Leon~
Leona was out really late. She usually only goes out for 20 to 30 minutes. I went to go look for her. I ran out the front door and searched for any sign of Leona. Nothing.
Eventually 3 men came running towards me. "Get him! He looks like he's related to that girl!"
One of them shouted. Before I could even think, one of them grabbed my arm and injected me with a long needle. I could barely feel myself being dragged along the pavement by my arms, and then pushed into a car. I awoke in a room, and opened my eyes. I saw a girl next to me. "L...Leo..leona?" I said, my speech slurring. Then I noticed, It was Leona. "LEONA!" I shouted and started struggling. "LEONA!" I shouted, and I felt a sharp needle poke me in the neck, and I drifted to sleep.

~SYVILIOUS~

I hear a voice outside my room, it is Kratos.

"Hey Syv, Zane wants us to make a room for a leopard, since room 5 is the next one up then I think that we should do that one."

I of course, do not answer, I am a mute. I have not been able to talk for my entire life. All I do to what Kratos said, is I go out and help him set up the room for the leopard.

I go back to my room and hear Kratos and Zane going off again about girls. Inside my head I laugh. Zane walks past the room, stops, and waves.

How are you Syv?

I'm good, what was that about a girl?

Oh, yes, this is the girl I found a few states over. I have yet to find out her name but I know that she was fused with a leopard.

Yes, I find of figured that by preparing a room for a leopard.

Yeah, well I better prepare to introduce myself to this new girl. I will think to you later.

Zane leaves and continues on down the hallway. I get up and close the door. I hear machines beeping next door and ignore it.

To explain something else about me, I am one of the few hybrids that can talk mentally to others. Zane also has this talent. Him and I are the only ones in this organization that have this ability.

A little while later I sense Zane going towards his office. I also have the ability to sense things, like people moving, and how they are feeling. The reason for this is that I was fused with an insect, a beetle to be exact. The species of beetle is still a mystery and it has never been seen before.

I go and open the door again as it was getting hot in my room. As I went back to laying on my bed, I started to feel a little sleepy. As I drifted off to sleep I heard one thing in my head.

Where am I? This room in unfamiliar. I wonder what this note says...

Stan looked at the ruined control room.
" What happened?"
" I don't know...the recordings show that the transfer went smoothly until..." Warner paused. He looked at his bandaged wrist." IT came in here."
" Subject JF4?"
" That's right...it moved the walls with ease and...and it seemed to deflect my gun's bullets! I'm telling you, this thing is uncontrollable and extremely dangourus. I suggest..."
" NO. What I suggested to our higher ups that we continue with the program."
Warner gasped." But you can't do that! I won't allow it!"
Stan then sighed. Two men in black suits came up and grabbed Warner.
" Then....we will have to let you go."
The men slit each of Warners wrist. Warner looked up and he cried.
" WHY!??!" He Yelled and he fell to the floor on his knees.
Stan and the two men left the room with Warner dying on the floor.


JF4 gasped and looked around.
He was sitting on a park bench and apparantly was sharing it with a old woman.
" Good to see your awake." She said.
JF4 looked at his hands and saw they were human hands.
"...These aren't mine..." He whispered and then got up from the bench. He looked around and gasped at the sights.
Green trees surrounded him and it was hot. Not Desert hot...more like just plain HOT.
" where am I...?" He whispered.
It doesn't matter where you are...it matters that I am HERE.

Leona~

I opened my eyes and saw someone leaning over me with a small flashlight. They checked my eyes with it and I pushed their hand away sluggishly. I turned my head away from them and saw someone next to me. It was a boy with dark hair and pale skin. I squinted, everything was blurry.
"Leon?" I asked groggily. I pulled at my restraints. I noticed I hissed at some guy in a white coat. I was scared and I wanted to get out of here with Leon.
My eyes hurt, everything was so bright in here. I started to cry even though I never did. I had no idea where I was and everything hurt.
"Let me out of here!" I growled. My hair was plastered to my face and my fingers were clawing at the table I was on. Someone came near me with another needle and my legs shot out at him. All the men ran to strap them back down but I'd already gotten my arms free. I ran towards Leon and unstrapped him. A guy grabbed my waist from behind and I scratched his arm. I pulled Leon off the table and dragged him out of the room. The men were locking all the doors but I hid from them.
I eventually found a door they'd forgotten to lock and dragged Leon out.

I numbly felt myself being dragged. Then, it was cold. I felt little rain droplets on my face. the ground felt hard and rugged.I was slowly awaking. I couldn't think right, my hole life was flashing before my eyes. I felt my self shaking a bit. "Leon! Leon!" I heard a voice shout. I slowly awoke. I coughed. "Sis?"I said quietly. "Yes! I'm here!" She said trying to keep me from falling back asleep. "You alright?" I asked her. She smiled. "You know, I could scrape my knee and you could break every bone in your body, and you would still ask me if I were alright." She said laughing lightly. That made me smile a bit.

Jase:
She awoke and found herself in a room. It was quite unfamiliar.
Where am I? This room in unfamiliar. I wonder what this note says...

She quickly read it and tried her best to get out of her bed. She wobbled and came crashing to hit floor. There was nothing she could do right now but lay there. She closed her eyes but lay there awake. There must have been someone to hear that.

~SYVILIOUS~

I hear a crash from the next room over. It was the room occupied by the new girl. I rush out of my room and into the hallway. I open her door and see her laying on the floor. I rush over to help her, attempting to ask her what is wrong, but I then remembered that I couldn't speak. I don't know if she can "hear" this or not but I try thinking to her.

Hey, are you okay? What happened?

I tried getting out of the bed but I fell and- oh, wait, I'm not supposed to talk to anybody, thats what it said in the note.

Well, technically this is not talking, this is thinking.

Why are you thinking instead of talking though?

I was born a mute, I am one of the only of our kind that can communicate though telepathy.

Who else that you know of can other than you?

I only know of you and Zane that can communicate telepathically.

Well, I better get going to Room 1 to meet Zane.

Okay, I am going to help you get there to make sure you don't collapse on the way.

I help her up and out into the hallway, leading her towards Room 1, making sure that she does not fall. When we get to the door, she pulls my hand off her to stand on her own. She turns to me.

Yeah, once I get done with meeting Zane I will try to stop by again so we can "chat", if you want to call it that.

She opens the door and steps through, closing it behind her. As I walk back to my room, only one thought goes through my head, just one.

She is really pretty, no wonder Zane likes her...it is not that hard to hear his thoughts when he is working. I laugh a little on the inside, lay down on my bed, and fall asleep.

Jase:
She looked up to be meet with eyes across the room that were a very delicate grey. The boy, man, whatever stared at her for a second and thenhe realized what he was doing.

Sorry. He thought looking away. He wasn't even sure she could speak to him that way or even understand. He just did it.

I's fine. She thought back embarrassed. His face lit up and he looked back at her. What are we to do then? Do you get bored at times here?

Leona~

"Leon, we need to figure out where we are." I said walking down the sidewalk beside my brother.
"Don't you think I know that?" He snapped. I rolled my eyes and started to walk faster. There was no one on this street. I was starting to get worried when I saw a boy walk quickly out of a building. He had black hair and he was tall.
"Hey, wait." I called after him. I started to run, my legs aching with every step.

*Vamplord?*

Jase:
Are you... Zane? She asked in thought. This was still a little confussing. "I mean... I...," She couldn't figure out what she was trying to say. Her face went red again.

*Hello? Vamplord?*

~ZANE~

"Yes, I am Zane. and what would your name be?" I said, trying to say something intelligent.

"I'm Jase, where am I?"

"You are in the headquarters of The Coven of the Hybrids. You have met Syvilious I heard, though you might not meet Kratos just yet, He went out to find another hybrid, he won't be back for a while," I said calmly.

"Well why am I here?" she asked nervously.

"The reason you are here is because you are part of a dangerous experiment involving vampires being fused with the DNA of animals, a new fighting machine for the government's use. You are here in this building because I rescued you from the laboratory they were conducting the experiment on you. I cannot have those people harming my fellow creatures of the night." This I said with much emotion, for effect that is.

"What other hybrids are there?"

"Well, Kratos is a komodo dragon, Syvilious is a beetle, and I am, of course, a panther. And just by looking at you I can tell that you are a leopard."

"Yes, well, I am but, you see-" she sighed and looked away.

I sat there looking at her for a second, "You know, i have some...business...over in Nevada, if you would like to come with me and help out. It will be a good chance to get to know you better," I say this with the least amount of anxiousness in my voice as I could have.

"Sure! Well, I mean, if you really want me to then I guess-," she took a much needed breath, "-I could."

"Well I guess that we had better get going then. There are some boxes with a lot of different sized clothes in the storage room if you would like to get some that would fit you while I get my things ready. I have a lot of things I need to gather from my room, so maybe Syvilious can show you to the storage room and where to find the clothes in there too."

"Alright, I'll go see if he is in his room."

"Don't worry, he is there, but he might be sleeping. Hold on a second, he won't be sleeping for that much longer." I sat there for a second with my eyes closed, thinking to Syvilious to wake up and be ready when Jase got there. "Okay, he is awake and ready to help you out."

"Thank you for everything Zane, really. I am glad you rescued me and that you gave me a place to live." She walked over to me, gave me a hug, and walked out of the room, closing the door behind her.

Wow, I thought to myself, She is so amazing, kind, and actually very beautiful, this is a first for me.

Jase:
She stepped out in to the hallway just to go and nock on the door three over from it. It opened and Syvilious's head came into view. Here.... He thought walking out and closing the door behind him. He gave a smirk on what Zane had just said. Silly boys could be but it was there nature.

She followed him down the hall to a door that wasn't labled truly but it had been carved into many times. He opened the door and pulled the box open for her. She might not be quite recovered bt she was trying her best not to look anywhere close to it.

Jase pulled out a blue shirt, a pair of capres and a dark green zip up hoody. All good. She thought to him with a smile. She returned to her room and changed. She walked down the hall and waited by Zane's door. She sat sat down on the floor waiting.

Leona~

I kept running after the guy, my legs screaming but wanting to go faster. I caught up to the guy in seconds. I put my hand on his shoulder to turn him around.
"Hey, I'm sorry I chased you down but we-" I stopped when I looked into his eyes. They were a bright crimson. I couldn't stop looking. His dark hair and pale skin made his eyes pop out so that you could only seem to see his eyes. They hypnotized you. I soon realized I was staring like an idiot.
"Um, I'm sorry." I took my hand away from his shoulder a bit nervously. "But... Can you tell me where I am?" I knew that sounded stupid but wee had no idea and there was no one and nothing around. The boy regarded me strangely and then looked back at Leon who was coming up slowly.

A.N. Sasuke1214 will not be in the story book for a while so thats why I sent his character off on some mission to find another hybrid. So if you don't hear from him on here then it is ok.

~ZANE~

I step out of my room and see Jase sitting outside the door on the floor.

"You know, you could've come in. I have no secrets from any of you. Well, maybe a couple, but those are things that I keep held up inside."

"I didn't want to walk in on you changing or something of worse visual liking."

"Do not think I am the kind of guy who does things like that, that would be Kratos. Also, if you had wanted to come in you could've thought to me and asked in my head if you didn't want to intrude."

"I will remember that next time."

"Well we better get going to find that hybrid over in Nevada then."

We walk into the main room of the warehouse, but before we could do anything else, I spot two people standing in the doorway. I tell Jase to follow close behind. I walk over to them and say one thing: "My name is Zane, and what might your's be?"

The girl opens her mouth to speak but the boy interrupts her before she could say anything. "I'm Leon, and this is my twin sister Leona. A boy named Kratos outside said to talk to you about living here, we're hybrids too."

"Well you will have to talk to Syvilious about that, or should I say, think. Syv is a mute, I will make sure he provides you with anything you ask for, including rooms," I say, understanding the situation now. I sit on the floor with my legs crossed. I close my eyes and concentrate a little. After a couple minutes of thinking i open my eyes and look up.

"You guys are fine, he will do whatever you ask. By the way, can any of you talk to others mentally?" I ask.

Leona~

I looked at this boy as we walked into the building.
"Umm... I haven't really tried. We just got turned... Should we be able to?" I asked, a bit nervous. This place was so big and open. I stood against a wall. My legs were screaming with pain but for some reason I wanted to run. I wanted to run fast and far. I smiled to myself at the thought.
