"So... what do you talk about?" The irritating child asked. I ignored her and took a book from the shelf, completely at random and pretended to be immensed in it. She blinked, sighed and then wandered away. I felt almost guilty but I didn't react well to company, especially not the high pitched, enthusiastic kind.

I passed half an hour or so in the library, collecting books for my private study and then headed back out into the corridoor.

"A run in with someone?" The pretty, dark haired girl raised an eyebrow and laughed softly, pleasantly. Or at least the brown haired kid seemed to find it pleasant.

"Yeah, a female someone," the boy replied. I was walking right behind them now and had to slow my pace so that I didn't bump into them. The notion of slipping past crossed my mind fleetingly but I decided I could put up with their chatter until we reached the lunch hall.

"He doesn't have a girlfriend then..." the girl looked as though there was a different question she wished to ask, her blue eyes drinking in his face. Romance. Urgh. Typical witch.

"Not at the moment."

**Ok, their hair isn't green. *blush* I forgot to tell y'all that, it's brown. WHOOPS *blush* sorry.**

Storm-

"Course he isn't normally one to fall for any girl. He never really pays attention to them other then as a friend." He smiled and shrugged. "What class do you have next?"

Slade-

Slade smiled, "I"m a Clairvoyant, mostly?" He said the last part a little quieter. Not very many people liked the idea of him being part vampire. Not that he liked it any better, but he hadn't had the choice of being one. Oh well, may as well not let that keep him from making another friend, especially with such a beautiful girl.

Where did that come from? He mentally asked himself, when did he start caring what a girl looked like for her to qualify as a friend. Everyone did. He never really bothered with girls as a girlfriend because he wanted to find the right one. He barely kept himself from shaking his head at his stupid thoughts where were they coming from and why now.

Tamaru~

Tama turned away from the girl and walked out, scowling. There were so many rude people at this school nowadays. She walked into the lunchroom grabbed a plate, and sat down, sighing to herself, she bagan eating.

Seven sighed, pulling her other arms through the backpack strap, "Chemistry. You?"

She smiled sweetly to Storm. Her dark brown hair bounced lightly as they walked. Out of the corner of her eye she noticed a shape awfully close to them, turning her head as she walked she noticed Acacia behind her. She smiled to her, but didn't say much...waiting for Storm's answer.

Storm-

"Chemistry, I didn't know you were in there. Hmmm, maybe I should actually go to it more often." He teased smiling, he noticed the girl behind them too, but didn't say anything. he didn't know her very well and he wasn't to good at meeting new people.

The girl turned and smiled at me, as if she knew me and admittedly her face was vaguely familiar. Sam? Stacey? Something along those lines...? The boy turned around too and I knew him to be Storm, one of the twins. Seven! That was it.

Though the revelation pleased me, I did not smile back or say anything.

"Are you coming today, then?" Seven asked.

"Today...?" Storm looked confused.

To chemistry I thought, rolling my eyes.

"To chemistry, why don't you come today?"

"Oh. Right. Uh, yeah, why not."

Seven smiled a bit, "Yea, I suppose."

The too stood in an awkward silence, made even more awkward by the random girl walking behind them...Seven certain she was listening but she wasn't very concerned--Seven didn't really hate anyone...ever.

She turned to Storm, "Hey what are you doing after school?" She didn't wait for him to answer, just a few seconds, "'cause there is this new joint in town, some cafe and deli place...I thought maybe you'd like to check it out with me."

***Ok, guess, my post got lost :P, here we go***

Storm-

Storm smiled, "I heard they were pretty good, but." His smile faded, he had promised Slade he would help him with some stuff at the house.

"But what?" She asked, he looked into her perfect blue eyes, he had always liked her, Slade would have to get over it.

"I get to pay, deal?" He grinned,

Bella--

I approached the new boy as our class came to an end. It was lunch time.

"Hi," I said conversationally, hoping he wouldn't notice the fact that I wasn't breathing. "I'm Bella! Who're you?"

Zak-

I glanced at the girl - Bella - and smiled weakly.

"Zak."

I left my pockets to make sure i had my money and set out towards the lunch room, Bella following along beside me, making light conversation. I answered every question she sent at me, asking my own every once in a while.

Seven smiled, "Deal!"

They approached the door for chemistry, sadly. Chemistry was definitely not a favorite of Seven's. She watched at Storm took a seat and took one beside him. The teacher wasn't in the room yet, which was kind of nice...a great delay for the class.

She plopped her backpack on the floor beside her desk and pulled out a notebook, placing it on the desktop incase she felt the need to use it. She crossed her legs effortlessly beneath her desk, tapping her foot in the air a bit.

She turned to Storm, "Do you like Chemistry?"

Storm-

Storm laughed, "If I liked it I'd be here all the time." He shook his head, "I hate it with a passion. Do you?" He was curious to see her answer, she probably didn't, but who knows.

***ugh, I have to go. Sorry it's short. I'll add more later if you don't. Though I don't know when I"ll be back on.***

Bella --

"What are you?" I asked once we were sitting alone at the end of a hallway, eating our lunches. Well...he ate his. I had snuck away when he had gotten in line, to get my lunch from the nurses office. (she provided small juice boxes, or cans of 'pop' that were actually filled with blood, just for the vampires).

"What do you mean?" Zak asked, looking at me with a mixture of curiousity and worry. I chuckled, smiling at him. The grin barely showed my fangs, but I knew he'd get it.

"We both know that this school has more than just one or two oddities," I said.

Zak-

I averted my eyes, feeling the blood creep into my cheeks. I usually didn't advertise that i was a necromancer...people trust you less, i found.

"I'm a...er..." i stumbled over the words, biting my lip.

"Yes?"

"Well, what are you?" i asked, trying to move the conversation away from me.

Bella--

I could sense his apprehension as he turned my own words against me. I stopped, not wanting to reply. I didn't know what to say...

"I'm..." I stopped, trying to find a not bad way of announcing that I was a bloodthirsty demon. Most people didn't want to hang around with you after that. Zak and I sat there for a moment in complete silence, both of us feeling slightly awkward.

"I'm a vampire..." I said softly after a moment, refusing to look into Zak's eyes as he processed this information.
