Zander

I was going to kill him. I couldn't believe that he had actually stolen my potion, that i had made for the examination.

The minute the class was over i ran out to find Zire, he had managed to slip out before anyone else could as usual.

Just as i exited the class i saw him walking towards gate.

I ran towards him and as usual he sense me when i got close, making him start running.

Where is my potion?
I asked him mentally.

I don't have it
Came he reply, which made me run faster.

Zire

I kept running as fast as i could, for fun or course, he wouldn't hurt me even if i burn all of his belonging sin front of him.

Yes, he was... evil but he had a soft spot for me, he acted as if i was his sworn enemy, but i knew that in truth he card for me.

And that's when i tripped, again. And coincidentally i bumped onto someone, again.

"You two again" Came a voice "why do you two happen to bump into us right when we're trying to have some peace, i mean.."

"Now Sael, you know its not their fault" said yet another voice.

I stood up and found my self face to face with the two fairies i had met before.

Alarinna calmly helped to steady the boy. Then she stepped back, with a blush, and retreated behind Sael and her massive dragon-like wings. "They're not going to hurt you..." she trailed off, her voice annoyed. Alarinna peered around Sael's shoulder. When she caught the two boys looking straight at her, she hid again, backing away slowly.

Then she lifted herself in the air and hovered for a little while, before resting on a tree branch. She felt safer observing from a distance. Sael began talking.

Shaiel

It would be so easy to kill them... Rason murmured, So easy. Just step aside, Shaiel, and let me kill them.

"No." He muttered, so low that they wouldn't be able to hear him, "No, they could've killed us and they didn't. We'll return the favour."

Well, that's just my point. One of them wanted to kill us, and they both seem insane to me. So let me, please?

Shaiel stuck his hands in his pockets, "They're insane? What about me? I'm two people, and one of me talks to the other one and asks me to let me kill."

The two men turned around, giving him almost comically identical looks.

"Are you alright?" The one named Ringo said.

"We thought we heard you talking. One might think another crazy for speaking when there's no one to speak to." Said Ballow.

Shaiel looked from one to the other, smiling, "I didn't say anything. Where did you say we were going again?"

Ringo shrugged, "We sensed people near here. People we can sense often prove to be...interesting in one way or another."

"More interesting than you." Ballow added.

"Perhaps," Ringo said, glancing at Ballow, "We can find whoever was responsible for the slaughter of Daemon's soldiers at August Hill."

Zire

The timider one flew onto a tree branch after we looked at her for a while, the other fairy then started to scold us for a while, Zander of course scolded her back and before i could 'time past' they had already started talking about things like why lightning occurs and darkness and then fighting strategies.

It got boring after a while so i walked towards the the tree the other fairy, i remembered her to be Alarinna.

"Hey, why did you go up into that tree?" I asked looking up at her.

**that's all i got, any objections?*

(Hmm, Billy, I just have to say something. Ballow doesn't talk a lot. And Ringo just doesn't care about anything. Ballow when he talks is very blunt and quick, while Ringo who talks a lot speaks as eloquently and as weirdly, but passably as he can so people will understand. Okies? ^^)

Ringo and Ballow

They stopped walkiing to glance at the guy, Ringo began to talk, "It'd be such a wonderful thing if you'd care to explain to us at length and great speed at which you have come to be next to and nearly under August Hill, with Daemo Soldiers at your little shadowed feet?"

Ballow nodded and with a grunt added, "Please."

The guy shook his head, gazing at the two complete opposites stare each oterh up in mutual distaste for how the other talked. Then he rubbed at his forhead as if he was trying to remember. Then he frowned, "I can't seem to remember. It's all kind of a blur."

Ballow and Ringo could tell he was lying and they both shared an identical look, but their attitude in each were portrayed in what they did afterwards. Ballow knowing that Ringo would stop an nothing for answers, had grabbed both of Ringo's hands and whispered soemthing into Ringo's ear, "Remeber once this is done you can kill anything you want. When it's done."

It seemed ti calm him down considerably and he shook Ballow's hold off of him. He turned to the man with the smile which stayed on his face, "You should be described as luck's angel, for one day when she is no longer at your back I propose you be watching it because my arrows will find it a keen target."

Ballow scolwed at his counter part and turned to the guy, "Ballow. You are?"

"Shaiel." He profferred a hand forward, but heard the une of a slight quiet song from under Ballow's breath and he pulled it away himself. Shaiel looked to Ringo waiting to hear his name.

Ringo smiled sweetly, as sweetly as sugar coated acid and bowed, though his eyes enevr left Shaiel's, "Tori, Ringo Tori, not so pleased to make your acquaintance or even for letting you take another breath of air. Though as long as my AE has you in his good category I suppose that I shall have to live with you and the strange way you talk to yourself . . ." there was an evilness which dawned on his face as he continued, "or in yourself."

Giddy with laughter Ringo skipped on ahead, his hair gleaming in the sun. Shaiel turned his attention towards Ballow and Ballow began to walk as well. It was really more of a fast lumber.

Instead of a scowl on his face there sat an undecisive look, as if he wanted to say something and yet didn't want to. Finally taking a breath he turned to Shaiel, "You going to defeat the Daemon?"

"No! Get out of the way!" Aeriz dived down beneath the log, hearing Desanda's warning cry. He peered up, seeing nothing but devilish red eyes on black. "Get down!" Obeying quickly, he tucked himself into a ball and shut his eyes. When he felt something warm and wet splatter on him, only then did he open his eyes. He saw flecks of dark blue staining his clothes, and Desanda standing here, a small bear swirled with dark blue beside her.

"T-thanks," Aeriz stuttered, trying to regain his breath. Desanda shrugged, trying to clean herself off.

"It was nothing. But next time, please don't go stomping into Nite Mare territory. Especially if the alpha is present. They're demons, I tell you. Demons."

"Yeah... Thanks." Desanda didn't look up at him, just picking up the bear in her arms. This was their last one; the others had all perished a while back. It didn't look so good, outline wavering every now and then. Desanda herself didn't look much better. She was paler than usual, cuts and bruises all over her face and arms. Her clothes were ripped and wings droopy. She caught him staring, and raised an eyebrow.

"You don't look so nice either."

"Really?"

"Yes. Your hair is messed up, clothes ripped and bloodstained, you look tired... and not to mention that enormous scar on your arm." She added, thinking back on the time they were attacked by a Rage Boar. It was his turn to shrug.

"No worries. It doesn't hurt." Much, he added to himself. It was still a little sore whenever he bent it, but he could cope. "How much longer till we get to Urchin Academy? You said it was the best place to go."

"Actually, we'll be there, once we get around this hill. I think maybe twenty minutes, at the most." She glanced down at herself. "We'd best get cleaned up. Wouldn't want to make a bad first impression."

"Since when do you care?"

"True. So, let's get going." Aeriz shrugged, picking up a sword he had just made. Desanda raised an eyebrow again.

"What? It can't hurt to be too prepared." She shook her head, a smile playing across her lips.

"I'll never understand you." She took a step forward, and glanced over her shoulder. "Come on. I know you're hungry, and it should be almost mealtime there. You'll get something to fill your belly." Aeriz's eyes perked up, and he immediately straightened his back.

"Hurry up! We don't wanna be late!"

Alarinna blushed crimson when the boy came over to speak with her. "Hey, why did you go up in that tree?" he asked.

Alarinna shrugged. Her mouth felt frozen shut. "To observe," she muttered almost inaudibly. He stared up at her, a sort of... creeped-out expression on his face. It left in an instant. "Thats... cool." he said, and turned to look back at Sael and his alter-ego. Alarinna found it very awkward as they just sat there, not saying anything. She coughed.

"Excuse me," she mumbled and jumped out of the tree. "Time for class," Alarinna yanked Sael's arm and pulled her away. She was always so nervous around people.

Pssst! LaReina said I can join stealthily. I'll post my characters bios and then I will post another with my continuation of the story.

------------------------

Name- Vashhan
Age- 18
Gender- Male
Race- Lycanthrope
Appearance- When Kazuhiro is human is a tall boy with boyish features. He has bright almost crystal blue eyes with full black eyelashes and almost white blonde curly hair that is fairly shaggy and almost reaches his shoulders but not quite. He has a lithe build giving him a runners look. He is surprisingly muscular. He tends to where open chested vests and knee legth shorts. He runs around bare feet. He will usually looked raggled and dirty unless I mention other wise. When he is in wolf form, he transforms into a larger wolf form and usually has full control of his movements. His eyes stay crystal blue yet the fur than has now spread across his skin is as white as snow.
Personality- He has a arrogant and confident personality. He tends to rush into things with out thinking through the consequences. He is easy to temper and when he becomes angry, there is a chance that he will return to the beast form. He is a funny guy and tends to be sarcastic and is very quick witted with words. He like to toy with peoples emotions and he tends to flirt with girls and when he gets sick of them, he just tosses them aside. Though he may act like a jerk sometimes, he would rather die himself then have somebody around him get hurt. He is loyal to his comrades.
History- Vashhan wants to kill Daemon to be exact. Daemon had put a curse on the lycanthropes either killing most of them or making them dogs/wolves leaving them unable to revert back to their original forms. Vashhan's father personally knew Daemon and was a close friend but then he was betrayed and slaughtered by Daemon, so that Daemon could use the lycanthrope blood to lay a curse on them. Vashhan and his Alter Ego was one of the few lycanthropes that actually survived.
Abilities- Vashhan can turn into a wolf obviously, but when he is human he has hieghtened senses (Better sight, hearing, and sense of smell). He also heals abnormally quickly.
Other- Yes, I am willing for Vashhan to fall in love to fix his odd ways. But that may be a problem with the other races unless you feel like that kind of relationship. I will only be interested if you any of you are interested. You know you wanna. Also, is harmed by silver. Traditional style.

---------------------- ALTER EGO

Name- Nadira
Age- 18
Gender- Female
Race- Lycanthrope
Appearance- When she is human, she had long straight hair which is chestnut brown almost black, which she tends to tie up. She has angular features which give her a more fiercer feel than Vashhan. She is small, around 5"2, and tends to wear brown baggy clothing that lets her run freely. Again, she prefers to run barefoot and has two anklets that are made of gold that jingle as she runs. She is lithe like Vashhun but her movements are more graceful and swift than his. She usually looks dirty and raggled unless I say so. When she turns into wolf form, she keeps her eye colour which is almost a crimson red by the way, and her fur is almost slick black. The golden anklets are still on her back left foot. She is smaller than Vashhan but is quicker and faster while he is stong and bulker.
Personality- She is the common sense in the duo. She thinks things through more cautiously. She is a lot less boisterous and only speaks few words but when she speaks it is usually important. She rarely smiles and never crys so she never shows her emotions. She was raised to belive that everyone was an enemy, so she tends to be hostile on first encounters. She can keep Vashhun in line and she would not tolerate him being hurt, which is often, because he is so reckless. She is sad person, and believes that if she shows emotion, then that is a weakness. She must be strong. She is honest, and gentle with small birds and animals.
History- Being the Alter Ego of Vashhan she shares the same dislike for Daemon. But that is the only reason. She does not care about Vashhan's father because he beat her and made her what she is like at the moment. Her goal is what ever Vashhan's is and that is the way how she plans on keeping it.
Abilities- Other than becoming a wolf, she had hieghtened senses like Vashhan and also heals quickly.
Other- Her character weakness is silver traditionally. Again I am open for love but again that is only if you people wish to have a slight romance with her.

------------------------------

Well that is my characters. I will post in a minute to join into the story. Sorry if this is ruining anything. I will try to keep the story going. Sorry for the random lengthy intrusion.

Phantom of the Potter! I hear your cries! I am on my way!

-------------------------------------

Vashhan ran eloquently through the forest, his powerful muscles pushing him even closer with every stride. For Vashhan would find Daemon, if it was the last thing he could do. He charged forward in a flurry, charging head long into the trees but would quickly turn away at just the right moment, passing the trees with a hairs breath distance between it and him. His white pristine fur was blocked with specks of mud and the undergrowth of the forest that would churn up as his paws would make contact with the forest floor. His crystal eyes were showing the determination clearly evident taking residence there.

We have to take a break, come back quickly. We will find him tomorrow. Nadira's gentle voice echoed familiarly through out his head. Vashhan paused for a moment and looked up at the break in tree cover and saw indeed the fading light of day. He would have to head back. Another night unsuccessful. For Daemon had befriended Vashhan's father along time ago, but he had used that friendship again the lycanthrope race. For Daemon had killed his father for his alpha blood and used it to set a curse upon all the werewolves. Most of Vashhan's race didn't live, others were tamed into mere wolves. He and Nadira were the only ones he knew of left and now he felt alone.

He believed that maybe he should just end his life now, for there was no hope, there would be no one to love him (Alter Ego romance in the lycanthrope race was clearly prohibited), because there was no one left. But he would not give up, he would not fall pray to Daemon's clutches because Vashhan knew he was the only one left to avenge his people. The absolutely last one left. But he would succeed, as long as he had Nadira at his side.

Vashhan morphed into human form and laid his back against one of the huge oaks, and sighed. His light blonde hair fell into his face and Vashhan's shoulders fell showing clearly his disappointment.

I do not wish to go to you. Come here and we will set camp up. But I will be going out as soon as I can. We need to end this soon. Before he becomes a formidable enemy. Vashhan responded briefly to Nadira. A couple minutes later he saw her shadow appear from within the brush and she morphed quickly into a human, her long chestnut brown hair billowing in the wind for just a moment before she quickly gathered it and pinned it to her head in a brisk pony-tail. Her face showed lines of worry.

"I am fine, Nadira. I am just disappointed." Vashhan said responding to her emotions.

"There is no need to be disappointed. For we did a lot this day." Nadira said gliding over to him smoothly and took a spot beside him, her anklets jingling ever so slightly.

"I know we did." Vashhan closed his eyes then for a brief moment and took in the familiar scents of the forest, all so clear in his memory of childhood, his father always beside him. But then he smelt a different scent, a scent that did not belong. He jumped away from the tree and crept through the bush almost soundlessly, Nadira having enough sense to follow. They soon found two witches standing their in a clearing.

"What are they doing on our side of the forest?" Vashhan growled.

"Don't do anything foolish." Nadira whispered into his ear, but it was to late. He had already got up and charged into the clearing.

Shaiel

He took a moment in answering Ballow's question - Rason was busy raging in his head. Luckily, Shaiel had full control right now, Rason wouldn't get a chance to come out unless Shaiel became seriously distracted. You idiot! You heard what Ringo just said, the second Ballow decides to let him have his way-

Shaiel cut of Rason's voice. He'd deal with him later.

"Yeah." He said, "I'm going to kill Daemon. He killed my parents when he slaughtered August Hill, and he murdered countless innocents." His face grew dark, and his voice seemed to distort, growing deeper and seeming to harmonise itself as Rason broke free of Shaiel's mental hold long enough to speak, "And killing him will show just how powerful I really am."

Ballow gave him a confused look, "What?"

Shaiel got a pained look on his face, as though he were at war with himself. When he spoke, his voice was normal again, "Nothing."

Ballow looked at him sceptically for a moment, then muttered, "Well, don't tell Ringo that - especially the last part. He wants to defeat the Daemon for the same reason - to show his power."

(Arghhh, Billy I keep trying to tell you that Ballow hardly talks. If he were to say anything it'd be more like, "Ringo does too." He will keep things at an abosolute base and make you figure out what his actual meaning is behind the simple words.)

Ballow and Ringo

Ballow scowled at the skipping form of Ringo ahead and nodded at Shaiel, "So no AE? (Alter ego.)"

Shaiel froze for a second, as if something were battling inside him, then he repied with a tight lipped smile, "Not currently."

Ballow bit his lip and continued to walk, Ringo who had fallen back and was now in step with them smiled sweetly at Shaiel, "So, you are going to attempt, but fail to abolish the hold of the Daemon in vengeance of your loved ones death?"

Shaiel nodded, a little bit unsure as to how Ringo had heard him so far away. Though the actual reason is quite plausible, Ringo grew up in the sea and needed extra sensitive hearing underwater and to live.

Ringo scratched his chin as if pondering something then he grinned, "Then you'll be so nice as to guide us to the Urchin academy, unless you want to meet an untimely death smothered in leather and honey, for we seek new slav . . . companions to do our bidding and give aid to us in a time of possible need."

Ballow nodded solemnly, "Please."

Then they gave each other that hateful glance which they always gave each other, becaase they hated some of the aspects they each had, shared and didn't share. Shaiel pondered the answer fr a while. But thoughts flickered behinds his eyes as if he were weighing the pros and cons.

*would it be alright if my characters suddenly barged in on the class at Urchin?*

"Desanda! You said there would be food!" Aeriz whined. Desanda grimaced, clamping her arms over her ears, despite the ache running up her body. Sure, Aeriz was a nice companion but he sometimes got very, very annoying. Sighing, though realizing there was nothing she could do, she continued the rest of the way like that. Hopefully, the people at the Academy wouldn't notice two Water Nymphs suddenly popping up among them. But the way her luck was going, it wasn't likely. Not at all.

"I said it was close to mealtime. They must have started class already. If you can last until classes end, I'll treat you. Got it?" Aeriz nodded vigorously, and he swiveled his head around. Desanda did the same, searching for a class where they might be able to slip in.

"This one looks good," Aeriz said, pointing to a door. "Everyone's talking with each other. They might not notice us if we go in quietly. Then, we can get some answers about August Hill and that Demon person."

"Daemon, Aeriz. His name is Daemon." She paused. "Did we even have any questions?"

"Ah, who cares?" Aeriz, apparently forgetting the meaning of subtlety, pushed open the door extravagantly. Desanda's eyes widened, and her mouth dropped open, forming an 'O'. She ducked behind Aeriz, who had just realized what he did. "Shoot..."

All eyes were on the two new students.

*Sorry about the 'reserved' post, it wasn't done by me on purpose, it was meant for another SB**

Zander

Water nymphs? What were they doing here, and as new students too, this was strange, maybe they were after... no probably not.

I looked around for Sael, for the first time in his life he wanted to talk to someone other than his own self, she was... interesting.

Zire

"Owww!" I shouted as something bit my leg.

It was only after Zander gave me a angry look that i realized everyone and the two new students were looking at me.

"Something bit me!" I said innocently.

Then i turned back to the new students.

"Hey Water Nymphs, come here for a sec!" I wanted to talk to them, maybe make some new friends, maybe get to know something new of August Hill.
