lying. Do you need a reminder of what happened the last time you crossed me, Leslie?" I asked quietly, but with clear malice in my voice.

I saw her confidence falter slightly. "You wouldn't dare."

I smiled a humorless smile. "That's exactly what you said the last time I almost killed you."

"You didn't almost kill anything." she said, but she was backing away while she spoke.

Smart girl.

"Get out of here, before I do something that I may later regret." I told her, looking her straight in the eye.

"This isn't over." she hissed. Then, she disappeared.

I turned back to the scene on hand. The lovers were arguing. Perfect.

I glided over to them and sat down by the man. "Who is this?" I asked in a seductive voice.

"I could ask you the same thing." the woman replied, glaring at me.

I stood up, pulling the male with me. "Come, my love." He seemed more than willing to go.

The woman shot to her feet. "Listen, you stupid whore, I-"

I spun around, and the landscape crashed around us. "He's mine now." I growled. The sound was ghoulish. "Now and forever."

"No!" she cried. "How could you do this to me? We were best friends." She collapsed at my feet, her body wracking with sobs.

"We were never friends, you fat cow." I said, lacing my voice with disgust. "I just hung around because I liked him. It was never you."

The scene started to crumble away, so that it was just a white landscape. This was her greatest fear. Being alone.

"No, please!" she shrieked. "Don't leave me all alone!"

I grabbed the man and kissed him passionately. "You're pathetic."

"Please," she begged, crawling to my feet. "Please."

"You've always been alone." I spat, and just like that, the nightmare ended.

I was standing back in my room, candles lit all around me. I looked out of my window and saw the lanterns of our place. I smiled softly to myself, for really no reason at all, and walked out, to go and talk to my King, Vincent.

I hoped that he would have me.

Larinda was special, not in a bad way, but she made me think. I wasn't a huge fan of awkward silences just for them making me feel funny. she seemed like she didn't like them either and tried to break it with a question.

"Today is quite heavenly, don't you agree Jared?" She asked, her head far up in the clouds. I smiled as I watched her eyes gaze at the sky as if there was something more to it.

"It is, Do you ever think about what could be out there?" I asked, losing myself in my perplex thinking. There could be people looking down at us thinking the exact same thing. If I were to ever meet another being from a different world I'm sure they would be a lot smarter then me.

"I always envision what could be watching us, such as glorious forms. To always wonder what we are and if we are good. Maybe this is their world and they wish for it to be back in their hands again." She said vaguely as if she was dreaming.

"How intriguing, I never thought about it like that...So, if it isn't too personal may i ask a question regarding your hair?" I said, trying to be polite as possible. I loved how she was different from any girl I'd ever met. I wanted to hear if there was a reason behind it.

"Well..." She said hesitantly. I smiled and pushed her to go on.

"Come on I won't laugh, there's got to be a reason for you wanting to be so different from everybody." I said.

Delilah

"Well, someday , it may not be now but, someday somebody special will come along and make you feel like you have the entire world. Then, you won't feel lonely. But, why waste your time worrying about it? I mean there's so much life has to offer, don't you wanna live it up as best you can?" I said, wanting to help him.

"But, what if i want that somebody now?" He asked, looking at the clouds. I fiddled with my blond hair and chewed the inside of my cheek.

"Then, search for her. Be open-minded to new things and branch out to different people. And hope." I advised, wondering what i was gonna do when that point in my life came.

"What happens when that doesn't work?" He asked, sounding as though he'd already tried.

"No matter how bad things get, don't give up. Ever. As long as you believe I'm sure it will be more likely to happen." I said, standing up and straightening out my outfit. A white, long sleeve shirt, white a laced bottom. My black skinny jeans had grass on them, i brushed them off casually. The patch on my jeans was of ivory and and icy blue paisly design.

"I really should be going now, I need to go shopping." I said with a bright smile. The ball was tomorrow and I was planning on going, date or no date. **Humans are no aloud at this ball are they? Just wanna make sure...**

"Wait! What are you go shopping for?" He asked, lost.

"A dress." I said, hoping he wouldn't push for more information.

Joshua

"Those silly girls really do like to tease him," He murmured, a smirk crossing his lips. "But I do much love teasing him more by throwing him into the group. He's terribly shy I'm afraid."

"Oh really," she chuckled lightheartedly. "I was expecting something of a romantic out of a good-looking man as him. You'd think he'd be a little more confident."

"No, he's always sort of been modest that way," Joshua stared unbeknowestly at the cherry blossums. "He's a good guy, really, just... different."

"And what might you be?"

This question set him off. He looked down at his hands and then back up at her with a sly grin. "A hopeless romantic."

She turned her head at this, obviously embarrassed by his words, but he just chuckled. He was sure she came to him out of a whim maybe, or out of kindness for she did not seem all that interested in him romantically.. well at least as much as the other girls showed to Jared. No, she was different in that sense, but it was sure easy to tease her, and amusement was something to pass the heartache of losing his king.

"Oh dear, it seems I found a lovely dream to jump into," she said quickly, as if too embarrassed to continue the conversation.

"Might I join you?"

"O-oh, if you insist," she blushed brighter at this comment but they both jumped into the dream in which she entered first, him following closely behind.

I landed in a field. It was a nightmare. I cringed. I hated to create nightmares. A woman was crying as her best freind kissed her apparent lover. I shook with rage. How could someone be so cruel. The 'best friend' left, laughing. It was another dream creator. Well lets just see how she likes this.

Behind me I heard Joshua whisper.

"What are you doing?"

"Quick change into a random human," I said. He did as I asked. "Now hold my hand." He looked at me as if I grew another head. I sighed. "Just do it."

I transformed into the friend and walked over to the girl. I helped her up as she trembled.

"Listen, it's all fake. See, this here is my own boyfriend. I just wanted to see if you would stick with me through anything," I whispered kindly. She looked up as if she couldn't believe it.

She flew into my arms and started crying. I patted her back.

"Why- why would you do that?" She asked. I knew she was beyond happy.

"We'll talk later," I said. She nodded and I walked away, her lover re-joining her.

As we walked away Phillip looked at me incredulously. He was probably wondering why I just 'ruined' the nightmare someone else set up. Well, I could care less. I hate nightmares! I can't stand the ones who do that, especially when they gain pleasure from it. I just hoped he wasn't like that. Phillip seemed pretty nice.

Leo bit his lip, "Its alright I guess, but there's just something missing. Like a missing part to the jigsaw. If you no what I mean" Leo said as he stared over the clouds then looking at her with his dazzling blue eyes.

Delilah gasped for breath, "Yeah Sort of, But dont you no what's missing?" She replied as her eyes glued on his.

He moved his eyes slightly, then looked into his hands, "I guess I've always felt quite alone, I need someone so I wont feel alone any more"

As I walked to Vincent's courtroom, I felt a disturbance in my head. I walked over to the wall and closed my eyes. I went back into the nightmare I had just created and saw one girl, posing as me, with a different boy on her arm.

I couldn't hear what was being said, but the girl fell into the arms of the friend and cried what looked like tears of joy. I opened my eyes to find myself back in the dimly lit corridor.

Rage filled my insides as I hurried to the courtroom. A dream creator had somehow gotten into my nightmare and changed it completely. Vincent had to know about this. This could possibly mean war.

Leslie~

The only reason I went back into Somnium is because I left Moses on the ground. Moses shall go with me everywhere--even into nightmares. Sometimes he's used to scare small children or bring back memories. I rarely transform Moses into anything else but its do-able. I decided to keep him in teddy bear form. He could come in handy. By the time, I came back to the nightmare, Lilly was gone but something was not quite right. The woman and loverboy were happy. No matter how horrible Lilly is, she's still a tainted dreamcatcher. Aside from loving Vincent, we share another common goal. Making humans miserable.

This dream was not miserable.

The only person who could of done such of thing was Becca. She's always going around messing up nightmares and making them happy. "Get your own dream!" I yell at her. Pshh. That's not enough.

I decided to take control of the lover. A manipulator.

"I'm sorry, Rachel. But I'm going to have to break up with you." I made the lover say.

The girl, whose name I got from the lover's mind, was speechless. Almost if she was gasping for air. Tears started streaming down her face again.

"W...Wh....Wha...What?" She cried.

But I didn't want only sadness. Only one emotion is pathetic. How about two. Let's add anger to the mix.

"And now that I think of it, I don't know why I loved you in the first place. Your friend is ten times better looking. Well actually, anyone would be better looking than you." I said.

The girl's face grew red hot. Like something more than ready to come out of the oven. Perfect.

"Again, I'm sorry. I'm going to go find that friend. Ciao!" I said for the boy and made him run off in the distance.

Take that Becca and Lilly. Pssh. Now I have two people on my revenge list.

I left the nightmare and went to go find Becca for my first victim. It didn't take long. She was standing with an exceptionally handsome individual.

"Pardon me, but may I speak with Becca?" I said, coming up next to the guy.

**Nice, Phillip is my cut and paste character XD. Dont worry, I do that all the time. Also, as dream creators, we arent necessarily supposed to go into nightmares to create them, but as you did, we can fix them and create dreams out of them. Nothing to worry yourself about though :D**

Joshua

"That was very kind of you back there," He smirked, sitting back down on the bench once more. "Helping the girl out. I normally dont muck around in the tainted dream creators territory."

"Well it had to be done," she stated as if it was one of the simplest matters. "I wanted to help her. Who else would have? Dreams are supposed to be sanctuaries where you feel no ties, no stress. Not a hell hole that makes you pray for death."

"Your words are very true," He watched as she sat down beside him again, fingers playing with the hem of her shirt. "I'm guessing you'll be attending the memorial ball tomorrow night?

"I didnt know there was one," she stated embarrassedly.

"I just found out before I came here... King Vincent is... well running it, but it will be a night to remember our past king and a time in which we may meet up with fellow dream creators to discuss matters on how we shall be figuring out our circumstances."

"I will think about it," she rested her head against the palm of her hand. "If I said that King Vincent sort of appals me, what would you say?"

"I'd say I agree, thats for sure, but I have known that man for all of eternity," he cringed. "And although he seems very.. well as he is, he isnt always so melevolent all the time, believe it or not."

I turned to the girl who wanted to speak with me.

"Sure," I said. She smiled at me. An evil smile.

"Alone?" She asked. I knew, right away, that she was a tainted dream creator. I looked to Joshua. I didn't want to be alone, but I knew it was probably her nightmare I messed with. I didn't want him to be in the middle of this. Besides, I may create dreams, but I can be her own worst nightmare. I will not show fear to her. She thrives off of it.

"I'll meet you in a moment," I said to him. He seemed a little reluctant, which made me smile. At least he cared. Finally he left.

"What do you want?" I asked, shaking back my silver hair. Anger flashing in my eyes. She laughed.

"I think you know," she replied.

"Oh was it your nightmare I messed with?"I asked, a fake innocence crossing my voice. "I'm ever so sorry." She bared her teeth at me.

"You will be."

A threat?" I asked, amused. "You don't scare me. You want revenge? Well you'll have to work for it. I don't give up easily."

"Is that so?" She asked. "I'm sure King Vincent won't be happy."

"King Vincent," I spluttered " No. Unlike you, I don't worship the ground beneath his feet." The tainted dream creator smiled at me. I kept my face expressionless. She could TRY to scare me off, but she had another thing coming. I wouldn't back down from this.

I burst into Vincent's courtroom, not waiting to be announced. Vincent and Judas looked up at me in surprise.

"Lily? What are you doing here?" he asked.

"I've just had a major problem, my king." I said, walking towards him.

"And what is this problem?" He didn't seem particularly interested. He's used to constant drama, thanks to Leslie

"A dream creator came in and changed my nightmare." His eyebrows rose in surprise.

"That's quite unusual." he said, getting up. "Do you know who it was?"

"I don't. The only one I could think of that stupid to mess around is Joshua." I replied, my body still shaking with rage.

"No, it couldn't be Joshua." Vincent said, rubbing his chin in thought. "The only one that I could think of is Becca. She would do something like that. Has done something like that, once."

"I don't know this Becca chick." I said, my brow furrowing. Becca, Becca. Dammit, I couldn't think of it.

"She usually tends to be seen with Joshua. She's one of the better dream creators." He turned to look at me. My heart sped up. His eyes were so amazing, it was as if he were seeing into your very soul.

"Well, your Highness, I don't like this. You know I don't do nightmares all the time, and when I do I make them good. This Becca girl had better stay out of my way next time." I hissed.

"Or else what?" he asked, amused.

I looked him straight in those clear blue eyes. "Or else she will have my wrath reigning down upon her."

With that, I turned on my heel and stormed out of the courtroom.

Becca, Becca, Becca. Why be a fighter all the time?

"Oh come of it, Becca. You know me and I know you. Stay off my territory and I'll let you guys keep your silly happy dreams. Its been like this for eternity. Or are you too dumb to see the pattern?" I hissed.

"I'm smarter than you think." Becca said defiantly.

"Of course. Just watch your back, ok? You know my emotional impulsive tendencies. I don't want to do anything that I could regret. Especially at the memorial ball." I said, already turning on my heel. I walked away before Becca could respond and continued towards Vincent's castle.

*Just wondering. What time zones are we all in? It seems like all of you start posting when I'm going to bed. lol*
