Nightshade-

Dusk hissed and lashed out at the sword sending it back. He rolled his eyes as he murmured "Here we go again." Shade cocked his head and watched the human, apparently he hadn't expected Dusk to be so strong. "It's true that I'm unregistered but that's because I was never trained properly, all I know I taught myself. As for practicing the dark arts, trust me I have as little respect for the Chaos realms as I do for the Light realms."

The other human looked surprised. "And your name."

Shade smirked as he cast a glare at the high elf. "Nightshade," He watched the high-elf stiffen in recognition of that name. "Nightshade al Terrinas."

"Only one elf was ever given the name Nightshade. No other would dare claim it." The high elf looked shocked. "Ice blue eyes, and silver-blue hair you're the genuine article. But I thought you vanished years ago."

Flicking a glance at the humans he saw confusion and bafflement on their faces. Shade shrugged and gave an over dramatic sigh. "What can I say, I got tired of being beaten or ignored by everyone in the town. So I decided to leave, rather then blow it up like everyone half expected me to."

"It's been a long time Talon. Almost a decade, small world don't you think."

Talon winced and glared back at him. "Well." He said sarcastically. "I can see that you've let your wounds fester."

Kurt Miebach

He spent another moment eyeing off with the catlike familiar, then retrieved his sword and sheathed it. He pushed up his hat enough to look the mage in the eye, "Your explanation is acceptable...temporarily. Although don't take that as sanction to use magic as your whims dictate. Moreover, if I so much as hear of your use of dark magic, you can expect that I will deal with you as the Order dictates. And if you believe you can rely on magic to save you..." He allowed himself the ghost of a smile, Witch Hunters were specifically trained to deal with magic users, and though they weren't even close to immune to the effects of magic, they could nonetheless resist it to an extent.

As he turned back to Talon, Kurt allowed himself a cursory glance of the street, making sure that there wasn't anyone appearing more startled than the ordinary citizen about his presence. He nodded to himself, satisfied. "As I said, things will be just like old times. The Temple has once again stirred awake a nest of Tzeentch worshippers in the city. I am told they have a wizard with them - which means more than just the typical aggressors." He lowered his voice for the last words, trying to convey the possible summoning of more than just Tzeentch's lowest daemons.

"So," Talon mused, "Just like old times in the sense that we're not only required to fight"

Kurt nodded, knowing better than to make direct reference to the Horrors in the middle of a crowded street - people always seemed to panic when a Witch Hunter aired suspicions of daemons in their area, as it often resulted in mass burnings. Kurt looked to the new mage - Nightshade, he'd called himself - and James, "I would like your help on this as well, James. And you," He said, addressing the elf directly, "This can be your way of proving yourself, a trial by combat, so to speak."

(I'll bring you in ^_^ Light_Devil)
(I have no clue what city to start in though....)
Shippo (Elf)-

He walked down the road to a huge city Shippo gasped. "wow."
The young elf boy could hardly contain himself. He rushed his horse to the city gates; however someone stopped him. It was the palace guards. "What buisness does a young forest elf have here?"
Shippo stopped Ume. He thought for a moment. "Not very sure, I suppose to buy some supplies." Shippo's answer was truthful.
"No." the guard shook his head.
"What? Why can't I go in?" Shippo questioned.
The guard laughed. "Are you questioning the city guards of the high elves?!"
Shippo became quiet. "He's with me." A voice said. (BALLOW!)

I want to make one new character, so that we get the vampires in.

Name: Darren Reay
Appearance: http: //oz.games-workshop.com/games/warhammer/empire/gaming/reference/images/empire-plans-art.jpg
Rank: Captain of ´guard force called "Karl der koniglichen Wache" or "Karl's royal guard.)
Backround: Was a army foot soldier but was given a promotion by Karl Frans himself, to Sergeant of Franse's own royal guard. He is now with his own small group of men on the border of the empire, fighting off the armies of the vampire counts undead.
************************************'

James:
"Hello, Nightshade. My name is James." He walked to shake Nightshades hand.
Nighshade took it.

James pulled nightshade from the hand close to him and said into Nightshades ear "Seriously, you should believe Kurt... Don't use black magic, he will kill you if you do." he whispered and then stepped back.
*************************************

Darren:
"Captain, Sir!

Darren was in his tent, it had a spartan inside but the outside of the tent was lavish and beautiful. Darren explained this by saying "People need to know where their leader resides, but the leader must not be lazy but instead he must live in the same conditions as his soldiers."

Darren jumpped up when the bearded soldier ran in. The soldier had a white beard going down to his chest. He had a full helm on but the face protection was up. The man's wace was in horror.
"What is it man? It looks like you would have seen a ghost."

"I wish. I saw something worse, the zombies, they are here."

Darren took a commander like posture. "Command the men to take the normal positions. But have the fill troops arived yet?"

"They should be here in ten minutes."

Darren nodded "Take the back up knights to the western front. We need the foot men on the east. Were weak there."

The man ran out to tell Darren's order to the troops.

"The vampire counts sure are active. I wonder why?"

Ballow

As soon as Ballow saw the young elf being accosted by the guards, he felt he wanted to guard him. But his dark side fought against the idea. He stood in a glower his eyes burning, an inner fight raging inside of him.

His high elf side won, as it arrongantly always thought it was always right. Ballow intervened, his eyes challenging the guards.

"He's with me." Three simple words, but th guards cowered from his murderous gaze; he had let the dark part of him take over slightly allowing a dark aura to emnate from him.

He smiled at the young elf, a fake smiled that sents shivers down the guards spines, "Come along, we have to see the lord today, Tim."

It was a random name, but the guards were scared and believed every word that came out of his mouth. Ballow turned his smile towards the guards and he laughed; a cold, dry, sadistic laugh, "Are you moving?"

They skittered away like ants under a magnifying glass. Ballow pushed the young elf infront of him and they walked into the city.

After they had got away from the guards an awkward silence filled the air. Ballow sighed and ran his hands through his hair, Why the hell did I do that for?

He looked at the young elf and sighed again, maybe he saw himself in this one. He shook his head and began, "I'm Ballow. You are now in my debt and I'll being taking compensation now. You shall work for me."

There goes the high elf side again. . . ."

"I also need to practice torture methods." he continued, ARGGH!! Goddamn dark elf side!

He muttered to himself, "Great first impression."

He had been so caught in his struggle with his des that he barely even looked at th young elf's expression.

Ballow paused as he stared at the young elf in acute assessment.

(poor inoccent/ naive Shippo >_<)

Shippo-

He stared at Ballow, his eyes very and unnaturally big (Also cute). "Thank you. I will be glad to repay your kindness."
Ballow sighed. "Sure."
He lead Shippo inside. "Ballow my name is Shippo." He said cheerfully.
The dark/high elf groaned, and thought. annoying
"Who is Lord Tim?" Shippo asked.
"Oh my god...He isn't real." Ballow growled.
"oh."
Ballow lead Shippo to a tavern. The high elf inside thought it was disgusting, and the dark elf thought 'food'. Shippo just was really happy.

Scarlett & Drake (Scarlett's point of view)

We were seated in the living room, chatting calmly when an urgent knock showed that someone was at the door. My mother went to answer it, grumbling to herself a little at being disturbed without having known in order to clean things up a bit.

She swung open the door so quickly she almost hit herself in the face. We heard an exchange of anxious whispers from the intruding guest and even more frantic one from my mother. The only thing I could pick out of the conversation was when the visitor asked to be shown inside to speak with the rest of the family.

Mother led him to the living room. He was one of the local soldiers in town. I recognized him to be Captain Darren, a friend of my fathers.

"Captain Darren, is everything okay?" I asked, knowing that it probably wasn't.

He bowed his head. "No, I'm afraid not."

"What happened?" Drake asked.

He sighed and took off his cap, thoughtfully running his fingers through his hair. "Well, to get straight to the point, we have zombies that are attacking our defense."

"ZOMBIES?!" We all exclaimed.

"Yes, but it gets... worse. I require more people to be in my troops and... Drake and Scarlett are both eligible and good fighters. So we need them for our troops."

There was a short pause between which Mother brought reshreshments that no one felt well enough to eat. Mother glared at us until everyone took a cookie and a glass of stawberry iced tea.

"So do we even get a choice?" I asked angrily, nibbling my cookie.

"Not really. You must fight or you may be run from town. If you do fight, which I presume you will. I will come back tomorrow for answer." he replied, before showing himself to the door and leaving.

Nightshade-

"Don't worry I know my limits well." Shade's eyes glittered in anticipation. "Besides, my magic is neither inherently good or evil. "Just be aware that I'm not likely to try and save your hides if you get in a jam. I look out for number one first. And, by number one, I mean me."

He glanced down and pulled the scimitars a few inches out of their scabbards, checking to make sure the edges were sharp. "Besides, where there's a fight there's usually loot."

"Loot?" James echoed, brow raised in question.

Shade shrugged, almost knocking Dusk off his shoulder. Yowling the spirit dug her claws in and held on. "I'm a treasure hunter."

"You're a thief." Kurt said sourly.

"That too." He replied with a wisp of a smile.

"You seem to enjoy courting death." He observed, fingering the sword at his waist.

Smirking, Shade replied. "Yes I do. Word of advice? I'm just the slightest bit suicidal. So shall we get going? Or do you ladies want to stand around and talk all day?"

James:

They were on the moove. they first went to the city stables and rented horses. Then set of, on a slow phase.

James rode to Nightshade "Oh and as a small notice. When we get to the altar (or tempel) I really think that you shouldn't touch anyof the stuff."

"Your telling me not to loot?"

"Uhuh."

"Why?"

"Ever wondered where Tzeentch got his name?"

"Not really."

"He can do astonishing face lifts for people who touch his stuff." James said smiling.
"Ever seen a horror?"

"Yes." Night shade answerred, getting the picture. "So if I loot, i might become one of them."

"Might." James answerred.
***********************************************

Captain Darren:

The Zombies were not to far away. He had only one and a half days to sort things out before the attack. Thank gods for the reinforcements.

With the reinforcements they had got a few groups of gurads men, a few normal soldiers, five groups of knights, one Wizard named Fufren, a cannon and a group of Dwarf slayer mercenaries.

They could pull this off, couldn't they?

He had a bad feeling about this.

Ok... I know I`m rather late at this, but I`ll take my chance if you don't mind.

Name: Kyon Dal`fly

Race: half human , half high elf

Nation: Empire

Class: Sword master/ Assassin

Age: 120 (looks like 25 because of his elven blood)

War gear: Leather chest pieces enchanted with small metal parts that protect his chest, shoulder and neck, has a crown-like helmet, light sword that he carries on his back + hidden dagger on his leg.

Appearance: Long black hair some white queues ( elven side), grey eyes (turn white when he uses magic), his smile is rarely showed. He is quite tall, great fighter and well build, but still athletic form. Has a small scar on his right eyebrow.

Personality: Very unsociable, doesn't like to be mocked. He is very judging. A good teacher, smart and always thinks carefully about his words, his actions.

Background: banished from the homelands of the elves, he spend 50 years in exile where he learned to become a sword master. He had no idea of his magical powers until he was attacked by orcs where he lost his weapons and yelled an ancient prayer: the result was a firewall that protected him.
He was incarcerated by the dark elves for 5 years where he meet an elven-girl prisoner. With her they managed to escape. He fled in the Empire and joined the army there in order to fight against Chaos.

Now:

He starts running trough the war dust, jumping over the dead bodies, his arm bleeding and blood dripping from his sword.
"Je`Rhoil! Je`Rhoil!! Where are you!?" he screams from all of his being, but no response comes. Steps start pounding trough the city. Orcs surround him.
"Eh... They never learn?" he whispered mostly to himself. A fire lights his sword and his eyes become white. Orcs start racing towards him raising their rough, black swords. Arrow pierce the air hitting them, stopping the wave movement.
"Archer! Show yourself?"
"Now, now, Kyon, calm yourself!" A soft woman voice echoes in the city. "At least I saved your magic skin." her laugh sounding happily in the flame of war.
A form spinnes into the air and lands beside Kyon. A wood elf smiles at him. Her childish look giving away her youth, but only her bloody dagger shattering the wall of past.
A horn shatters the sky and an arrow pierces Kyon`s shoulder. A dragon flies over roaring.

*******

Appearance:Pale, dark, tall and scares the hell out of you
Personality: Mean, evil and completely merciless
Background: Been killing all kinds of things a long time. A stranger to everyone. Shows up to a battle and always survives.
********

Ungrok:
He flew his wyvern, Binky, over the burning city. The raid was not going so well. He landed Binky on top of a tower. Vague screams came from inside, he paid no attention. His attention was taken by two brightly colored forms. They both had staffs in their hands and very long, pointy red hair. Ungrok who had fought a fair few battles had never come before anything so strange. Except maybe that one time he fought an army of gnoblars...He shook the thoughts from his mind and started flying towards the two colored forms.
He was about half way there when the forms noticed him and his flying beast. They raised their staffs and started mumbling something. Ungrok was not smart enough to come to the conclusion that these two persons were actually bright wizards. He realised this when two giant fireballs soared towards him. Binky dodged the other one, but got hit straight in its green face by the other. The mighty beast shrugged the blast off and continued to fly toward the wizards preparing a fire ball of his own.
The wizards were panicking now, their lips moving to cast a spell. They were not fast enough. The beast opened its mouth flames spouted out. One of the wizards shrieked in terror and the flames burned him. The remaining wizard cast another fireball this time stopped by an orc shield. Ungrok raised his axe. The wizard tried to raise his arms as a defense, but to no prevail.
Ungrok removed the corpse from his axe his red eyes scanning to find another battle. He soon found one. Three empire soldiers were fighting a group of goblins. He left Binky to feast on his kill and ran towards the fight. He reached into his pocket and took out a small, bright green ball. It was Beans his pet snotling. He had taken a liking in the small creatures enthusiasm and "bravery". It had probably been napping, but was now wide awake smelling the battle. The orc nodded to the snotling and threw him through the air, straight onto the head of a unaware human soldier. Beans took his two knives Ungrok had given him and stared to cut and stab at all the unprotected parts of the soldiers head.
This turned out to be just a minor problem to the soldier, as he flung the crazed snotling off his back. Ungrok charging at them was, on the other hand, not a minor issue.
"WAAAGH!" Ungrok bellowed.
The soldiers tried to reform their ranks, but to no use. The shear strength of the orc was enough to rip the ranks apart. With a swing of his massive fist he broke the first two men's skulls into pieces. Like a bolt of black lighting swinged his axe, making a bloody swathe of the soldiers. the rest of the men ran from the monstrous orc, but this time the goblins were ready and stabbed them to death.
Ungrok picked up Beans and placed him on his shoulder. He shot a glance at the goblins and walked off looking for another enemy.
