Dragon Riders

Oy to the vey, i'm losing my internet soon guys so i won't be able to post a lot, just don't forget about me, and i'll post whenever I can.

Alania nodded, "yes we seak a place to hide."

The man shot her a quizzical look, "and who might you be, faire maiden?"

Alania panicked, she didn't know if she should tell him or not, and the words slipped out of her mouth, "I am Alania, princess of Keskasd." Quickly she clasped a hand over her mouth, mentally banging her head against a table.

That was probably not the best thing to do.

*Alice the people I was talking to were dragons*

"Ah, the princess," Liska replied, "I would have you killed, if it weren't for you being with our friends, Reskid and Acro."

"But, I'm friends with Dragons to," Alania said, "my dragon Namahrie, can vouch for me."

"Alania would never harm a dragon, she is bonded to me, I know here thoughts," Namahrie said.

"We do not ditrust your dragon, but we will be catious of you," Kelop said, "as long as your dragon is nearby, you can stay."

"Reskid," Kelop said, "we have allowed another Dragon Rider into our lands, recently."

"Who?" I asked.

"A Rider by the name of Malria. We told her of you and she wished to meet you when you come."

"Where is she?"

"She's behind you," said a voice from behind. "You must be Reskid and Acro, nice to meet you."

Acro spun around and bowed deeply. "You must be Malria."

The young girl laughed slightly and bowed her head in acknowledgment.

Acro looked at her side to see a tiny dragon standing there. It could not be more than one year. Acro scratched his head.

"They weren't kidding when they said 'new'." he wondered.

*hehe...i hate writers block.*

Alania smiled and stepped up to her, holding both hands out in greeting.

"My name is Alania."


***stabs thread* you gave me writers block**

"yes, I am new. His name is thorn" malria said. Her sapphire dragon flew and landed on her shoulder , with his tail affectinately around her neck.

"He is young," Reskid commented. "Have you come to the Dragons to help him grow?"

"Yes," Malria answered. "I will stay here till Thorn is old enough to ride."

"Snolik here was born on the same day as me, so we grew up together. I couldn't ride him till he was two. You'll be here for a long time."

"You are lucky to have known your dragon that long," Alania said, "I was forbidden to ride anything other than inside a carriage, I secretly leaned."

Alania rubbed Namarhie's nose, she's lucky she found me, or she would have run off on her own.

" actully, that is kinda of what i did." said malria " When i was 15 i ran away from home after my dad had a heart attack, and i became an orphan. I did not want to go to0 my evil aunt so i ran away, and two years later i met thorn." malria caresed thorn in all his favroite places.

As they walked Namarhie kept very close to Alania, he sensed some hostile feelings towards her.

"What exactly is this place?" she asked Acro, "there is more to it than we're seeing I believe."

Acro turned to her. "Yes, you are right. This is the kingdom of dragons and also a smaller race called the sprites. They are almost never seen and are very curious. There's actually one sitting on your shoulder now."


*That's all i can think of. Its getting late and writers block is still out to get me *runs**

Alania looked on her shoulders and saw a little green thing sitting there.

"Oh hello!" she said. "What's your name?"

"I don't have a name, do you?"

"Yes, my name is Alania."

Alania turned to Acro, "they're cute."

"Cute but dangerous."
