The hands and feet are fine, by the way. I always cheat by hiding them in pockets and stuff so bravo.
Maybe try something slightly different in the background - have some more fun. She's wearing such a pretty dress so maybe something old fasioned? I don't know.
Nice job, yet another reason I should get photoshop. the only thing I think you need to improve on are the hands. Yes they are very hard. Trust me I HATE drawing them; however you have a lot of potentail and I think this would be easy for you to do. ^_^
The Lines the detail the coloring is amazing. BUT!!! I will tell you how to fix her hands and legs and feet....
1st: Try drawing a skeleton before-hand (If you don't know what I mean by skeleton PM...cuz I don't mean an actual skeleton) 2nd: make sure all of your proportions are correct...because I can tell that you're are really off...
But other than that keep at it, this is a really nice piece.

This is nice. I can picture it being in an anime. I like the smoothness of it. The one thing that bothers me is the really shiny skin and how the dress has no wrinkles or folds or anything, which I guess is okay if that's just how the material is supposed to be. Anyway, nice job.
