Victor Pashendale:
He watched the Empire ranks form and the proud look displayed on the generals face. he had no idea of what he was up against...
The undead ranks had formed enough and it was time to move. A massive horde of skeletons, ghouls and zombies surged towards the eastern flank. But that was just half of the story. Masses of undead lay under the very feet of the mortal army, just waiting to be brought back to life. There was only one pesky wizard, who could disrupt their magic. Nothing to worry about.
But Victor knew this was the biggest thing since Nagash and he was not about to start taking unnecessary risks. He motioned the creature to come to him. He showed it the image of the wizard. The beast gave an understanding growl and bolted of into the starless knight.
The great bat, a Vargulf, had once been a vampire, but know a slave to his thirst it had completely changed. Now more bat-like than human, it soared in the sky. it spotted the wizards silhouette in the flickering of the lighted torches. Like a meteor in crashed into the wizard. Claws ripping the mans body into pieces the wizard was dead before he knew the Vargulf was even there. And just as fast it had come, it took off again back to its master.
The men around the wizards mangled corpse looked at it in shock. They had only heard a crash and turned only to see the wizard completely destroyed. Know they started to truly realise the true horror they were facing.
Victor looked at the image a shear terror in the soldiers faces and chuckled. He had taken the only thing standing in his way in a matter of minutes. The mortal army did´t stand chance...
"Fear me mortals, for I am your doom!" he said and joined his personal guard.
