Dragon Riders

"I'm not under their spell, I may be able to help where y'all wouldn't because you are." Jeski said, I know a few others that aren't either, but i don't know if i will be able to get ahold of them."

'Don't you dare get us into something that will get you hurt." Jasper hissed at her.

'I wont." Jeski laughed in reply.

"My parents won't believe you have me against my will, we'll have to figure something else out."

"Like what?"

"Turn your freedom into a reward, not a ransom. If they believe taht you're holding me hostage they'll simply tell you to give me back, and you'll have no choice but to do so."

"So what do you propose?"

She pointed at Jeski, "say she has me hostage, and the only way you'll get me is if you get your freedom out of the deal."

"What if they tell us to just go get you?"

"You do, but you don't take me back. And if all else fails when I go back I simply give it to you then and you bust me out."

'Wait one second." Jasper boomed, 'There is no way Jeski is going to get in harms way like that. Hunters all around will chase us."

"Jasper, chill, it'll be fine. Plus, we've been in alot more danger then this." Jeski said, she got annoyed at how protective Jasper was. Though it made sense, Jasper had found Jeski half dead and hand taken care of her til now. "We'll do it, but what will keep others from hunting us to if you will."

"So," Reskid said, "when do we begin?"

"Well we got to get in contact with my parents," Alania said, "so I'd say 3 days at the most."

"I think me and Snolik can take 3 more days of captivity, don't you Snolik?"

"Yes, Riskid, we are strong enough for 3 more days."

Acro stood up and brushed his hands off.

"Well, i for one think the plan is splendid, but it does have holes. But, they're minor and easily fixable."

Reskid snorted. Acro glared at him.

"And, im going to bed." Acro said. With that he walked up to Luna, got on her back, and flew up into a nearby tree. Luna setteled down in a gigantic nest like thing which was invisable until now. A small tree hut was next to the nest and that was where Acro directed his steps. Before he went inside, he called down, "If it gets too crowded there, come up here! There's plenty of room."

With that, he walked inside and started reading his book.

"I should have plenty of room here," said Reskid. "Only me and Snolik live here and we like the company."

"Do you have anything to eat?" asked Alania.

"Nah, me and Snolik usually hunt it. We do have a seperate place where your dragon can sleep if they snorers like Snolik here.?

*sorry y'all, I'm reduced to my PSP again*

"Namarahie doesn't snore," Alania chuckled, "but he does have a habit of waking up and forgetting where he is. And when he's confused he's not a happy camper."

"How do you propose we alert your parents that you're being held captive?" Jeksi asked.

Alania pulled a ring off of her finger and handed it to Reskid. "This will defiently get their attention."

"So what is it?" asked Reskid.

"It's a magical ring," Alania said, "it allows me to communicate with other people who have this ring, for example my mother and father."

"So if you showed us how to do this then we can use it to make a ransom."

"Yes."

"Thank you, you're the best."

Alania smiled and put her hands up, "I do my best."


*I can't think of anything else*

"So Snolik," Reskid began to ask, "do you think we can trust them?"

"I'm not sure," Snolik replied, "they seem sincere enough about doing this, but I'm sure on Alania, she might be sent out ny her parents to find rebelious Riders."

"Are you saying you don't trust her?"

"I'm saying we should be catious of her."

"Well, I can't disagree with you. I'll keep and eye on her, you watch Namarhie."

Alania had fallen asleep on the sofa. BUt she was still able to hear Reskid and Snolik talking. When Reskid walked by she stopped him, "I heard what you and Snolik were talking about.

*Ok I'm going to finish now*

"Should I trust you?" he asked, kneeling down to be level with her.

"Well I am helping you become free, and as long as you promise to make sure I never have to go back there again you have my word that I will never betray you."

"How can I be sure of this?"

"If I betray you I have to go back, and there I have no freedom, no privacy, nothing, I wouldn't even have Namarahie, and when it comes to him, I'd do anything to stay with him."

"Get some sleep Alania," Riskid rose and walked away.

Riskid sat down in front of the fire near Snolik. "Well, Snolik, we're getting our freedom here soon."

"Yes, my friend, we are," Snolik replied.

"What do you think we should do first one we're free?"

"Go very far north."

"My exact thoughts."

Alania fell asleep quite easily, Riskid's couch was much more comfortable than anything she'd slept on for a month. But she was soon woken by the gentel nuzzle of Namarahie.

"Hey," she whispered, just incase someone else was asleep.

"Hungry?" Namarhie asked.

"Yes."

"Thought so," Namarhie produced Alania's food bundle. She sat up and realized Risked was the only other one still awake.

ok since nobody else is posting i'll just repeat a post.


Alania got up and walked over to him, he was staring into the fire. As if to see what he was looking at she stared over his shoulder, leaning very close.

"Hey Alania, how are you doing?"

"Well," she used a light teasing tone, "concidering the fact that I'm a hostage, perfectly fine."
