Why do I keep getting these errors! :P

Whatever it is Vernon, it seems to keep happening at the same time. I've reviewed the access logs each time, and it looks like it's an overeager Googlebot that's too blame. There's a few things I can try, though, to get it to tone down a bit.

Here's a (hopefully) easy to fix minor little bug that annoys me from time to time.

When I visit a thread when I'm not logged in, I have to click that cute little drop down box at the top right, right?

But I get redirected to the homepage every time D:

Shouldn't it allow me to log in on the page I click the actual button on, instead of taking me back to the homepage to log in, then clicking back through my history, then reloading the page to update my login status?

Depending on how you have stuff set up, I know it'd be either really easy or really hard to implement, so it doesn't really matter. It's a tiny little bug that I can force myself to get over quite easily ^_^

Okay, I'm not 100% sure about this, but I'm getting the feeling that the Featured Works section is only looking at the poetry forums. I don't remember seeing a story there since YWS reopened.

Also, when trying to rate items in the knowledge base, it says that the work has been rated, but it doesn't increase the number of votes counted and for some reason, it doesn't actually seem to register it as a rating at all.

When posting an attachment on a blog, I get the error:

The extension jpg is not allowed.
Could not upload attachment to files/blog_mod.

Also, all jpg files that were attached to a blog on the Old YWS don't show up. At first I thought it was my Mac (Even on the Old YWS I couldn't view them) but with this error I'm re-thinking that logic.

For a few minutes, the site said Account Has Been Suspended.
I think it happened to most people as Lucinda posted her blog, saying it happened to her too.
I've had it happen two times to myself. What does it mean?

When I clicked on my Matt's Happy Place usergroup from the group index, it gave me an SQL error. I'm using Firefox version 3.5.4 on Vista. It was at 11:45am GMT. Here's the error:

Same thing as Stella, though I haven't tried chat. The code at the top seems to change in every forum. It is found above the YWS header.

Kamas is right, it seems to change. But it's still there...

Yep, just trying to enable it such that you can link your YWS account with your Facebook account, and also allow people to register with their Facebook account. As one can tell, it's not working.

Also, for the next few works, a lot of that kind of stuff will happen.

I get this every time I try to go to the index page, or if I try to go to the Home Page straight from Google.

The name and profile picture of the Featured Member doesn't show up on the Groups page. The Profile link also leads you to this, and the portfolio link and "write in her guestbook" link lead to nowhere.

Also, when going to blogs from a person's profile, there is the repeated pattern "Blog, My Blog, Blog, My Blog," followed by the Blog Config and Writing Gooder tabs as normal.

EDIT- Also, when visiting profiles of a user who's rank has recently changed (Snoink, the removed JMs), the tabs to view their whole profile are barely visible when looking at their "about" page (nothing else, oddly enough), and this also shows up above the header (again, only on the "about" page):

I was trying to post something in the Usergroup Advertisement area and it was telling me that the forum was locked. Just thought I'd let you know in case you didn't already :)
