Sorry about the confusion but we seem to have sorted it out now...

I couldn't believe it. One day I'm serving tables and being leered at by drunken men and then the next I'm running for my life from a group of guards with several people I've just met and the knowledge that at least one is a killer and good at it.
"Let's get some horses," Arias decided, indicating a stable.
"Not sure if I can afford one," Kate replied.
"That doesn't matter. We're not paying," Ariana grinned and we dashed inside.

"Good day, can I help?" The owner greeted us.
"Yeah, we're taking your horses," Alexynia replied, already opening the doors to the horses' pens.
"How many are you buying?" The naive owner queried.
"None," Tera replied, liking the idea. "We'll not be buying any of them."

At first I was a little unsure about not paying but there was little time to consider the repercussions of our actions as Arias threw the reigns for a horse at me and Ariana asked if I could ride.
"Because if not, you're on your own." She decided, vaulting into her saddle and almost trampling over the owner.
"Wait" Stop! They're my horses!" The owner shouted loudly. After a moment's hesitation I decided that I wasn't going to back out now and, skillfully, I leapt onto the animal's bare back and rode after the others.

Ariana rode parallel with Arias, he was a fast rider and if it wasn't for the fact that they weren't sure about where they were going, she would be riding up front.

"What makes you so sure that you can convince the king and queen to help?" He asked, "I mean a single human girl in the accompanyment of two elves two shapeshifters and a pixy there would get more raised eyebrows than serious concideration."

"They'll listen to me."

Tera had stayed quiet, why interupt them when she didn't know enough about them yet. She watched as they rode quickly through the woods, she loved the horse she was riding, it listened to everything she said.

"You know this may seem mad, but i don't know how to get there" said Arias hesitating.
"You don't know what!!!" replied Ariana then considering it she said "well lucky i do"
"hey Tera if you want to know about us we'll tell you next time we stop. For now be a little talkative" said Arias reading her mind.
Tera didn't answer. Arias sensed that she knew she could, but she kept talking to her horse.

Tera sighed and looked down at the horse, it would be fun to have two people that could read her mind riding with her. She would have to remember not to think anything she wouldn't want them to hear.

"I like to be able to know who i am with before i start running my mouth." She said with a smile. Arias returned it and Tera could've promised she had laughed.

A rider-less horse ran along side the group. Kate still was unsure about traveling with them, and definatly didnt trust them. She wondered if she should just stick to her original plan.

"What choice do i have?" she wondered.

"None." a voice sounded in her head.

"GOD! Will you stop that!? I dont need anyone in my head. If you want to talk to me, then speak. If i need to say something, i'll say it! I forbid you from going into my head." Kate said mentally.

"Ok." the voice said. Kate felt the presence leave.

We had been traveling for about an hour when I started to feel a little sore. It had been a long time since I'd rode on a horse, especially bare back.
"I wish we'd had time to stop for saddles," I sighed.
"Well we can probably rest soon. I think it's safe to say we lost them," Arias replied and suddenly they were ahead of us, charging towards our group.
"You was saying?" Kate raised an eyebrow as she turned her horse, "Drat they're behind us as well!"

"Okay, everyone run for it!" Alexynia shouted.
"Follow me, we'll charge through their ranks," Ariana decided, digging her heels into her horse's flesh. Others in the group began to follow and, yet again, I hesitated for only a moment before charging after them.
"We must be really stupid to follow that crazy girl," Tera sighed as her horse ran along side mine.
"That or just really bored with our mundane existance," I laughed and then we were amongst the soldiers.

We ducked and weaved to avoid their weapons and a well thrown punch actually knocked one guard from his horse. Then, finally, we broke through their ranks.
"Why not turn and kill them?"Arias suggested.
"You sure this lot are ready for that?" Alex wondered.
"I'm tired of running," Ariana decided, "Let's make a stand."

Kate sighed and shook her head. "He's going to kill us!" she thought. She turned around and faced the guards.

She sent a mental question to Alex (i think thats right?) and asked her to ask Arias if she should change. A answering voice came back to her saying, "Yes. Use your second strongest form. Do not use your best, though. We dont want them to know we have a dragon with us if one escapes. It'll draw every guard and hunter from thousands of miles around."

Kate nodded, dashed to the trees, changed quickly, and dashed back out. Hopefully that would get some of hte guards to chase after the horse that just went in, and not the wolf that came out.

Arias drew his sword, as did the others. Kate prepared the spell that would summon a spirit wolf to help. She also drew a sword from a scabbard tied aroud her body. She wielded it skillfuly in her mouth and a few of the guards hesitated. Arias and the others charged forward into the ranks again. kate released the spell and dashed into the fray, the spirit wolf following.

Tera raced her horse to the oppisited woods that Kate did. She came back in the form of a huge wolf. She didn't feel like changing in to anything else with such little time, she could but it would cause her bones much pain. She saw Kate look at her surprised but she just jumped on the first man slitting his throat wiht her claws. She tore another man's leg off with her teeth and kept moving.

Lilly

I had only fought in tavern brawls until this moment but I was pleased to find that I was no more afraid then then. I drew two small knives and threw them with expert skill. The first pierced the main artery that protruded from a guard's throat and the other struck another guard in the chest, puncturing a lung so that he spluttered blood and tumbled from his horse.

After that, I was too close for such weapons and instead took out my longer daggers and fought hand to hand. My mind ran through the limited spells that I knew but none seemed appropriate and this slight distraction allowed one guard to slash my lower arm. Hurriedly I twisted away, caught his dagger and impaled him with it. Examining the wound, I made a mental note to heal it later and then launched myself towards another guard.

They did their best, but surprisingly reinforcements kept coming. killing was easy but when the numbers rose in the enemy's side Arias knew they would lose. The numbers were rising and they were getting exhausted very slowly.
"That's it!!!" cried Arias then said "hold them off"
The others understanding what Arias meant, but had no idea why surrounded Arias. Arias just stood there in an meditation like state. Arias hadn't done this for a long time, but he had no choice. Then suddenly light emitted out of Arias's body. No one fought for five second since they were blinded by the light. An instant later they found themselves in another part of the forest. They were still surrounded by a fair number of solders.
No one hesitated for a second. Arias took out two of his swords again and charged at the ranks of surprised solders. It took a little time, but they killed every last solder not letting even one escape.
"how did you do that" asked Lilly bewildered.
"Talent of Teleportation" replied Arias not making any sense.
"where are we?" asked Kate changing the subject.
"I have no idea i haven't telepotated in years" replied Arias

"Wonderful." Kate said. She began to walk around and examine the surrounding forest. A few moments later she stated, "We're about a mile away to the east."

"How do you know?"

"I just do. I have traveled these woods before." Kate said. "Now, do you want my help or not?"
