Plot The country of Cambosea is under serious threat. All of the surrounding isles are declaring war, and Cambosea has no ally. Cambosea is far behind all the other countries, their military is minuscule and no power-users have been discovered. The population of this country is small, and the dungeon bleak, unlike the other isles. King Piddel has decided there is only one way to deal with this. To kidnap all of the most powerful from all of the surrounding isles and force them to fight in favor of Cambosea. That is where you sit; kidnapped. In your past, you either used your strengths and powers for the good of your country, or you used them for bad and had been locked up in the dungeon. It's up to you. Most of the prisoners will probably view this as good: a chance to escape, while the others will think of it bad: they've been taken away from their homes and forced into "slavery". But the plot twists. There is no escape. You can be any mythical race that suits your desire EXCEPT Vampires and Werewolves. They just don't fit into the plot. Everything else is open. Half breeds are welcome! You can have any ability you like, everyone will be equally powerful, nobody more powerful, nobody less. The Lands Surrounding Cambosea(Please State Which One You're From); [s] Cobbleton: Cobbleton is a mountainous country. It is well forested, covered in mountains, and the climate is mostly cold.[/s] [s] Arborland: Arborland is a savanna-like country. Covered in deserts, water is scarce, therefore making towns few, yet huge, and only along the coast line.[/s] [s] Crevetia: Crevetia is like a rain forest. Covered in Jungle, Crevetia is one of the main importers of beans and fruits.[/s] [s] Farydul: Farydul is an ice land. It is covered in snow almost all year round, and hot weather is non existent, but the temperature is still livable. Tree's are rare, and all hills are just build ups of ice.[/s] Vendegger: Vendegger, the isle furthest from Cambosea, is the closest in comparison. It bears all of the climates from the other isles. Only one slot left to be from this isle. Given there are only 5 isles, only 2 people can be from each. I will post often to list what is still available. Towns from these isles are yours to make up, as I know some people will want to list history of towns they'd been to, etc. NOTE: Nobody Can Be From Cambosea, not even myself. Rules 1) No more than one character per person. There is a max of 10 people in this story book, so please only use one slot. 2) Post more than once a week, both here and in the Discussion Thread. This explains itself quite well. 3) Stay in character. If you think you'll have trouble controlling someone else's character's personality, request an IM chat to go over some basic techniques. 4) No God-Modding. Nobody here is better than the other, yet you are all extremely powerful. That is why you were chosen. 5) No one liners. If you're going to go short, try for at least one paragraph(6-8 lines) 6) Use proper grammar. Some mistakes are okay, but please at least try . 7) If characters are to fall in love, please keep any sex scenes out of the story. There is a list of characters with no set personality that can be controlled by anyone through anything. You all are new to Cambosea, you've never been here before, so there is no likely hood that you'll run into someone from your past. If there is, I'll talk it over with you. She is also excellent at ranged fighting, and can control the flame element to a small degree. She also has assassin like abilities; stealth, deception, mastery of posion. Strengths: Fire, Anger, Other People's Suffering, Trickery, Stealth Weaknesses: Water, Trickery, Her Own Suffering Personality: Elon is a smart donkey. She is quick to use sarcasm at any given time, and delights in making others suffering worse. Despite her hotheadedness and unruly temper, Elon is sweet and caring at times. History: Murder. The most common word in Elon's vocabulary. At the age of fifteen, Elon flared against her father and murdered him. he had beaten both her and her mother, and had unknowingly killed a child in her mother's womb. Fire burned in her as she stood over his dead body, and the overwhelming urge to run. And she did. She assassinated countless people, both with blades and poisons. Feeling the need to know to use more than one weapon, she trained herself in swordsmanship and archery. She was finally caught on the eve of her eighteenth birthday, over one year ago, and has been in holding in the Vendegger dungeon, awaiting trial. Other: Up for love. The profile for Templar; Templar is playable by all people. He is the one who gives us our tasks and who speaks to us about our captivity in Cambosea, etc etc. He is basically in charge of the whole show, therefore he needs a profile. Name: Templar Age: Mid thirties Gender: Male Race: Human Isle of Origin: Cambosea Appearance: Him Abilities: Necromancy, but he never uses it. He never follows the people on missions. Personality: Guarded. Tells it like it is. Blunt. He has no compassion for anyone, and does not attempt to. Cold and bitter. History: Nobody knows his history. No more than 10 people in the story book, including me, please.

Abilities: Although she is an athletic girl, most of her power comes from her voice. When she sings, she can convince people to do her bidding. It is not infallible, though, and she prefers not to use it. Those stout of will are able to resist.

Strengths: She is a good runner, with sharp reflexes and a clever mind.

Weaknesses: She can act on impulse, and she tends to throw herself into bad situations.

Personality: She is very personable, buts tends to sometimes lapse into moments where she will just think to herself. She's not afraid of conflict, but would rather work things out peacefully. She has a quick temper, and she doesn't like stepping aside to let others more skilled than her do the work. She is a delicate balance between being quiet and outspoken. She also tends to have a bit of a naaive side to her.

History: She grew up on the sea-side and always wondered: What's out there? Because of her natural people-skills, she quickly rose to a high position in foreign relations in Vendegger's government. She is the youngest in her profession, but that by no means holds her back.
