Shifting Times

Tanner smiled widely, locking her lips within his once again. "I love you too. Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?" He questioned, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear.

"I love you too," Layton breathed, turning so she faced Chevy, and leaned foward, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing his passionately as she threaded her fingers through his hair.

"This is going to be so easy to get through the night." He smiled kissing her back and running his fingers through her hair. "I love you to death."

Leal smiled and nodded. "Yup, and your not bad looking either." She smiled and started kissing him again. "I love you to deeath."

*skippity skip skip skip*

Layton yawned widely and tried to roll onto the ground, only to feel arms wrapped around her waist. She smiled, noticing Chevy's scent, and pressed herself into him. "Wakey wakey," she smiled, nibbling on his earlobe in a teasing gesture.

Tanner woke with a groan and clambed up to a standing postion, popping his back and yawning. He leaned back down and kissed Leal on the forhead, whispering, "Morning," quietly.

Chevy moaned and rolled over pulling her with him.

"wake up." She laughed. He opened his eyes looking at her.

"Why?" He moaned.

"Go away." She moaned.

"Come on, get up." He said softly.

"no thanks." She replied moaning again and pulling his jacket tigher around her shoulders.

"Well, for one my, if my parents were to walk in it'd look pret-ty odd with you on top of me, and two, because it's morning and I'm already bored!" Layton fake cried about being bored.

Tanner chuckled and lifted her off the ground, giving her a raspberry right on the neck. This, of course, made her scream in laughter and try to kick out of his grip.

"TANNER!" She screamed smiling.

"What?" He asked innocently.

"Stop." She laughed.

Chevy smiled. "Well, we don't need to worry bout them." he replied.

"What?" She laughed.

"I love you." He said softly.

Layton smiled and kissed him deeply, wrapping her arms around his neck. "I love you too," she smiled once she'd pulled away, only to kiss him again.

Tanner laughed lightly and did it again, slipping on the rug and falling back against the hardwood floor, Leal sitting on his stomach. He burst into insane laughter and covered his face, laughing into his hands hysterically.

Chevy didn't stop kissing her, he kept her close only stopping when he knew they needed to breath.

"I wouldn't mind doing this all day.' He smiled at her.

Tanner smiled up at her wildly. "I just one a hundred dollars for spending the night with the most gorgeous girl on the earth!" He laughed loudly.

Chevy nodded. "I love you too." He smiled.

Leal laughed and kissed him. "Ah, is that your only reason for stayin?" SHe smiled.

"Oh I can think of a few others," he growled lowly, a smile spread across his face as he flipped the two of them over and kissed her deeply.

Layton latched onto his lips once again and smiled lightly. The door suddenly opened to reveal both her mother and her father, who were to shocked beyond words.

Leal groaned when she heard their gasps.

"Shut up and go away." She moaned sitting up and leaning against Tanner.

"What are y'all doin?" George demanded.

"Scarin each other." She smiled.

"Excuse me?" He gorlwed.

"We were seein if we could stay here for a night and not be sacred." Seh smiled.


Chevy straighted up holding Layton close to him.

"No harm done, sir." he smiled.

Layton could feel her parent's anger and listened to what they were thinking. At these thoughts of theirs she winced and snuggled closer to Chevy, burrying her head into his neck.

Tanner stood up and wrapped an arm around Leal's waist, staring his parents right in the face. "It's not like we... did anything if that's what you're worried about."

"We've no proof of that." Goerge hissed.

"Think what you want, but we didn't." She growled back.

Layton glared at her parents angrily from next to Chevy. Why didn't they trust him? Or Layton for that matter? "Mom, Dad," they both turned to her, their glares instantly softening, "Tanner's telling the truth, I promise. Nothing happened, other than the fact I owe Tanner a hundred bucks for stayin' in the house all night."

"Ah, well... It's time to get out of here, your father and I need to look around the house." Taking this chance Layton nodded and stood up quickly, pulling Chevy behind her and Tanner with Leal behind them both.
