"Hi, Candra" I said as I pulled her along with me threw the maze-like alley way. "Sorry for about this, but hold on tight" I shouted because I knew my wings were finally dry enough for my to take off. In a flash I'd picked up Candra and taken off into the air.

"Who was that chasing you- er, us?" Candra asked me and I let out a small laugh.

"People who just can't take a laugh" I told her simply and flapped my angel wings so I could give her a better view of Glowington. "Ever seen the city from the sky?" she nodded and that was when I got an idea after I'd seen the Glowington castle just off into the distance. "What do you say about going to meet King Charne?".

**No, there good. Sorry your sick. Hope you feel better. :) **

"Uhhh..." I had never seen King Charne and I had only been in the castle once or twice. Noel finally made her descent, which happened to be on the balcony outside of King Charne's bed chambers.

"Should we be here?", I whispered. I certainly did not want to get in trouble. I didn't like taking risks.

"We're fine. And here he comes." Someone slowly opened the door out to the balcony.

~Devi~

Devi watched as sweat beads rolled down the young man's face. She smiled slightly enjoying his nervousness and his fright.

"Don't be scared," she said chuckling between every word. Devi pulled something out of mid-air. She was a goddess so this was possible with her. She watched his emotion as he looked at it smiling with glee. Then, she vanished.

~Passion~

Passion threw sticks at tree's and even tried to set fire to one. She did everything that she could to summon the Forest Spirit.

"It's impossible!" Passion yelled throwing her final rock. Henry shrugged as he came off of the tree that he had leaned on.

"Well, we tried," he said putting his arm around Passion.

"Yah," Passion said as they turned and started towards the village. Then, a wind whisped past them. It was quiet like a whisper, but high-pitched like a screech. Passion and Henry froze in their steps as a body appeared in front of them. The wind carved spaces in her like scars but she always came back together. She was beauitul. Her hair was long and braided. It draped over her shoulder. Her dress was pale yellow and went way past her feet.

"What are you doing," she roared. At that moment, everything stopped even the tree's stopped breathing.

King Artemuis

Artemuis opened the balcony doors of his bed chambers and smiled at the angel who visited him quite often.

"Hello Noel" he said and bowed, "I wasn't expecting another visit from you until next week". Artemuis looked at the other girl beside Candra, "And who is this?" King Charne asked in a very, gentle voice.

"Her name is Candra, Arty. She's to sweet for you so don't even try it" Noel told him and giggled after seeing Candra's face glow red.

Noel

"So, where's little Heather?" I asked Arty, looking behind him to see if his daughter was inside of his bedroom.

"With Jazzy playing in the gardens" Arty answered and I sighed because I was hoping to take her out into the city today.

"Noel... How do you know King Charne and Princess Heather so well?" Candra asked me and I smiled then looked at Arty because he could explain it so much better than I could.

"She knew the woman who cared for me and my sister, we've been friends since she was still a fledgeling and I was a weird little boy" he said simply and I laughed.

"Speaking of sister, Arty where has Rue been? Still traveling?".

"Yup" Arty told us, "haven't seen her since Heather turned 2 a few months ago, she said she was off to see Lucky".

"Oh..." I frowned then looked to Candra who was staring at Arty and me with a bemused expression that anyone would laugh at, especially since she was seeing the way a comoner was talking with the King of Glowington.

Pandora

"If you release your anger into something beautiful might help you" she smiles at him as she says these words. She held up a long daisy chain and held it around his neck.

"Like it?"she asked him as it glew before his eyes.

"Yeah, i love it" he grinned,

"I was hopeing you did" she said as she started to make another one.

**I'm sorry Light_Devil! I know, I'm horrible. I've just been so preoccupied... Well, I can't keep making excuses for myself so I'll just get on with posting  **

Yamari

Yamari watched as Altrusck approached the Guardian, a demonic smile lifting his dragon mouth until his incisors glistened in the evening light. He knew he had the upper hand now, and was going to make the Guardian suffer for it.

But that’s when Yamari saw the glint in the Guardian’s eye, and took a step backward. Something wasn’t right here… she could feel it in her gut. However, she couldn’t be entirely sure on that assumption as her stomach had been in knots throughout her whole encounter with Alstruck and Ballow. She wasn’t used to being with demons, unless they were in her sight to kill.

She found her eyes being drawn to Ballow as he observed Altrusck and the Guardian with amusement. His arms were crossed loosely over his chest, and the corner of his mouth was up-turned as the two opponents circled each other warily. Altrusck’s tail pounded the earth, as if in challenge, his dragon mouth opened wide. The Guardian, however, just smirked and continued to pace in front of him, as if slightly bored by the whole matter.

Ballow’s eyes grew alert when the Guardian moved slightly to the left, his right hand slipping behind his back. He flexed his large, leathering wings protruding from his back, his shoulders tensing. Yamari sensed it too, but Altrusck was delayed slightly.

Before they could react, the Guardian raised his arm high, a sort of small metal ball raised in his right fist. Yamari froze, Ballow along with her. Altrusck flashed his fangs and blew of cloud of billowing smoke and fire into the air in outrage. The Guardian just grinned, seemingly pleased by their reaction.

“I thought this would change the game a little,” the Guardian chuckled, lowering his hands and fingering the ball with his left hand.

“You can’t use that against a demon!” Ballow roared, his eyes flashing dangerously. Altrusck just bellowed in agreement, more flames shooting into the sky. “It was set down centuries ago that a Grave Keeper couldn’t destroy a demon by use of their powers. Either by force, or help, but not by using that!”

“Yes, centuries ago. The world is changing. Look around you. Does anybody you know follow the rules anymore?” Ballow was struck dumb by this statement, and his jaw clicked loudly together as he closed his mouth, no answer to his question. “That’s what I thought. I mean, look at yourself. I was surprised when I saw a demon hunter traveling to help two demons. What a curious companionship you have?” The Guardian grinned, his mouth open wide now.

Ballow’s hands curled into fists at his side, and Yamari felt her own anger grow inside of her. But he was right, wasn’t he? Look at what she has become, lowering herself down to helping lowly demons… Her mentor would be so disappointed… Raising her head, she instead turned on Ballow.

“He’s right, you know. Why am I helping you of all people?”

Ballow’s face slacked. “What?”

“You heard me! Why am I helping you when I should be against you?”

“Yamari, just stay out of this,” Ballow snapped, infuriated by her sudden change in sides. Who did she think she was anyway?

The Guardian snorted with glee. This was exactly what he wanted to conspire. Turning the human girl against Ballow, and drawing Altrusck’s attention from him so he could escape was playing out beautifully. Now, time for the magic.

While Yamaria and Ballow’s voices rose as their argument grew, the Guardian took three steps back and with a snap of his fingers, he vanished into a cloud of purple smoke.

Where is everyone? People haven’t posted in a long time… Well, I came up with another addition. Hope you don’t mind.

Yamari

Yamari watched the smoke slowly fade, leaving nothing but a charred spot on the ground where the Guardian once stood. How could she have been so stupid… it had been so obvious his attentions, but she had lost control of her senses, being to concerned with Ballow to notice.

Glaring over at Ballow, she took a step back. His face was slacked with surprise, but it soon strunched up in fury. Spinning to face Altrusk, he took out his anger on him.

“Why didn’t you blow him to bits when you had the chance?”

Altrusk waved his large head from side to side and then, in a blink of in eye, he was back in human form. “Don’t accuse me, boy. You should have been paying attention.” There was no denying the warning in Alrusk’s voice, and Ballow knew more than to tempt him.

“Well, since it seems that this has been a total waste of my time…” Yamari trailed off, her left hand slipping below her belt to finger the hilt of her sword. She was still depating in her mind if she could take both demons in front of her. From all the stories about Altrusk, now that she had finally met him, she was baffled at his power. He appeared like any other demon, but from Ballow’s sudden reserve in front of him, she knew that her assumption was wrong.

“You should have been watching too, girl!” Altrusk pinned her with his gaze.

“Don’t blame me! You’re the demons, not me.” She shook her head, breaking his gaze and taking another step away. It was no longer in her benefit to stay. She had to get out of here before things spun out of control.

Ballow must have sensed her attentions because he flashed her a bone-melting grin that froze her to the earth. Cursing her bad fortune, she had no choice but to let him approach her, sickly grin still plastered across his face. “Running will do you no good, Yam. Your intentions are useless.”

Unable to speak, Yamari managed to flash him a malevolent glare and Ballow wouldn’t have been surprised if her eyes had shot off sparks from the look she gave him.

“We have no time to mess around with her, Ballow. We have to return. Your master is waiting.” At the reminder of this, Ballow openly winced, breaking the hold he had over Yamari.

In his moment of weakness, she kicked the legs out from under him and held the point of her sword against his throat. “He’s right, Ballow. Let me leave and no body will get hurt.”

The laughter that poured from his mouth at this was nothing short of blood curdling. It sounded as if it was mixed with all the souls he had consumed and had left to suffer in the hell that was his essence. Yamari couldn’t fight the shivers that shot up and down her spine at the noice.

“You can’t run, Yamari.”

“Watch me,” she growled.

But she had underestimated Ballow… again.

Before her eyes, he vanished and reappeared just inches from her face. Stunned, she was unable to move. Then, he let loose another soft chuckle and with a soft puff of air coming from his open mouth, his breath hit her squarely. But this time, it wasn’t some harmless air.

It was infused with this power, and she was knocked unconscious, her knees giving way from underneath her. The last words she heard before her world was swallowed by darkness were from Ballow’s cursed lips.

“Sleep well, Yam.”

She had given me a sword, a sword made of black metal and some coins, coins made of pure gold. As a traveler it would do me good to have a sword for protection, and a sword which was the color of the night gave it a dangerous and evil aura. The gold would buy me some new clothes and food. I wondered now if she really was a goddess.

I walked on wondering where i was and what i would do. My mind wondered further than my body did. I was alone, in the night and i didn't even know where i was.

"Help!" I shouted at the top of my voice for anyway to hear, absolutely anyone, even a demon would be okay for company.

For some reason i seemed to fear the darkness around me as if it was trying to control me, trying to consume me, and i knew what it was doing. I screamed yet again for help and i almost heard someone reply, but i was too scared to move or talk. I waited until someone arrived, anyone, i would be dead if someone didn't help me soon. I started prying, for the first time in my life i prayed for someone to f ind me, the loneliness was literally killing me. and then i fell asleep.

**Hey guys can absolutely anyone add me in?**

~Rue~

Rue froze in her tracks as she heard a yell for help. She thought a deamond had gotten a hold of someone or worse; it was a trap for Rue because the deamonds have found her. She didn't know what to do. She almost replied but stopped. The second yell was more serious and meaningful.

"Here," Rue replied unknowingly. She had just revealed her spot to an unknown source. Almost like a reflex she lighted her lantern to give the man vision.

"Oh, thank god. I was hoping someone would find me...do you know where I-we are?" he asked. Rue quickly nodded her head. Her reply was in a silent whisper.

"The outer edge of the Forbidden Forest. I'm headed west to Lucky's Woods...and you are going where?" The man glared at her as if he didn't believe her. He probably didn't. She was a complete stranger and she was telling him everything about herself.

"I don't know really. I'm a traveler. Anywhere but here would do, really," he replied stepping closer to Rue. She also stepped foward. She couldn't help it. It was the curse's fault. She cursed herself trying to make the curse die down even just a small bit.

He vibrated. The smaller spirit looked at him, a ball formed on the Ankous hand, "Well that's interresting."

"What?"

"What happened to you? You look like you've seen something horrible" She said looking me in my eyes.

"I don't know" I replied scratching my head " I.... all i remember is being here with these"

I backed away and showed her the coins and sword. She looked at the sword in wonder and then at the coins.

"Do you know how to fight?" she asked pointing at the sword.

"Well, i think i can" I replied smiling.

"Good, you could get killed for all those coins" She said smiling too.

"So you are off to..... Lucky's Woods. May i tag along?" I asked the stammered "Till... till i... find someplace to... stay, yeah till i find someplace to stay?."
