I somehow had some stroke of songwriting genius last night when I couldn’t fall asleep and made up some lyrics for a revolutionary song (Eleas is a musical/singing culture) and I thought of a simple WIP melody for it. Is probably not all that original in tune but that’s the greatest I’ve ever accomplished in songwriting in my opinion. I’m thinking of adding extra elements like a beat and a violin to the background when I get the chance to work on it more.

I was just filling out a story guide worksheet from a certain writer content creator I follow on instagram, and I begin to think that maybe "Heirs of Eleas," or this book 1 of the story, belongs to Annora and the book 2 belongs to Elithia. I've been having a hard time trying to tease out Elithia's thoughts and story from the angle I have tried to go from so far, but the far more active route to adapt the story is from Annora's perspective. It's so much easier for me to understand Annora in the context of the events of the story, and I think that it might mean that this part is hers to tell. It's not a bad thing at all, and I think it is fitting for the Eleas two-parter that I have visualized.
