Daughters of the Moon

Some one fill me in, please, and tell me how I could best enter the story.

**Forgive us. We know NOTHING of the Daughters series! We're just making it up as we go.

Well, Collin took Serena to the beach with him and his best friend (Mike), hoping - and nearly succeeding - to hook them up. Stanton and Mike almost got in a fight; it was ended by Stanton getting Serena out of the way just before Mike hit them. Well, Stanton ended up with shattered ribs and spent a few days in the hospital.

NOW, they are just chilling. Stanton and Serena were asleep in her room, Collin was talking to Stanton's little sister - who just got back from Europe - and Mike and Sacuna are starting to hook up. lol

You could probably come to Serena's house. Everyone's there.**

Stanton

I didn't know whether to smile or not; Sacuna had arrived... But as I looked at her, I saw something different in her eyes. Her hair was a little disheveled. Her mouth was swollen and red, a sure sign of kissing. And I could see the pulse at the point on her neck.

Have some quality time with Mike? I asked her mind teasingly.


Mike

I wasn't upset about seeing Serena anymore. I actually liked Sacuna more; we got along so much better!


Jessica

I didn't answer his question. I ran to Serena's room when two people suddenly appeared.

"Whoa, who are you guys?"

Brain:

I looked at her questioningly as she rushed to the door. I tried to peer around her, but I couldn't see who it was. so I just waited.

Serena:

I hit Staton in the arm. "Would you be nice?'I asked as secuna was blushing. "Your supposed to be amazingly sweet."

Secuna:

I was blushing, but I grabbed Mike's hand and smiled, leaning into him. "I'm glad your okay." I said to Staton.

Stanton

I snickered, rubbing the spot where she'd hit me. If only she was that fiesty when we kissed... I grinned at the thought. "Fine. I'll behave."


Mike

I cocked an eyebrow at him as I held Sacuna's hand firmly. It felt good; not as good as earlier...but still good.

"I'm glad you're okay," she spoke kindly.

"Yeah, maybe you can join us on the beach next time, and not get in a fight."

We all laughed at that. Damn, this was good! It didn't bother us anymore! Great!


Jessica

I finally huffed and walked through the blond boy in front of me, striding purposefully into the room.

"Now, who are you guys?"

They looked at me, amused obviously.

Serena:

I grinned at his thought. "Maybe I can be fiesty later." I whispered in his ear as I ran my hand teasingly along his chest before grinning at Secuna who looked like she wanted to do the same to Mike. I chuckled.

Secuna:

I blushed and pulled Mike's arms around me tightly. It felt good. I had never been this happy in my life! "Um...thanks for the bathing suit, Serena."

She grinned. "It seemed Mike liked it.

I blushed. "Yeah..."

Brian:

I growled as I looked at the guys. "Who are you?! What are you doing in my house?!"

**Umm...Mike is Brian's best friend. Remember? XD**

Stanton

I growled at the thought. It sounded too good.

"Well, it's good to see we're getting along fine, now. Sacuna, I'll need you and Jessica to fill in for me for a few days... I still can't do much."

They both nodded as introductions began.



**Gotta go, now. It's almost 11 here, and I have church tomorrow at 9.

**Yeah....but who are the guys? If it is Secuna and Mike, then Jessica should know Secuna...

And, I'm confused. Lol**

**"Guys" is just a figure of speech, lol. It's just Sacuna and Mike, Stanton and Serena, and Brian and Jessica! XD And, no, Jessica does not know Sacuna yet, because Jessica's been gone for eight months, during which time Sacuna arrived. Make sense?**

**Yeah. Lol.**

Serena:

I grinned. "So...I get you all to myself for a couple of days?" I whispered stroking his chest. He growled and I giggled, not bothering to move from my top.

secuna:

"It's nice to meet you Jen. your brother talks about him all the time." I blushed as Mike wrapped his arms tightly around me. "This is Mike...Brian's best friend...and my boyfriend." I said with a giggle. it felt so good to say! Boyfriend!

Brian:

I growled. since when were they dating?! I sighed and turned my attention back to Jen.

**THE GIRL'S NAME IS JESSICA, NOT JENNIFER!!! lol**

Stanton

I slipped into her mind for a moment. Let's not forget we have company, sweetheart, one of them being your brother and another being my fourteen-year-old sister! But it's fine. Maybe we can slip off and find a more private location.

She blushed at the thought. I merely smiled as I turned my attention back to Sacuna.

"Your boyfriend, huh?" I asked, probably mirroring Brian's thoughts. "When, and how, did that happen?"



Mike

I smiled, stroking Sacuna's back. "A couple hours ago. I've been trying to get to know her the few days that you've been in the hospital, and we finally got to hang out."

"It's so cool! We have so much in common, it's not even funny!" Sacuna filled in.



Jessica

**OOH!! This situation gave me an idea! Jessica gets revenge on Stanton being nonsupportive and totally ignoring her by answering Serena's call to him (next week). SHE tells Serena he broke up with her!! In a way, that would so fit the situation now AND still add conflict in the future! What'cha think???**

I huffed. So, they were going to ignore me? It pissed me off, especially when Stanton was the main one. I glared at him over my shoulder before scoffing and walking away, using my magic to pass through the wall and anything else that crossed my path. I was going to the base. And Stanton did not want to mess with me right now...

**I love that idea, btw! We should make it happen soon!!!! XD**

Serena:

"Evil." I replied in Staton's head.

"So...did you two enjoy yourselves the other day?" I asked with a grin.

Brian:

I looked at her incredulously. "YOU KNEW?!"

"Um...yeah. see...she needed help with...something...and I helped her." My sister replied.

I sighed. Where hd *Jess* gone?

Secuna:

I giggled and shivered slightly from Mike's touch. I loved the feeling! I didn't want this to end.

Stanton

I could tell Brian was annoyed, and I sobered instantly. If he wasn't happy, we shouldn't press the topic.

"Things just happen, I guess," I said flatly, looking directly at the young man. "Let's leave it at that."


Mike

I caught the finality in Stanton's tone, then I realized what Brian looked like. He looked about ready to kill me.

I pat Serena on the back. "Catch you later? I want to talk to Brian for a while..." I hated the expression she gave me. "I'll be right back."

I kissed her as I led Brian out of the room and to his bedroom, where he could rant and rave all he wanted.



**I'm leaving Jessica out for now.**

Serena:

I smiled at Secuna. "It'll be okay. He's just mad because he thought Mike would fall in love with me...He's still not too thrilled about Staton..." I sighed.

Secuna:

I bit my lip nervously. Mike was Brian's best friend. what if he didn't like me. what if he hated me? What if he never got used to me? I startedto panic and I wished for Mike's arms around me again. At least they gave me some sort of comfort!

Brian:

I growled. "I thought you loved Serena!"

He shrugged. "Things change. and..she loves staton. That's not going to hange anytime soon.

"YES! Yes it will! Look...Mike...He's going to end up breaking her heart. Do you know how much it will kill her when she realizes they can't be together forever?! she'll die! I'm trying to protect her from that! And...you...I counted on youw Now you love one of those stupid...shadows! A lifeless...thing that is hrdly a person!" Brian spat.

Stanton

I looked at Sacuna, then sighed as I entered Serena's mind. She needs someone to hold right now. Do you mind if I do, since Mike's gone for now?

She seemed to consider it, then shook her head. You're right. She DOES need it.

I sat up then, and beckoned to Sacuna. She looked at me for a moment, then hesitantly came and sat beside me, collapsing against me as tears fell from her eyes. I wrapped my arms around her and hushed her gently. "It's okay. It'll be fine. Believe me."



Mike

Brian was fine until he called Sacuna a shadow. "You know nothing about them! They're not just...freaks who stay in the dark all the time! They have their own lives, their own personalities! Like Sacuna! She's actually just like Serena! In a lot of ways! But you're so damn prejudiced about them, you fail to see that!"

I sighed, exhaling slowly. I lowered my tone to a more reasonable level, to a calmer state. "I hate fighting with you, but there is nothing I can do about this. Things happen. You don't always get what you want. All you can do is just deal with it."
