Jones

Jones got up and looked at the clock.
6:34....time for a jog.
He got into his jogging shoes and hoodie and walked out of his apartment.
He turned on his Ipod and turned to his favorite band, Barenaked Ladies.
Jones ran with the music down the streets of Los angeles and looked at all the sights.
After a hour or so, he got tired and sat down at the bench drinking from a fountain.
He looked at the beach down below and realized something....there was no beach. It was covered with water. Jones looked around and then suddenly knew something was up.
With a horrifyed look he saw something appearing into the horizon...it was a huge wave.
" TIDAL WAVE! EVERYONE GET OUT OF HERE!" Jones yelled to anyone on the sidewalk and ran into a alleyway.
He never stopped running but heard the tidal wave hit the ground and began to run faster then ever.
He must have runned two miles before he finally stopped. He looked behind him and fell to the knee level water.
The whole area he was running through is now underwater.
Jones quickly took out his cellphone and called the thing in.
" We need evac! rescue boats, There was at least 1 mile high tidal wave!"

Clair had just made herself get up.
She ran a hand over her face and groaned when the clock said 6:00.
The other day of classes was a hard one and it really wore her out.
Taking a shower and getting dressed, she had a feeling that she should hurry.

6:15

Clair felt butterflies in her stomach and her hands became jittery. She couldn't eat.
From the fact of being nervous of her final today in one of her major classes, she couldn't help but feel a sudden fear some over her.

6:30

She threw her bag she had packed last night over her shoulder. Clair was going to spend the weekend with a friend, whose apartment ran along the coast line of the beach, after her final. She needed a vacation.

Jennifer:

ring....ring...

Jennifer moaned. Shye did not want to get up.

ring....

"Hello?" She asked horsely.

"Jennifer? We need you down here at headquarters ASAP." Her boos informed her.

"Why? What happened?" She asked, starting to feel concerned.

"I don't really get it, but there was a tidal wave on the west coast and there have been some reports about a few earthquakes. We're monitoring them now as we speak. Jennifer, the earthquake tremors are comiong faster, adn the latest one measured to be about 7.6. We need you here."

"I'm on my way." She replied.

Louis could feel footsteps running down the hallway... since his office was the only one at this end of the building, he knew the message was for him... a moment later one of the technicians burst through the door, "

"Doctor!" the man shouts... "we have just recieved news of a massive tidal wave..." the man is out of breath

"Where man, where?, what did you do, run across the whole of the building?"

yes sir, i was told to alert you ASAP... it was on the west coast--"

"What City?!" Louis asks, starting to get alarmed

"Alot of them... ive heard that most of the west coast is under water by now... your family..."

The doctor is shocked... all that was left of his family... his newlywed nephew and his bride, most likely dead... his brother, also more than likely dead...

Darman:

Darmans staff Sargent turned to him at around four in the afternoon. "Ranger, a wave just struck downtown L.A. The report came from someone on a cell phone.

Wait. who just hit the United States? Terrorists?

"No, son. A wave of water, we're being redeployed. We are going to this things ground zero."

"Sir, we're in Iraq."

"We are need more on the home front. All the rangers are being pulled out."

Darman was given five minutes to pack his kit and get to the chopper. He grabbed his weapon and the basic survival issue kit. His Sargent walked back into the barracks. "More trouble in L.A., We're deploying now!"

Darman almost dove into the side seat of the Humvee as it began racing to the helipad. He looked into the sky and there was no sun, only ferocious clouds threatening to flood the desert in a matter of minutes. In the entire time he had been in Iraq it had rained for ten minutes one time. Now it looked as if it could rain forever.

Jamie:

I sat on campass enjoying a perfectly good book. shouts echoed all around me. I was right by the water in Las Angelos. I looked up. huge waves were racking the beach. I ran back to my dorm. Maybe it was time I moved elsewhere. I saw helecopters, firefighters, and others working to keep the waves at bay and get people out of there. I had no idea what I was supposed to do, so like an idiot I stood there looking at the mass mayham.
