The story of a journey to enlightenment-slash-road trip to Las Vegas, told from the perspective of everyone involded. The serene vegan Buddhist girl who does yoga in the back seat, the Witness whose hitching a ride to do some witnessing in the city of sin, the disaffected son of a Jewish woman and Islamic man, and the angry ex-Catholic/agnostic who's driving. They discuss religion, God, the meaning of life, and the ethics of hamburgers. Would I read it?
You bet your life I would.

It sounds like a book for 12-13 year old girls at first, but the "Benji came out of the closet" could suggest it is for older readers.

Sounds like an love story aimed at adults probably during the 1600s when there was a whole issue about class and love.

It sounds like historical fiction or a book a history book about a really bloody time. I like it, but it makes me think of the yellow brick road in Oz, which takes away from the dramatic value. I'd definitely pick it up, though.

Sounds to me like a book about gods and clestial beings in a fantasy world. It would certainly catch my attention (into gods) and would probably pick it up if the cover art was decent and there wasn't a tag with a ridiculous price in view.

It makes me think of that Aztec god, Q... something, something, something. I probably wouldn't pick it up, though, because it doesn't appear to be a real world (0 results on Google) and I like my fantasy to have some basis in reality.

A former pop star is the leader of a rock band. While on their tour, they run into trouble and run away from it.

I might pick it up just to read the cover summary and reviews. I probably wouldn't read it, though.

Ooh, interesting. Sounds like either a children's book or a really different kind of fantasy. I'd pick it up just to see what it was.

And, since I didn't really understand the response last time...

Wow! You were dead on! It is a vampire chick flick!! Bwah hahaha!

Hmm, The Valley of the Cherry Blossom. It's sounds like a retelling of a legend, or fantasy story. I'd definately take a look at it and see what it was about.

Sounds like a novel about a troubled teenager. Either that or some Alice in Wonderland type thing.

I'm guessing it's a story about a group of preteens/early teens who find they have the power to bring things to reality by imagining them hard enough. It's cute but serious (like the first couple of Harry Potter books, but only in tone). I think I'd read it, if it was well written enough, even if it was for younger readers.

Makes me think of the Beatles song. Perhaps, it's about a couple who meets when they are teenagers and then doesn't meet up again until they are older, but one or both have commitments to others. Or about someone with amnesia. I'd read it.
