I've never been aware of my dreams... I always precieve them as absolute reality. I've woken up in the middle of dreams and felt around for things that should be there. magazines, phones, whathaveyou. But they arent. I've woken up and felt the sensation of the last thing i drempt before waking up. I've actually woken up by jolting out of my bed so fast that i could see the room around me before i actually open my eyes. I've had dreams that involved people that were in the room at one point during my sleep. I've gone for an entire day before i realized that i had woken up that morning, and without thinking i was ever dreaming, suddenly coming to the realization that i wasnt. Many times my dreams will come true, and thats the strangest part.

I also got more than fifty.

Dreams can't be controlled by the mind. It's your subconscious mind that's doing all the thing. And there's a reason behind everydream. It can be a message or perhaps, a premonition. So don't ignore them. :)

I've had two or three and I knew they were dreams when I was dreaming because they were so awfully bizarre

According to your article..I mostly get the WILD ones...I feel like my bed is spinning, and then I'll fall...a lot of the time, I realize I'm dreaming and just enjoy the ride.

I don't remember many of the proceeding dreams; I just remember the getting there.

I enjoy sleeping, cuz then I can control my dreams aka lucidty. Strangley enough all my thinking, wiritng ideas and everything are during lucid dreaming. Go figure...

I take Lexapro, and vivid dreams are a side effect of it. I've only had a few lucid dreams, though. Probably about 3.

I had a lucid dream last night. My first long one in a while (it was around 40 minutes). Didn't do much though. Tried to backflip (and couldn't). Had a fight with some martial arts master (and won 8)).

I once had a dream where it took me two days to realize that I had dreamt it.

I hate lucid dreaming. I usually just stand around thinking, "Now what?" Or I go to sleep. It's overwhelmingly boring.

lol - why don't you just doing something then ;). You're in a place where you can do anything you can imagine (plus more) and all you do is stand there?

Well, one time I said, "I wanna unicorn." And a unicorn appeared. And it stood there. I wasn't sure what to do with it, and the unicorn looked really boring and fake. I was bored instantly. So I decided that flying might be fun. So I started to fly. But it was BORING. You see, in the spontaneous dreams it would rouse me and every sense of me was on fire. This time it was ho hum. So I fell asleep in the sky.

Perhaps I like spontaneity?

Don't know how many I've had ... heaps though. Either over fifty or more than 100 ... I'll vote for the over 50 though.
Had one last night actually ... and the night before. I usually start out dreaming realistically, even if it's completely weird, then sort of start to wake up (I wake up SLOWLY) and realise I'm dreaming and have a bit of fun while I'm there.
I can imagine backgrounds ... my LD's are usually stories, and I'm usually the main charcter. Fun, hey? Well, imagine being only 11 (no offense 11 year olds) and running in a mob of people away from this evil race who wants to kill you. Not so fun. Then imagine trying to fly, but having water chucked on you (these people can't fly if they're wet) and wobbling about a bit before falling back down to the ground. Imagine being shot by an arrow, in the guts, that one really HURT I might add, and slowly dying with no one knowing your there. Imagine the the school being taken over by huge walking plants you grew as a Science experiment and they're walking around killing people and you have to save this little kid (ok, that one was pretty cool)

Actually, that's still fun. I like a bit of a panic every now and again ... particaully if I know it's not real.
So, my dreams often turn into inspiration for my stories.

Dreaming for me has always been an extension of reality. Some weird crap sometimes happens, yes, but otherwise it's just me being extremley creative and imaginary. Like always.

Big surprise.

So yeah, loads of those lucid dream-stuff things. But, man, do I love them.
I'm not even angry... I'm being so sincere right now.
Even though you broke my heart.
And killed me... And tore me to pieces.
And threw every piece into a fire.
