He smiled and kissed her back passionately, running his hands through her hair. "I love you, Ginger."

While he was kissing her, she heard him say. "I love you Ginger." she stopped. Her eyes went wide and Matt hadn't seemed to have noticed, he hand already had picked her up and her legs were wrapped against his waist. He seemed to hold her up pretty easily. He looked up at her.

"What's wrong?" he asked.

"You said you loved me." she said. No one, not even her parents had told her that, not once. "Do you really mean it?"

Matt looked straight in her eyes. "Yes, I do. I would never say that if I didn't." He gently kissed her neck, then pulled back. She may have moved on from being raped, but he was still careful. he woudln't do anything to hurt her...especially emotionally. "I love you with all my heart."

Ginger felt his need to be gentle. She thought of it as senstive, sweet, and he was really looking out for her best interest.

"You don't have to be that gentle." she giggled. "It's ok." she promised.

Matt looked deeply into her eyes. "Ginger, I don;t want to go too far. You are beautiful, and I'm still a guy. I don't want you to regret anything in our relationship. I love you that much." He stroked her hair gently. "I won't go anything you don't want."

Ginger loved just feeling that he was at least next to her, she knew what he was asking. She knew what he was saying. But, for some reason she felt alright with it.

"I know what your saying. But I won't regret a thing." she said truthfully.

"Ginger, I-" he broke off as she crushed her lips against his.

Matt carried her gently to the bedroom and looked worridly at the bed. "No. Ginger, I won't." He set her on her feet and kissed her forehead. "Goodnight. Sleep well." He turned to leave. He just couldn't do it. He'd be too scared that he was hurting her or bringing back painful memories. She meant that much to him. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair.

Ginger watched as he left her room. Her hair was all messed up, she ran it through her hair. She felt horrible, her mascara smeared, she looked at herself in the mirror what had she become? But she loved Matt, and he loved her too, didn't he?

Matt couldn't sleep. He kept thinking about Ginger. Would she be okay? Was she mad at him? He sighed and got up, going to the kitchen. He looked through the refrigerator, but didn't find anything. He started cooking to help him calm down and maybe let him sleep.

Ginger layed down she couldn't sleep either. Everytime she closed her eyes it was like a horrible nightmare she sometimes thought she was going craazy and should probably get a shrink. Then Ginger passed out on her bed.

Ginger looked at the food, it made her stomach churn, she looked at him, realizing he was giving her the worst case of butterflies. She looked at the food smiling. "No. I don't want any. Thanks though." she said. She put her hair up in a bun ontop of her head. "I'm gonna go get some coffee." she said reaching for the keys.

"No wonder your so short." Matt joked winking at her.

She turned to raise an eyebrown while a smile played on her face. "What are you trying to say?" she smiled.

"Well, I'm not TRYING to say anything." he joked. "I'm SAYING coffee is bad for you." he grinned.

She laughed at him.

He grinned and pulled her tightly. "Please eat something. I don't know how else I'm going to get rid of all this stuff."

He growled. She had left. He didn't like not being without her. ANd this after he had stayed up all night. He sighed and waited for her.

Fairy Tales are more than true; not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten.
