***Here's an idea: be more loose with it. Have fun with it. Be creative, because that's what this site is about anyway: being creative and imaginative. Just write what you think Bella would do. Write in more thoughts and dialog, more details, so on and so forth. Okay?***

**ok thanks**

Bella looked over at her alarm clock. 6 o'clock and it was still dark. The moon in the dark skye light up a tiny bit of her room where a newspaper article hung on the wall. Bella slumped out of her bed and walked towards the place where she had seen it. Bella looked closer. 'Teenage kid found killed by animal' said th eheadline at the top of the page. She ripped it down.

Nice thing to have in my room Bella thought as she dropped it on the floor.

Bella walked down the stairs to find her dad still sat in fornt of the TV. she walked over to the television and turned it off.

"Dad, you shouldn't stay up watching this rubbish when you have work" Bella said in a consurned voice.

"Im sorry darling couldn't sleep" He replied as he sat up.

She shaked her head and walked into the kitchen. Placed two pieces of toast on the grill and hovered her hand over to warm them up. Lemon curd and jam stood on the table with a knife poking out the top of one of them. She grabbed in a spreaded it on her cooked toast.

"See you later dad" she said as she pulled on her red jacket and carried her toast out in her teeth.

Outside was cold, colder than she had ever felt before. As soon as she pulled her self into her truck she felt the warmth. She pulled the trigger and headed for school.

***There you go. Isn't that more fun and interesting? :) ***

Edward

I was out all night, not that that was new. I never slept. I couldn't sleep. That was one drawback to being immortal, to being a vampire. You had all the time in the world, because you never died - of old age - but you weren't allowed by your body to sleep. You were awake every instant, prowling about.

And I had been prowling. The collar of my shirt was stained red from the blood that had drained from my feline victims: cougars and linx. Those were my personal favorites of the wild; they were so much like me. Dangerous, fast, balanced.

Well, until her.

God. Every thought of her brought back that intoxicating scent, that sweet scent. It set my senses aflame, making me desire her more and more.

Damn. Had I not devoured enough blood already? I had vented my rage on seven animals so far. Was that not enough?

Well, forget going to school. I had to get Bella out of my system, even if it meant staying out for a week.

Alice walked around the house humming as she painted odds and ends. She sat down finally getting a tad bored of the paintings at that moment.

"What's wrong?" Jasper asked walking in.

"Edward isn't back. His future keeps shifting from killing Bella Swan to not. I don't know if we should go after him or leave him be." She sighed.

"Carlise thinks that maybe Emmett should go after him and stay with him. But there isn't much we can do if he decides to kill her." Jasper replied helping her up. She smiled as they danced to music that wasn't playing.

"That sounds like a good idea." She repleid.

Jasper:

I felt all the emotions swirl around me, especially emanating from Alice. I grimaced as I felt her worry and fear for Edward, because I felt it just as intensely as she did. Even if I didn't want to.

I comforted her by putting a firm grasp on her waist and spinning her around to face me. I grasped her feelings and warped it, changing it to calm.

"Nothing will happen, I promise.", I whispered softly into her ear. It was then that she froze and stared straight ahead with a blank expression. A vision.

Then she loosened her stiff stance and sighed. I felt her relieved emotions flood into my own.

"He's leaving. I better go meet up with him." I smiled to her and raced over to the cabinet, picking out her keys.

"Have fun.", I said as I tossed, or threw them at her about 50 mph. She caught her keys inches from her face.

"Will do.", Alice said and then she was gone.

Edward

I was gone in a flash, pursuing my prey. It was an older, weaker puma; it's time had come. But it my mind, it wasn't a puma. It was Bella. I was going after her, chasing her, tackling her, taking her down...

Stop that, Edward! I growled as I ripped the poor cat's throat out with my teeth. Get your head off of her! Get a hold of yourself!

Then I smelled it. Human blood. Old human blood. And death. Old death.

I dropped my catch, my attention snared. Something had happened here; but where, and when? I inhaled deeply, taking in as much of the scent as possible. To my left, about a hundred feet away. It was a male...

I followed the trail farther, and I found him. Lying dead, with his neck and arms marked and shredded. Blood had dried on the wounds and in streams along his dead white skin, his eyes glazed over, with an expression of horror and agony on his face.

I knelt beside the body, studying the marks on his wrist and throat. I knew those marks. Bite marks. A vampire's bite marks.

"Damn!" I was racing back to the house. This was not good...not good at all.

***Since some of us haven't read the book and the movie introduces the later conflict so early...how about some foreshadowing? ***

***You lost me with your note, Ayumi.***

Alice:

Alice pulled to a sotp on the part of the road she knew he would come to. He ran out of the woods and stopped looking at her car. She rolled the window down and smiled

"Come on, I'll get you back faster." She smiled. He roleld his eyes then got in. That's when she smelled it on him. "What happened?" SHe asked as she spun the car around and raced towards their house.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"making sure you didn't kill anyone." She smiled. "I wasn't to worried though. I knew you wouldn't."

"Course you did." He replied.

Andyou know i'm telling the truth, search my mind. She smirked at him.

Why did I do that? I asked my self over and over again. He was just a human and I was not thirsty!

*Do we really have to go by the movie or the book? I think that we should stray a lot, to keep it interesting. Why can't we make our own version, you know, with like love triangles and all that?? PLEASE???***

*everyone should be glad to know I'm actually reading the books, well listening to the books. There audio books and yes there are so much better than the film.*

As I walked into the modern school I noticed the Cullen's. Then I noticed the missing one. Edward.

The day passed by very slow and I seemed distant to everyone else.

When it was time to go home I jumped into my old truck and rode home.

"Hey Dad" I shouted as I ran in the house.

Carlise

"Edward!" he said as he ran through the front door, "Whats going on"

Edward looked quizzicly around the room.

"Edward?" Esme asked

***Sorry 'bout my absence. Holidays and birthday and all, lol... And did we not say the books were better? ***

Edward

I met Carlisle's worried gaze. I blocked everyone's thoughts, the words jumbling in my brain.

"Vampires," I said flatly. "Other vampires are killing hunters and hikers."

***Yay! Aren't they though, their amazing. ***

Alice:

Alice flitted over to Jasper and leaned against him while he wrapped his arms around her shoulders.

"It was none of ours. I watch everyone's futures at all times. I would've seen something like this." She said smiling a little. Carlise smiled at her a little but thne turned and looked around at the others.

"We need to find this vampire, or vampires and stop them. We can't have this happen." Carlise said.

"I don't want to move yet." Alice said pouting a little. "I want to be friends with Bella!" Edward tensed at her name and glared at her. Get over it. I want her as a friend and your not ruining it for me.

Edward

I snarled. So typical. Anyone new or the least bit different, and Alice had to befriend her. The girl must change best friends about five times a year.

"Bella?" Esme noticed the tension between us. "Who is...Bella?"

"A new girl," I hissed. "Annoying as hell since I can't get her out of my system."

Rosalie didn't like that. I saw her tense, watching me carefully. She had always been the jealous type, and now that she had competition... I could only guess how bad it would get for Bella.

** has now read the book, i fineshed it in 2 days... so awesome**

I lay in my bed feeling the breeze from the window hit my skin. I kept thinking of Edward cullen. His beautiful skin, amazing maron coloured eyes and perfect features, I couldn't get him out of my head. He was incredbly rude and ignorant. He could at least said hello. I growled to myself "stupid shiny volvo owner".
