Hello. My name is Ashlyn and I am new also, or I would probably be in a different topic. I like to write poetry and am currently writing two stories and starting a new one. I personally dont think my poetry is anything so great but people have told me it is so I wanted to get some objective opinions. I already posted two of them. Thank you for the warm welcome and I look forward to inserting myself into the middle of all of you.

You can post teasers of your stories in your blog, but normally our users submit their work to the actual site. To do this put your cursor on the tab at the top labeled "Read/Write" and then click on the option "Submit Your Own Work." It's pretty self-explanatory from there on if you read through it.

And your second question is kind of too vast to answer. What part do you want to learn about mainly? You can PM me with questions, because I'll answer them for you happily.

Bonjour! I'm new here, as well.
I found this site as I was searching for something to cure and break my writers block that I've had since January! O_O
I've only glanced around it, but I can tell I'm giong to enjoy it. I hope I can improve on my writing, and learn to give good reviews(cause mine aren't that good yet).
I can't wait to get to know this site.

Hi I'm new too ! I haven't always had a passion for writing until my english teacher told me one day after class that i had a good imagination because we had to write short stories. From there on i wrote alitte stories about anything really. I'm writing a fantasy short book right now ! I'm loving this website it's cool. I love the stories,poems,everything !

Hi Complete newbie here. Well, I go through phases, but I'm in a 'write a lot' phase at the moment, so yeah, I'm joining this website because it seems like a very friendly, helpful place. I have no grand novel type project going on write now but I like writing short stories and fanfiction and would really value feedback. And I'll have a go at writing reviews too.

I am Lollipopper...the popper of lollies. (if that makes sense...) I love to write. I love to sleep. I love to read. I love to eat. I am mentally linked with technology (in other words, Imma computer nerd.) I get cold chills when something is epic. I am usually calm and quiet. And I wear a dragon ring 24/7, so I pretty much a nerd. And proud of it!

So...I would love to review your work. I mean, it's not like I'm an expert or anything...I just love reading new stories. I'd love to get to know you and be your friend on here.
