I grinned, blushing slightly. Mr. O was passing out our worksheets while explaining the assignment.
"So how these works is...?" Zak asked, looking at the paper.
"You read the question, find the answer in the indicated chapter of hte book. The questions are in order of how far into the chapter the answer is." Zak nodded. "Would you like to work with me?" I offered. Zak gladly accepted.
The rest of the day passed uneventfully. Turns out Bella and I had mostly all our classes together, so she showed me around the school whenever she could.
When the final bell rang i picked up my things and exited the school, preparing to walk to short distance from school to my house. I met Bella outside.
Be the cartoon heart. Light a fire, light a spark. Light a fire, flame in my heart. We'll run wild, we'll be glowing in the dark.
"Let's hope," He smiled, "I wouldn't mind it at all." He watched as the clock ticked slowly. When it hit ten after he jumped up, grabbed Seven's arm and ran out of the room before the rush of the other kids did. When they got out he hesitated then let her hand go his face turning a light shade of red. "Those kids'll kill you getting out." He muttered walking towards the front doors for some fresh air.
Seven laughed and smiled, not even slightly embarrassed by him not thought he should be embarrassed at the least, "Yea, and we wouldn't want that to happen...otherwise..."
Her voice kind of trailed off and was mixed with the sound of the others around them. They were both smiling, though it really wasn't overly exciting to get out of one class...it was for some other rush of adrenaline they both knew what was,
"Otherwise...what?" Storm asked.
Seven stepped infront of him without a second thought, "Otherwise we couldn't do this." She leaned forward and put her hand on his cheek, kissing him sweetly. Her heart was racing, but it felt amazing.
Storm was a little surprised at first, but he soon wrapped her arms around her kissing her back. His heart pounded in his chest at a fast pace. When she pulled away he was breathless.
"Come on, let's get outta here." He smiled pulling her with him out of the building. He took a deep breath when they stepped outside, he always loved the smell of the clean air.
**Gotta get to work, sorry it isn't long, and is probably kinda bad. **
She sighed heavily as she shifted her bag onto her shoulder, sweeping back the jet black tendrils from her face and glaring around the campus, wondering where she should go tonight. The Library, or back to her room.
Her gaze passed over a couple of kids kissing and she released a soft sigh, that was almost full of longing.
"Paige." A deep voice sounded behind her that made her curl up mentally.
"I'm not going, so you may as well just save your breath." She replied coldly, shivering a little and rubbing her hands up and down her arms, beginning to walk off.
"Paige Isabelle Cortez. You never used to be so defiant." The followed her and Paige turned to glare at the man that was now only meters away. He had greying jet black hair with dark eyes and a menacing face, but his arms were outstretched.
"Papa, I want to finish my term here; end of story." She said, nodding and turning on her heel, and collided with a nervous sounding bystander.
Seven couldn't stop smiling...she was like a little kid with a lollipop. So odd for her, she was always rather chipper but few pleasures in life made her "giddy".
She laughed a bit as they made their way outside quickly, "Where to?"
"Cool?" Acacia tried out the word, allowing it to roll from her tongue and then she shrugged. "If you say so. Anyway, I'd better get back to class... Tama, wasn't it?" Acacia stood, clutching her lunch tray with fingers that were just beginning to tremble. She was reluctant to leave, reluctant to relinquish the company of another student but she knew she had to. She was a loner. That was how it worked.
"Oh, what class is it?" Tama asked, standing also and walking towards the tray depot. Acacia followed.
"Advanced Voodoo," Acacia answered hesitantly.
"Voodoo? Awesome! I've always wanted to learn about that. I think I might tag along." Acacia shook her head.
"Are you serious? The Necromancers would tear you apart not to mention Mr Kravatzski."
"Oh would they now?" Tamaru asked mischeviously. "you know, when I said illusions, that includes this." Suddenly Tamaru appeared to have vanished.
Sequoyah: sorry it took so long to write her first one but ive been caught up in satika.......
Sequoyah paced anxiously, waiting for her sister to arrive......
Where is she she thought hastly. Becoming more annoyed by the minute, she raced to the lunch room by herself, thinking Satika might be in there..
Please dont tell me I have to go in there by myself! Her purple eyes flashed angrily as she realized Satika probably forgot about her. Taking a deep breath, she steped through the doors, not knowing what lay beyond......
*sorry might not make a bunch of sense but i was in a hurry.. *
