RYAN-ZUES~~

I sat there with Chelsea and Keira, while the AThena kids babbled on about the moves. All we needed to know was where we went. I was was on the defencive with Chelsea on the offence Kiera both, she was supposed to use some skeletons to help the defence then go offence. So then i waited for dinner, which was a good night. Chairon had decided to let us go to the Athens table for dinner to discuss some strategy. Then after a feast we set of for the woods. The Athena, Hermes, and Demeter cabins around me as i slipped on my chest plate, arm fit shields then my shirt on over it. We were ready for battle.

Shannon - Athena

Shannon fumed at Lizzie's comment. Even though she was cabin leader, Lizzie didn't have all of the control. She just said "Yes, maam" so they wouldn't get into any fights or do anything "stupid". Though it was inevitable.

"Whatever, Lizzie. You are such a control freak, you know?" Shannon said defiantly.

Lizzie - Athena

"Well, I'm sorry, but that's the way it's been before you got here." I stormed off before I said anything else that I might regret.

I had been here for eight years and that's the way it's been for a long time. Shannon is new and just came last year.

"Hey, calm down." Chiron came galloping over to me.

*I'm switching to first person*
Shannon - Athena

I watched as Lizzie walked off. A tang of regret filled my throat as I could almost see smoke coming out of her eyes and Chiron coming towards her. Kind of. Yes, I'm new but I'm not going to stay at the bottom of the totem pole forever.

"You ok? You look kinda sick." Keira had come walking towards me, placing her hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah, I'm fine..." I looked away and fixed my yellow hair pin. My most prized posession.

*waito, where are we now? Playing Capture the flag or at dinner?*

Capture the flag is on.

Chelsea~
I stood at the ready as Chiron stood with the horn about ready. "Remember, no intentionally killing or mauling a fellow competitor. Ready set go."

The horn sounded through the forest. We were suddenly engaged in battle.

Jenny - Hephaestus

The Hephaestus cabin was siding with Athena (my guess of the reason is 'cuz dad HATES Ares) and I knew we were going to win. This was my first Capture the flag, since I had only found out Saturday that all those awesome Greek Myths were REAL. Yeah, real. Shocking.

Hephaestus, my dad, had given me a flat-head screwdriver that turned into a mace when I was determined as one of his daughters (he noticed me when I put together a bracelet that turns into a shield when you push some buttons in the right order). And boy, was that shield going to be helpful.

So here we were, waiting to fight. I was on border patrol. And I was bored. So bored. I mean, really, really bored.

Shannon - Athena

As soon as Chiron's horn blew, I forgot about Lizzie and remembered the strategy. Strategy is key. I would be defence. I let Keira and our other alliances be offence. Defending has much more appeal to me.
An idea popped into my marvelous brain. I could name every single tree in the forest but one thing I couldn't do is talk to them. Maybe the Demeter child knows how. She may be able to give us some clues about the other team's whereabouts.

This should be an awesome game. I whispered, "Strategy is key." over and over in my mind. I would be ready if anyone tried to find/take the flag. I fingered the sword under my yellow jacket. Don't worry Chiron, I won't intentially kill a competitor.

Suddenly, I heard leaves crunch. It was Jenny.

"Whoa, you scared me, girl!" I said surprised.

"Oh, sorry. Man, I'm so bored." Jenny said, yawning.

"What? I think its exhilarating."

"We're not doing anything."

"Of course we are! We're defending the flag. Strategy is key."

"Yeah....ok. Well, I gotta go defend the border. See ya." Jenny said, walking away. Muttering something under her breath. Probably something about me being a strategy freak. So true.

Then, I heard leaves crunch again.

Leona- Demeter

I looked up as Capture the Flag was announced. Joy. Nobody had asked me again. Everybody was supposed to participate, but they always forgot about the girl with the pigtails and bandanna on her head. It didn't help they were always after the flag and nothing but. They didn't care how many saplings fell as they bradged through the forest.

It was time that changed.

I slinked through the undergrowth, carefully avoiding anybody. It was easy to find one flag and it's guardian. I went up silently and grabbed the flag, escaping without anybody being the wiser. I did the same for the other teams. All of them.

My task finished, I climbed up a tree and waited. The sun began to set, but still, nobody said anything.

"Alright where did you guys hide the flag?!" Somebody asked.

"I was about to ask your team the same!" Another person snapped back.

I smiled and climbed down to a lower branch, standing on it. "Yoo who!" I called, waving the flags in my free hand. "Looking for these?"[/s]

Demeter is with Athena! And no offense but what you just pulled is technically illegal in Capture the Flag.

Okay, okay. I'll cross that out and change it.

And, no offence, but I never saw any place where Demeter is with Athena.

As for the Capture the flag thing, I know perfectly well that that's illegal. Why do you think I posted it like that?

So sense it is illegal doe the post not count.

Shannon - Athena

It was Leona.

"Hey, Leona! Do you know how to talk to trees?"

Leona/Demeter

I sighed. "There's one twenty feet away from the flag, two almost at the boarder towards the east and one in the trees on their boarder on watch."

I rolled my eyes at their open mouths. "As if I didn't know you'd be asking me that soon."

I grew a vine and used it to get onto a tall tree. "Better hurry. Those guys are only fifteen feet away from the flag now."

Because you're recklessly disobedient? Joking. And yes, I mentioned it earlier.

Chelsea~Poseidon

I was locked in battle with a kid from Ares. Mikael I believe, was his name. He was insanely powerful. I backed him into a lake, my domain. We exchanged intense blows. I had to give it to him, he was an amazing border guard.

Our fight carried on until the other border guard fell and my comrades ran past. I locked eyes with him and shrugged. I stopped battle and started to run with my companions.

*Ahh. Guess I missed it, since I'm posting wicked fast to keep up!*

Leona/Demeter

I glided through the trees, reaching the flag just as the other team did. Vines wrapped themselves around their feet.

I clicked my tongue. "Tisk tisk, you don't want to go there."

They slashed at the vines. "All we need to do is get back to our boarder."

I laughed. "You need to get the flag first." Soon their whole legs were wrapped in vines, imobalizing them. "And, I wouldn't move unless you want thorns."

"As if!" One of the snapped, getting his sword out.

I flicked my bandanna off my head in their direction. Two thorns cut into their arms. "I told you. Don't move."
