"Where do you think they went?" I asked Anna. She shrugged.
"I don't know, but this doesn't look good." she said. We both looked around the room where we were being kept. The kids were either asleep or had just woken up. The room was medium-sized and had blankets set out on the floor for us. Who ever put us here it didn't look like they planned on us staying very long.
"We need to leave." I dropped my voice low so no one else could here. I didn't feel like trusting anyone at this point.
"How?" she questioned. "We're trapped. I'm sure who ever is keeping us here doesn't intend on us escaping."
"Well then we'll have to surprise them, won't we?"
