Roamers

You are a roamer you do what you want when you want. you have powers all of you have super agility and flight but you also have two other power that are different depending on who you are but that's not all after years of staying together you've split into three different groups the:

The Creed a group of Roamers who have decided to use their powers for total destruction of anything and any one[bad must be stopped]

The Treaty these guys use their powers to help people they live in a big penthouse in new york and have fun just because these guy help people doesn't mean they don't tick off the police and have fun


The govs these guy work for the government to hunt you down with the help of some fancy gadgets and guns

on the whole your new you've just discovered that your a roamer which side are you on it's up to you

**So... what's the plot?**

Name: Cassandra Jayce Hunter (CJ, Cass, Cassie)

Age: 17

First Extra Power: Anything to do with animals (summon them, see through their eyes, talking to them, controling them, and shifting into them)

Second Extra Power: Spiritual Connection (meaning that she can talk to any spirit she wants and they can contact whoever they want through her. She usually teases the cops with this trick)

Group: The Treaty later on

Personallity: She's goofy and one of the main people who annoys the cops. She's really wild and taunting, but, when it's need she's serious

History: She figured out her powers, all four, when she was nine. She told her parents at age twelve. She doesn't remember correctly but when she was twelve her parents beat her with bats while they were drunk. She's blind in her left eye, due to chronic nerve damage there. She was in a coma for six months and woke up two months after her thirteenth birthday. All she could remember was her name and her parents. Her parents had abandoned her but the doctor that took care of her took her in until she was fifteen, then the doctor was murdered by the Creed. She's been roaming the streets ever since, usually picking up conversations with spirits or city animals.

EXTRA POWER1: She has phychometry, the power to know the past and the future of a person, place, animal, or object
EXTRA POWER2: She can notice things that most people can't. Like small unnoticeable things, to ghosts...etc. Some people though, have the will to keep her from seeing them. Not many though.

GROUP: The treaty later

PERSONALITY: Very secretive. Wuld make an excellent spy some day. She is quiet but when she says something, people listen. She enjoys changing her appearance to match her feelings but uses it like a chameleon would too. She can also be very frank about things. I would suggest not asking her if your dress makes you look fat unless you want the honest answer.

HISTORY: Her mother was in the treaty and was killed by another group of Roamers. She has sworn vengeance. And the other roamers have a right to be scared. She can be powerful when she's angry. She has lived in New York City and has been faking her age in order to get different jobs. She has known about her ability and her mother was training her to control it before she died.

APPEARANCE: Anything at any time. The only thing she can't change are her eyes. They are eerie violet.

AGE: 17
EXTRA POWER 1: The ability to manipulate pure energy. He can create objects from it, like a sword of light. Or make force fields, etc...
EXTRA POWER 2: Soul Jump. The ability to invade and take over anothers mind. Have complete access to his memories. An ability that is easily misused.
COUNTRY: USA

PERSONALITY: Kylar is an intense guy, he's extremely passionate about the world around him. Normally very upbeat, but the scars of his past have taught him to treat almost everyone he meets with distrust and cynicism. He has difficulty talking with people at first but once you get to know him he's a really great guy. He has a wicked, slightly morbid, sense of humor and he's given to sly pranks. Doesn't trust easily, but he's completely loyal to those friends he does have.

HISTORY: He led a pretty normal life until he was about nine. Which is when he realized he was a roamer. An only child, he never knew who his father was. Kylar's mother was a greedy bitch (you know, the type that always wants more), when she realized what Kylar was capable of she got him to use his powers to get her the things she thought she deserved. Money, jewelery, cars, clothes. Kylar hated it, but he loved his mother, for all her faults.

Things finally came to a head in a department store when he was eleven. Kylar had soul jumped into someone else so that they'd take the blame. But when someone decided to be a hero, Kylar, who was still a child, panicked and used his energy power. Which set fire to the store. Over forty people died in the fire. Wracked with guilt, Kylar ran away from his mother. He's been living on the streets ever since, drifting from city to city. Though he still uses the standard Roamer powers, he hasn't soul jumped, or used energy, since that day. Kylar only recently arrived in New York.

Personality: He gets a kick out of spooking people with his powers, and usually prefers to remain invisible. He dislikes getting too close to people and often comes across as nasty, but he can be pleasant at times.

History: He was abandoned at the age of seven, left on a park bench by his mother without being told where she was going. Unable to find his way home, or even to someone who might be able to help him, Kurt simply wandered about for some time. His gift manifested soon after, when he began to get hungry. Staring for some time at a chocolate bar in a newsagency, he was surprised when it lifted out of the stand and started floating towards him. When he caught it, the owner starting shouting at him, and out of fear, Kurt managed to make himself disappear. He learnt to control his powers over the next year, and though he didn't like stealing, he didn't really have a choice if he wanted to stay alive.

Gender: Male

Extra Power One: He can control and manipulate electronics. Anything from powering a phone to hacking into any computer or network in the world easily and without being detected.

Extra Power Two: He is a musical genius. He can pick up any instrument and be able to play it like a pro himself so long as he's heard it played before. He also has a great voice for singing.

Country: Originally from Europe, Now living in the USA.

Group: Undecided. I'll take whatever group needs another person.

Appearance: Rilo has shaggy black hair and multicolored eyes. One is the brightest blue you will ever see, the other is a green. He stands approximately six feet and has a very slender build. His clothing is often mix-matched, and he is rarely seen without a fedora hat and pair of plain black converse. He will also occasionally wear dark sunglasses so not to attract too much attention to his eyes.

Personality: Rilo is independent, stubborn and takes orders from nobody. He has a sharp tongue and can come off as rude or mean upon first meeting him. But, so long as he feels you're not trying to invade his space or put rules on him, he'll loosen up. He has a great sense of humor and is usually reckless. He's not the most loyal person in the world, but he is fun to be around. So long as he likes you.

History: Rilo was born in London and lived most of his life there. He was raised in a music-oriented family, his father being a guitarist and his mother a natural-born singer. He has one younger sister, Allison, who is a singer as well. He started a band in his teens which grew in popularity across the UK. When he was 22, he came over the the US for a small tour, met a woman, and decided not to go back to the UK quite yet. He lived there for two years with his girlfriend until she dumped him for one of his good friends. He can't bring himself to go back to the UK, so instead he started a new band and has been living here and there, always moving from place to place.

HISTORY: She is what you call a bounty hunter of both sides. She does not kill as much for fun as the people she works for nor does she party as much. She tries her best not to get caught by the govs so she has her ways..

HISTORY: Anyone having at least a basic knowledge can use her as their puppet, making her a nice weapon. You can cut her but you'll only damage the wood. She is quite chipped because the Creed do not take care of her. Maybe if she gets a new owner it will be different for her...
